Called Tuesday inquiring about a property and was informed it had an application, but has NOT been shown yet. Told them I was interested in the property still and willing to pay more money for rent. Said they would pass the information along onto the owners. Calls back Thursday to express my interest and to see if they sent message to owner and they assured me they would. Then they call me Friday saying the other applicants took the property and it was no longer available and that they NEVER TOLD THE OWNERS OF MY OFFER! They told me “that’s not how it works” and they “didn’t want to fill out another application until they knew about the first applicants” although I was offering hundreds over the asking rent and the property wasn’t even shown yet. Extremely embarrassing how unwilling the women were to do any paper work and how much potential money they lost their fellow partners.Absolutely ridiculous how LAZY and uneducated the girls running the office are. Losing the owners of property on lawn drive in Waterford upwards of $6-10k a year.If you are looking to rent your properties with this company BEWARE!!
If you are interested in having this company rent your property just know they will lose you money due to the girls in the office not passing along information and lying to us over the phone.Offer more money on a property and prepared to go into a bidding war but didnt want to do more paper work.Sorry to the owner of the house in Waterford on lawn Dr. This company actively lost you a potential $6000 more a year because they didnt want to pass on any informationVery lazy and unprofessional girls who answer the phone.

Rented for over 5 years, never late. Gave my family 30 days to vacate (mind you covid stuff). Then not only did they keep all of my security deposit, but they are charging me for blinds that were never there and for the dumpster they chose to get because they are selling the house and did stuff to it. They never came to repair anything and stopped changing our furnace filter years ago.
We were moving back to Georgia cuz my husband was transferred back the parent company. When we checked on our deposit I was told by Becky that we weren’t getting any of our deposit back. Because of our dog. But we paid a non-refundable pet deposit just for that. So they got to keep our deposit except for around 250.00. We should have gotten almost three quarters of it back. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN U RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHEAT U OUT OF UR MONEY I do have a report that a non-refundable for a pet is to be used for damages by the pet. By the way we paid 1450.00 deposit. We cleaned the condo before we left. They just had to clean the carpet and I thought the 400.00 would have covered the 269.00 and some change. So they kept 1200 hundred dollars. Not fair
Paid dues for 2 years perfectly on time, never asked for much to be done, I have an issue that I have been trying to get taken care of now for 3 months, put in two electronic requests, called a few times and have been told it will be taken care of, the contractors they hired did not complete the work on the main issue and never followed up, after numerous phone calls, emails with conflicting information from different staff and plainly ignoring me and safety concerns when it comes to my condo and the outside area which is their responsibility, still not addressed, this business is a joke, their customer service is a joke, and if you actually want anything done or even addressed in a timely manner then go with someone else, especially if you are a private landlord then you are just setting your money on fire, as far as any condo owners or renters looking for a place to live look up who does the property management and if it is these guys, for the love of god run the other direction
We have worked with (professionally) and been managed by (as homeowners) MPC for several years. Overall, this is one of the best Property Management Companies in the area. When we purchased our condo, we were very concerned about the management company due to poor experiences in the past. We were happy to learn MCP managed the property and this greatly contributed to our decision to purchase the property. As with any property, we have had our share of issues, and not all have been pleasant. Yet overall MPC has been professional and available.
Company does not follow up on work orders in a complete or timely manner.. Quality has decreased while HOA pricing has increased 35% in 3 years. MPC also do not address the true root cause of issues so they become repetitive.
I would say working with MPC has been a very a good experience with very good communications via the portal and tickets getting wrapped up in a timely fashion. Their portal is very nice for a condo owner and staying up to date with whats going on in the HOA. They are great at making suggestions for maintenance and problem resolution and do a fair and honest job, I Trust the owner. Our first ticket took about a year to clear up- however I think they had just an over abundance of high priority issues from our previous Property Management company in Lake Geneva who did nothing at all.

We’ve been with MPC for a little over a year and Michelle (the owner) truly cares about the tenants she manages. I’m grateful for the experiences we’ve had and have enjoyed our apartment. As a disabled tenant, they’ve been amenable to my needs as well.
MPC is great! I work with them on an almost daily basis. They definitely take care of their customers and their subcontractors. I highly recommend MPC! All of their staff is amazing!
Don’t be fooled by the good area (sunnyaide apartments 80th 22nd Kenosha) inside the apartment was nice and remolded. Until the ceiling starting leaking into my couch and they did nothing. The basement filled with white fuzzy mold in everyone’s storage units and began to spread everywhere claiming everyone’s belongings. Contacted management as well as did other people SEVERAL times. Every time, no one responded. Mold was still everywhere when I moved out. They never came and fixed the issue. The sewer often backed up into the bathtub or sink, had to go several days without being able to shower at my own place before they decided to have it come and get fixed. They turn the heat off in the summer which is fine, but don’t expect the air conditioner to reach your bedroom. Expect it to be very hot in there. Upwards of 80 degrees. When fall arrives, don’t expect them to turn it on when they legally have to. It will be 54 degrees and they still won’t turn the heat on. In the winter, the heat often breaks, so prepare for 52-55 degrees in your apartment. Back doors to the complex never latched and the other one was also broken that it was just wide open all the time. Anyone off the street could help themselves through the complex. This was addressed several times over a year, yet still wasn’t fixed. To make it worse, my apartment was entered to do a “routine check” at 10am. I came home around 8pm, they never locked my door back up. So as anyone could walk into the complex and had access to all my lifelong belongings. The hallways regularly smelled of drugs, and there were drug deals going on all the time at the complex. Trash such as couches furniture just sat in the lawn for days making it look even more like a dump. They had “assigned parking” and threatened to tow, but never followed through. So good luck ever being able to park where you live. Because several guests would park there or the neighboring companies customers would take all the parking spots. Very poor management, unprofessional, undertrained.
I find everyone at MPC to be extremely knowledgeable. They can always answers questions.When something goes wrong at the condos, MPC takes care of the problem right away.One of their employees, Mitch, is always willing to go above and beyond what needs to be done.I have never had any problems with MPC or any of their employees!
Terrible service. Expects everything from tenants to be perfect but cant even come shovel the walkways or clean the hallways or repair the dryer vents that leak lint. Neighbor waited all weekend with no water cuz they didnt have anyone available to come look at it. Joke of a company. Save yourself the trouble and find a building with a building manager on site or an actual landlord
MPC is great to work with. They manage our condo maintenance and are very responsive to any requests made. Weve worked with them for a few years now and have had a positive experience!

They never seemed to be able to fix anything because the managers were young women with no repair and maintenance experience. One actually said to me that they were having a hard time finding capable employees to make repairs. There was one guy who was great and all the rest complainers. I heard: “I am not a morning person!” “I lost my mojo!”I reported a seam in the laminate kitchen counter top and sent a photo - this was to protect me from damages in the future. The owner, Michelle, decided I needed a new countertop and sent out the guy with no “mojo”. I didn’t want the kitchen remodeled! I just wanted to point out the issue.My experience made me think I could start a management company myself as no particular skills were needed! I moved out 9 months later when problems were not solved that caused the carpets to be WET throughout. What an experience! A company run by kids.
Our condo association switched to MPC a few years ago. The difference in service received is like night and day. It was an excellent move on our part and we could not be more pleased.

Our Condo Association (Villas of Meadowbrook) in Racine did a great deal of research on Property Management Companies and selected MPC as they were hands down better and more affordable then the rest. MPC made our transition seemless. As President of our association I dealt with with Bernard, Carissa, Kellie and the rest of the staff. They are all awesome. Phone calls and emails are promptly returned. They are very professional and their expertise is vital in board decisions. Nobody wants to make a mistake or doing anything that goes against bylaws or state laws and MPC helps the everyday board member understand. Im vey pleased with MPC.

They took over the building i lived in and turned it into a slum. they rented to anybody they could get and within months most of the good people were gone and they were replaced with bedbugs, drug users and drug dealers. they were fired but the damage was already done. they never took care of the buildings maintenance and they were all about the money.
