Since Maggie took over management of the property it looks better than ever. She is always a friendly face when I walk into the office. Thanks to the new security system I feel safe walking around the property.

This place is under new management and is now a really great community to live in

Management and the organization are lazy! They don’t plow walkways or salt. They also move at a snails pace to fix things. Patios and windows are outdated and have yet to be repaired. It would be in your best interest to not live in midtown.

This apartment complex has been taken by surprise by the slack ass decision to change management and the critically poor choice of who they chose to work in the office. If there were a meme to put this in a nutshell it would read, Midtown Garden Apts. management sucks.The End
