Came out and repaired my refrigerator just a few hours after I called. Work was very clean And employees were very friendly. Had the parts they needed in stock to repair my six-year-old refrigerator. Happy to do business with them again if I need to.

My dishwasher broke and these guys seemed to have good reviews. It took a lot of effort on my part for them to: send someone out, order a part, come back out, (after I called two days in a row to see if they were coming) realize they misdiagnosed the problem, tell me they had to send out an expert, and send the expert. Then the expert told me I should just buy a new dishwasher. During that time I had to be the one to call and try to get them out here, over and over again. The only appointment ever made without me calling or texting repeatedly was the first one.So when they told me it couldnt be fixed,, I called the appliance store where I bought the dishwasher to get advice. He told me to unplug the dishwasher and plug it back in. IT WORKED.

Only feedback is the tech did not know how to move the washing machine from drip pan but figured eventually, i had hoped if they fix washing machine this might be very common to move machine to get behind it. Otherwise fixed the problem properly, cant complain.

Quickly fixed my refrigerator!!

Called this afternoon for a compressor failure. The guy helped decide on phone and with prior receipt that the compressor would be covered under warranty. Had to pay for labor and he had a compressor on hand same day. So lucky, he came couple hours later and finished in 2 hours with 2 guys. Said to check for the next 48 to make sure its working. So far an hour later down to a correct temp. Would recommend!

Mgr appliance did a great job on all my appliances, cause when it rains, it pours. All at the same time my microwave stopped working, my dryer over heated and then my dishwasher started leaking. Mgr were quick to come out, assess the problems and get back to me with cost of parts, estimated delivery time and repair appointment. They were on time, quick and left the place clean. I’m so grateful to finally find a trust worthy appliance repair company who genuinely knows their stuff, is fair and quick!!!!

Our fridge had shut down it’s cooling and kept rising in temperature; as well as it was leaking water. We filed a claim with Asurion as part of our protection plan and they sent out George from MGR Appliance Repair. He was able to come by the next day! Overall, we were satisfied with the job he performed. Points in which he should be credited for: 1) Speedy response time with return phone calls, 2) Check up phone call the next Day, 3) Fast solution with on hand repair parts, 5) Knowledgeable in what the issues were and how to solve them, and where all compartments were in our refrigerator version, 6) Provides explanation and steps of what he’s doing to your fridge, 7) Professional, 8) Polite, 9) and 10) Confidence in his work. My refrigerator broke down and we needed it fixed ASAP! I called George and he answered right away. He was so nice and respectful! He came quick and did his job quickly! Very responsive & great communications from the start. My microwave stopped working called called the home warranty company and MGR was their appliance contractor of choice.MGR called right away and was able to get me on the schedule to come troubleshoot the microwave, here found the problem right away and let me know that he had to order the part and it would be about a week. Called once part came in to schedule, came out the next day,. Took the microwave of the wall, disassembled it to replace the bad part then reinstalled it. DONE!I would totally use this company again BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR BEING HONEST AS WELL!Thank you, MGR!

George was amazing! He answered my calls quick and solved all my problems! Ive called multiple different places to fix my laundry machine and they all gave high prices. My dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I called MGR and George came.On the phone they told me there is 50 service fee, then the tech will estimate. The tech found the problem, fixed and said that it was an easy fix and will charge only service fee. I would defiantly recommend this company.
