Eastbrooke is a great community! I got to see these apartments a few weeks ago and cannot say enough about all the great amenities and upgrades. In these beautiful apartments, I love the layout of the units! Highly recommended and also, the staff seems really great!

All I know is that we submitted an application 2 weeks ago, and have since had no communication with management whatsoever, aside from we need to verify your income. That was a week ago. They took our $150 administration fee, our $100 application fees, but we cant even get a courtesy phone call. Weve called several times. Weve left messages. What do we have to do to get a decision?Ive never had to wait longer than 2-3 days to get a decision. Their lack of communication and assistance is holding up our entire process of finding an apartment. Its unprofessional, inconsiderate, and basically stealing at this point because we have received nothing in return for the money we paid.

I love living here but I dnt know if it was a good idea to allow pets when the apartment has thin ceilings.

Very good rate per square foot, they are now under new management which mean they are making a lot of updates and clean up.

I currently live here it has almost been a year. I have a huge 3 bedroom. No one bothers me and I do the same. Maintenance is good about fixing items quickly. Seen a couple of bugs when i first moved in but i handle my own pest control so I have no issues with bugs. It is pretty quite around here besides kids playing outside which is no issue at all. Just wish they had wash and dryer hookup in my apt.. I have a washer and dryer I cant use

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I am a section 8 tenant. Upon applying Im told I have to give 30 days notice and pay 400 dollar deposit to hold the apartmemt i wanted. My apartment would be ready by the end of the month. A week after I paid the deposit I was notified it would be the middle of the next month. I already gave a 30 day notice. Time is ticking I extended the ntice twice with current landlord and they changed the apartment I was waiting on. I said fine still agreeing to move. Then Im hit with my voucher wouldnt cover my rent(which is a lie)I said forget it Ill stay where Im at cause at this rate Im gonna be homeless with 3 kids. NOW AFTER THEY TOSSED ME AROUND FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS, THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK!!

Management is great. Apartments with upgrades are available. Older apartments need some work. RifRaff usually is not a problem. Maintenance is quick to respond.

They are charging $750 for a one bedroom in the hood! Who does that?

Nice low income housing

This place was crap to begin with, first day moving in everything was spray painted, nothing was wiped down or cleaned. I found an old packet of ramen in the back cupboard that was slimed in white paint, the doors and walls were just spray painted to where nothing wanted to open right. God forbid you get a sliding door apartment, the door nearly falls off every time you open or close it cold air comes right through and hot air comes right in during the summer.The apartment staff is horrid, they act as kind as possible until you have a lease then they want nothing to do with you. The maintenance guys will show up the first couple of times right on time maybe an hour after you call them, then as the months go by your broken stove could be diconnected the rest of your stay here.Little kids is all i have to say, theyre everywhere and they have no care in the world whether or not you get sleep or not, they come screaming and yelling through the halls, slamming on the windows and standing outside late at night being as loud as possible with the obnoxious music.There are also a huge amount of drug dealers and gangs in this area, they forget to warn you about the huge amounts of cops that have to keep stopping by just to stop them and they keep coming back.The sides of the building are falling apart, spiders and bugs come in and out as they please, the porch is gruesome. Everything about this place reaks of back away now! The prices may be cheap but its not in any way worth what youd have to deal with. I would of rather been homeless.The people here area rude, drugs dealers, obnoxiously loud, dont expect and luxury from this hell hole.

I currently live in this place right now its sad and not a place to spent $600 in rent and their not fixing anything at all . Management isnt hitting on nothing and constantly keep giving me the run around about what needs to be fix around my place, management still talking about work orders smh .

I wanted an apartment but everything is full
