I lived at Avalon Burlington for about a year and a half (through COVID). I have nothing but good things to say about Avalon. The rent was affordable, our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The maintenance team was excellent and fixed anything we needed in a timely manner. The on-site gym and pool were great amenities. I also want to thank the front desk, especially Caitlin, who worked with me on my move out date. Caitlin is a great person who really made my transition easy even though it was a complicated process. If you need an apartment, Avalon Burlington is a great place to live.

We moved in this past May and have been very happy. The staff here is great. Any issues are handled promptly. Nay and Caitlin in the office are kind and attentive. The maintenance is wonderful, Justin is friendly and professional. We have found it to be a real community feel with lots of families. The pool area was fantastic for the summer! It’s also a very convenient location to live. We were new to this area after selling a home up on the north shore and have found we really enjoy living here!

Great Community. Perfect for families. Beautiful views. The office staff, like Nay and Christine, are kindly, courteous, and they goes above & beyond answering e-mails quickly. The maintenance team is polite and very professional, works very efficiently and effectively. The neighbors are very friendly in this community. I recommend it 100%.

If you’re overwhelmed on deciding where to call home, I’d recommend that you stop your search now and talk to Caitlin, Nay, or any of the highly motivated and highly professional housing agents at Avalon Burlington. Even the maintenance crew, such as Justin, are some of the nicest people we have ever met. People know about this community because of how caring they treat the residents who reside here. They believe in the customer experience. Everyone in our community always has a smile on their face because everybody is just so happy living here lol! I’m telling ya! Believe me when I say this… You will not be disappointed.

This place s a racket. They are located in Burlngton Ma but charge as if they were closer to the city. The email incessantly about talking, noise, an other day to day things that happen-- you guessed it-- day to day. The floors are cheap and come off after ine cleaning. They are slow to trim hedges but quick to send you a threat to evict. Allow dogs for and additional 75/month even though they provide no dog services like a park. Laighable place to call home.

Close to a year now living here, and so far so good. The staff is friendly and keeps you very informed via email. The maintenance staff is awesome. I had a maintenance emergency and made a service request. Literally as soon as I hung up, 1 minute later Frank, Justin and Cassidy pulled up and took care of the situation promptly. They were all super attentive and nice. Overall, a nice quiet place, family oriented, and great location.

David and the other members of the leasing office were extremely helpful in guiding me through the steps to select an apartment and complete the leasing process. They were responsive in answering all of my questions and were supportive as I was rushing around trying to find a place for my elderly parents. The apartment and grounds of the facility are cozy and welcoming. I recommend Avalon Burlington highly!

We had to go back and forth a while to get everything ready for my move in date. She was always nice through it all which was calming!Nay Lim was also quick with responses whenever I had any questions of things I was unsure of. There was even a little mix-up with my parking space and she was able to resolve it right away.David in the office was also helpful the couple of times I walked in the office or whenever I called with questions. We moved into Avalon Burlington just 3 weeks back and it’s already such a pleasant experience. The onboarding process was seamless and everything was done online keeping the Covid protocols in mind. Nay helped us with making the move in process easier and by making sure our questions were answered. We had a few maintenance requests and Bill from the team provided a super efficient service. Overall we are so happy and satisfied to have chosen Avalon Burlington as our home.

I moved into Avalon Burlington 2 months ago and I am already so pleased with my experience so far. The facility is kept so clean and I love coming home here every day! The staff is very friendly and ensures what ever you need is done within a timely manner. All within a few hours I worked with Nay to add a roommate to my lease. Very nice, homy, community. Maintenance is always very attentive. They are quick to respond to issues - generally addressed same day, or next day if submitted in the evening. They are very professional and friendly. Front Office staff is very helpful. I love having a package Hub/room knowing that my packages are always safe when delivered. And the staff has helped a few times find a lost package - goes above and beyond looking at different shelves in case it was left in the wrong place. Very attentive to my emails. Fantastic neighbors! People are so nice in this community. The staff took COVID seriously and put measure into place to keep us all safe. The pool was very nice over the summer.

I am in the process of securing a unit. Nay, in the leasing office has been more than helpful. She goes above & beyond responding to emails immediately & if she doesnt have/know an answer she connects you to someone who does- doesnt just “pass the buck” like other complex’s I’ve dealt with. There has been some delay with the signing of my lease that is no fault of Avalon’s but they have been willing to work with me while I wait for things out of my control. The apartments & grounds are beautiful & well maintained. I look forward to moving in & making it my home.

I just moved in this past Friday & i am still in the process of settling in. So far everything is perfect, i found the apartment spotless, neat & clean. I had a minor issue with the microwave handle, i sent out a maintenance request on Sunday not expecting anyone to respond till the beginning of the week & with in 30 minutes someone was on my door. It wasnt fixed right away but he was to order a new handle. Its that quick response that wowed me.Its nice & quiet & i feel at home.

We have been living in Avalon Burlington for about a month and everything have been great, the apartment where we lived in, the community, the office staff, the maintenance team works very efficient and effectively specially these COVID times wearing masks and maintained distance. They do a really great job to keep this community a really nice place to live. 100% recommended.

Out-of-State Renter, Avalon exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely professional and customer friendly. My appointed Coordinator Nay Lim went above & beyond to ensure that the entire process was as seamless as possible, especially since I was an out-of-towner.The apartment was pristine CLEAN and gorgeous upon arrival! Servicemen were absolutely gentlemen and promptly makes repairs with no hassles. The website pictures & features are true to form, but in my opinion do not reflect overall justice, it was much more than expected.The property is well manicured & maintained. It is a very nice, upscale style living in a notably suburban area. A luxury apartment that gives an immediate home feel. I highly recommend this Avalon property, it does NOT disappoint! I only regret that I couldnt give it a 10 Star rating.

Avalon Burlington has made me feel at home from minute one: despite not being able to actually see my apartment live prior to move-in, the moment I had my “contact-free” key handover and entered the apartment, everything felt just great! The premises are clean and well maintained, the office staff is always responsive and helpful and the communication is very transparent especially during these uncertain times amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The apartment is spacious and has a great floor plan and all the amenities needed. I can only recommend Avalon Burlington and hope the community stays as friendly and lovely as it is.

We haven’t moved in yet but every dealing we have had so far has been professional and positive. My husband has a medical need that will require a small alteration to the apartment and Nay has willingly guided us on what we needed to do to get the modification done. Always happy to help us. The maintenance staff is the best part about this place. They are always helpful and complete requests quickly. After the first few months of living here, we had issues with our dishwasher and dryer. Both were replaced almost immediately.

My mom and dad moved into this complex about two years ago and the staff has been remarkably patient and generous with their time as my parents had unique needs (my mom was in a wheelchair). My mom sadly passed earlier this year and they were so incredible with helping my dad and taking extra special care of his needs - and communicating regularly with me as I live in NYC. Christine Pelotte in particular has gone above and beyond on a regular basis. I highly recommend this complex!

Great location with easy access to highway 95, 93, 90, 495. Close to Burlington mall, shopping centers, downtown Burlington.Professional staff who would go out of their way to help residents. Nay and Steven were both very helpful before, during, and after my move.Maintenance service is quick and professional. When I put in a request last time, the staff responded in a hour and helped me fix several issues at once.Pet friendly community with woods trail for dogs to enjoy nature.

Having owned our own home for over 40 years we were somewhat apprehensive about moving into an apartment. However, after the first two months we couldn’t be more pleased with how things have turned out here at Avalon Arboretum. Our apartment was fresh and clean, the office staff is very efficient, very friendly and always eager to help. The two small requests we had for the maintenance staff were handled quickly and with a smile. The hallways are always clean and the grounds so well maintained. The overall setting is quite pretty with most of the buildings surrounded by trees, makes taking walks quite pleasant and the view from our balcony very nice. The system for receiving packages is great with the Amazon Hub room and the office staff helping as well. So, not sure what other apartment complexes are like, but glad we picked this one.

Placed a maintenance request online Saturday, they were here to fix the issue Monday morning. Amazing! Of course appliances are great and the overall apartments are nice, but its the little details like energy efficiency, the Amazon Hub for package pickup, and great water pressure that make me love it here.

We were nervous about moving in to an apartment sight unseen but were pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and spacious it was. The staff is very friendly and all we have met are professional, supportive, and extremely responsive. Moving to Avalon has been a great experience all the way around!

I moved to the Avalon in Burlington in November 2018. The property is well maintained, the prices are fair for what you get (no hidden fees either), and the staff is very friendly.For example, a couple of weeks ago I picked up a package from the leasing office; and, the package was very heavy. One of the staff members, Aaron, carried it for me all the way to my third level apartment from the leasing office. He was very kind and didnt mind at all.I would recommend the Avalon very much; they certainly go above and beyond to keep residents happy.

Christine was so wonderful and informative during my first visit - and Conor and Gayle have been nothing but helpful from the beginning with all of our questions and concerns. I had the pleasure of staying in Avalon Burlington for the last three years. It was a nice place nestled between the busy town and very conveniently located from the main highways and arteries. The staff was communicative and attentive when it came to requests of any sort. Given a chance I would most definitely choose this as my home again.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great at communicating with residents about issues they are working to address as well as advertising fun upcoming events in the community. I have also had great interactions with the facilities staff members they are are very quick to respond to issues and are friendly as well.

I have been at Avalon Burlington now for almost 3 years now and I love it! The Office and Maintenance personnel are amazing. They are always willing to help with any questions and maintenance takes care of any problems a timely fashion. The environment is safe and clean. It is a very quiet place and I personally have never had any issues here. The gym and pool are a plus and all the attractions the Office Staff have for the residents are an extra bonus! I would recommend this place to anyone, young folks, couples and families!

Were very happy at Avalon! The property is kept very clean and neat by the staff and everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. Any issues weve had (which have been minor) have been dealt with very quickly.We love the location surrounded by the trees and love the apartment we chose. Its a fast hop onto 95 and only a few minutes into surrounding towns, We are pleasantly surprised by how close to so many shopping and restaurant choices we are. Connor knew the perfect apartment for us!!

We havent moved in yet, but the experience so far has been fantastic. Conor has been so helpful in answering all of our questions. He is helping us get everything in order before move in. He was able to get us in to see a unit before we moved in, and spent a good hour with us explaining all sorts of things about the apartment and the property. Very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. If he doesnt have an immediate answer, he gets back to us within the day. We are very much looking forward to moving to Avalon. The space (both inside and out) is beautiful and will suit our family perfectly! The amenities are very helpful, and we trust Conor and his team to continue to keep our experience the best it can be!

Clean, Great Staff. Only complaint is they charge both a $500 security deposit and $75 monthly rent per pet. Seems one or the other would seem more fair, my cats do not go out or use any resources that is not covered by me and the cat rent does not cover potential damages. So I am not really sure why the monthly rent. Putting that aside the staff is top of the line!

We have lived here for almost 6 months now and have loved every second of it!The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful, every experience with them is incredibly pleasant.The entire community is well kept, and we love how cozy our apartment is. Having a pool has made this summer has really been a game changer, such a good place to relax!Not only is the location convenient to major highways, it is also so close to many great shops, and restaurants.

Moved in recently on Aug 13th. Nicki helped in find this apartment and Michael helped to move in. Michael has been so friendly, very responsive in providing all the details I looked for. Apartment community is so clean, very well maintained. I am yet to settle in and explore more. So far my experience is good, very satisfied. Hope there will be a proper maintenance in winters in snow cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness around trash area.

I recently moved to Avalon Burlington and could not have asked for a better experience. Moving is always stressful, but everyone in the leasing office, (Conor, Michael and Christine) made it very easy. The property has been recently renovated, so the apartments are beautiful. I really love how quiet the property is and has a strong community feel, especially for being so close to the highway. Would highly recommend Avalon Burlington to anyone.

Absolutely love our home at Avalon Burlington. The community is extremely nice and courteous. We have two dogs and the seclusion of the complex is perfect for them. My favorite part about the property is probably how it doesnt feel so much like a stuck together apartment complex- it is spacious, there is room to breathe, and has plenty of trees. We have also never experienced anything odd or loud.As for the employees at Avalon Burlington, I cannot say enough positive things. We were shown around by Conor and he is still the personable, hard working consultant I met that day. He always immediately responds to any requests. The same goes for the maintenance team- they are such nice guys. As a female, I am very wary and a little on edge. I feel very comfortable with every one of them. They are prompt and very communicative as well. I have not had much experience with management, but community emails show they are on top of things. I find everyone in the office extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend living here!

The location here is great especially with all the trees. The staff are super friendly and are very responsive. The maintenance team too are quick to respond to any requests.-- Aug 2020 edit to 3 stars: Emails from their front office seem very unprofessional and they rely on residents to read their emails in order to resolve any community issues. After providing my move out date on July 31, I received my deposit refund for less than expected because their system said my move out date was August 1. I provided all the information they needed back in May but they are so clueless.. The maintenance team though is a 10 star. They are an amazing group and have never had any issues with their service. Always quick and resolve the issue.

The community is very nice. The apartments are excellent. The leasing office staff and maintenance team do a very good job maintaining and taking care of the community and apartments.

The maintenance team at the Avalon Burlington fixes things quickly and efficiently. Aaron, Cassidy, and Dan are all extremely friendly and fix even the small things. We are very appreciative of their help with fixing the minor issues we have had.

Have lived at the Avalon Burlington residences since 1993. I love the location; easy access to all major highways, short drive to NH, Boston and central Mass. The dog friendly attitude, helpful and courteous staff, array of amenities and tree filled grounds all lend to a somewhat bucolic atmosphere.

Just moved in on July 28th. Connor helped us find the apartment and Michael helped us get settled in. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly in helping us get acclimated. The apartment itself is beautiful and my friends and family are jealous of me when they come to visit. I would highly recommend this community to you!

Great move in experience! Apartment was cleaned like new, very well kept public areas, and SNOW removal is phenomenal, only have to clear off my car and drive away. To that point, all walk ways are kept salted, clear and well lit making getting around very easy! A few minor mechanical issues that were immediately addressed, and then followed up on. Staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. Close to everything you would need. Awesome amenities and beautiful complex (Im sure to be made even more appealing when the leaves come in) A wicked nice place to call home.

Nick did a great job getting done. Im a quadriplegic and they help me with things that are outside of what I would call normal service requests. I had them put up some plastic on my windows to help with the cold.I just had to sign a waiver, since the plastic can be a safety hazard and legally they cant put it up without one.

The first year was nice. Second and third year has not been so nice. Ive only stayed because my son was in high school here and Now he has graduated. We are now looking to relocate by the Spring of 2017

The location is great as it is set back from the main roads- you dont hear the highway and yet it takes me just a couple minutes to hop onto 95 or get over to Cambridge St and Middlesex Turnpike.

Avalon Burlington has the best Maintenance team of any apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Ive been renting now for almost 15 years across 4 different states, and Avalon Burlington maintenance offers the most reliable, prompt and fulfilling maintenance service bar none! The last 5 service requests were completed either same day, or less than 4 hours from when I submitted my request. This includes same day service for a brand new water heater and a brand new microwave (which I paid $0 out of pocket expenses for). Not only do they offer prompt and quality service, but their maintenance team is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly impressed with the Avalon Burlington maintenance team. I usually dont write reviews unless I receive exceptional service. Shout out to the entire Maintenance team, I specifically got to deal with Cassidy, Frank, Bill, Bruce and the Maintenance Manager Dan (exceptional individuals and quality/timely work!!).I would also like to thank the management staff in the front office; specifically Caitlin, the Senior Community Manager, Christine, the Sales/Service Supervisor. Both of these individuals also provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. They were fair, compassionate and accomodating when I had a few unique situations bring itself to light while living in the community. I am getting ready to move out and I lived here for 3 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE due to the outstanding office/maintenance team!!- Jerred

Edit (8/27/19): With Avalon, you have to let them know you are vacating the property with a 60 days written notice. We received a renewal letter indicating what our renewal price would be. Our 60 days fell over the 4th of July weekend; thankfully the office was nice enough to allow a few extra days. Our rent was set to increase by an additional $200.00 per month. We had worked with the office and were able to get it down to $150.00 per month. Out of curiosity, we continued to check the rent prices on the website to see how much they fluctuated. Approximately three weeks later, prices had decreased by $200.00. It seemed odd that such a big decrease would happen in such a short amount of time. We were working with the office staff to see what our options were, and if there is anything that they are able to do. Unfortunately, the outcome was not favorable. At this time, we were informed that we could have waited and renewed our lease anytime prior to our old lease end date. NOT once was this made clear to us in July when we had spoken to the office staff 2-3 times after we had gotten our renewal letter and asked them if we could have a few more days to re-sign. We made it pretty clear that we were looking to resign.To summarize, Avalon Burlington is a great property with friendly staff and an excellent maintenance team. If you are looking for a great one year place, go for it. However, when it comes time to renewal be prepared for anything. We had read some reviews prior to signing our original lease about the rent increases year to year, but figured we would cross that bridge when we got there. We did not think it would be a $200/month increase. There are tons of great properties in the area, and seeing how much the rent prices have fluctuated, I wish we would have explored our options further. Lesson learned, come July 2020 if we are faced with another increase at $200/month, we will be looking at other non-Avalon properties. Shame on us for not looking at our lease terms closer, but I also feel very mislead that the office staff did not advise this sooner when we made it very clear that we were looking to resign. I dont like being mislead for profit. You want to have hope that these big companies care about their tenants, but, as always, money is the driver.Edit (5/1/19): For the last few months we have been working with the office staff and our neighbors to find a solution to the noise issue. We were able to come to a solution that benefits all. Everyone from the office has been wonderful to speak with, prompt at keeping us updated and responding to emails. Hopefully this now will allow us to enjoy our time with Avalon.At first, we were highly impressed with Avalon. The apartments are great, spacious and located in a quiet area. Bonus that it is tucked in around conservation land. The office staff was very friendly when we came and toured before signing our lease in July. Would have given a five star, however the neighbors above us are extremely noisy. We gave it a pass at first thinking it was just a one off, but everyday it sounds like a stampede of elephants. We are aware that they have small children who will run around and play, but the noise is excessive. Sometimes they bang so loud it makes both myself and our two dogs jump. The noise is almost constant from 7AM to 9-10PM daily. They also have their TV turned up very loud. More often then not we can hear their TV over ours. We have been awoken at 4:45AM on a Friday morning by them vacuuming. We had emailed one of the office staff that we had worked with when touring, to see if they could send a friendly reminder about the quiet hours as stated in the lease but she was out of the office that day. We forwarded the email as instructed in her out of office response. We did not get a response or acknowledgment from either person. The noise is still on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, this may deter us from extending our lease for the next year as we had originally planned.

The staff are super friendly. They are very quick with the process of the paperwork and are really good with responding questions via email/phone. They are extremely organized which made my move go really smooth.Thank you Caitlynn Machado & Christine!

I absolutely love the staff here, especially, Frank, Dan, Cassidy, Justin, and all staff members in the offfice, for the great job they do! These guys are forever polite, very helpful, very kind and always prompt with everything they do! I appreciate them every much and that is why I have resided here going to 9 years! Thank you so much for all you do and for keeping us looking good and always happy💕

Very quick response, and our air conditioning was fixed in no time. We really appreciate it!

Very rude and unprofessional worker. They define a project to modify part of our home (which was not necessary and we did not ask for) without our permission. One day we got a letter saying we need to basically move half our stuff from our home and secure our jewelry, laptop, and etc because they want to modify our apartment. I called them and I said I cannot since I had deadline coming up and I was busy. They did not change the time. Very rude people. Never ever go back there again

Great place to live in. Staff is fantastic.Recently it is becoming less safe, packages are lost no prove as we dont have security cams.

Was supposed to move in. Signed lease and paid all security deposit and fees. Week later they void my lease (for whatever reason). When it’s time to refund my payments, they state they’re unable to “find” my payment in their system. Month later still waiting on my refund. Very inconvenient being as though I need to put down another security deposit for another apt but can’t because I’m STILL waiting on my refund. Worst experience ever.

Until now I can only give 5* for all the leasing process and move in support. Got one of the apartments a week ago and feel very happy. Staff is very friendly, supports in all topics. I was moving from Germany without a credit history nor ssn. No problem at all, which makes it easy to step in to a new country. Apartments are very clean, the whole community is very clean. Enough parkings slots available. So just for the first week living here, i always would recommend to take Avalon Burlington as a choice. Shops, a big Mall, lot‘s of restaurants can be reached in 5min. Everything you need is around, but you are still living in a green, woody community - i really like it! Hope to go on with all my positive impressions for my future living here.

Is not the best complex that I ever lived, but still is affordable, has a few luxury things and is a great neighborhood, if you are looking great schools for your children, this is the one

Just signed on for another year!Ill admit, I was a little apprehensive moving to the burbs, but now I love it. This property is located a short drive from shopping, restaurants, anything you might need. Double bonus, you get SO much more space than you would in the city!!Mike in the Leasing Office and Nic from Maintenance are GREAT. Any concerns are addressed immediately, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.The only criticism I would have is you lose access to the BBQs once the pool closes for the winter. Kind of a bummer, but not the end of the world... Overall, super happy here!

My wife and I had washer & dryer difficulties in the unit, and the administrative office eventually replaced them with brand new units. I really appreciated their willingness to do that for us.
