The workers are out smoking so much they should clean there parking lot. It is full of trash.

They did so wonderful with my son who is 13 months old. We will be returning. He loved the staff an the atmosphere. And for it not being my hair not really know how to do his they were great with me.

The store is always very well stocked, even during the pandemic. Ive been able to comfortably get what I need without having to go anywhere else. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful, as well as the manager.

The store itself was fine, patrons are not encouraged to wear a face covering. During my 5 minute visit most of my time was spent waiting in line, it was there where Id seen 3 people without protective equipment.

I got to witness an employee help out a disabled man it was very cool

This place is a mess daily, products stocked in lanes in front of products...manager is rude & nasty to customers as well as employees, Hope the Manger has no customer skills,she should be retrained!

Great store easy to find things.

Always cluttered! Cant get down the aisles because of merchandise & dollies blocking the path. Never enough workers which causes this build up & causes the lines to constantly be long.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and easy to maneuver around. Only downfall was no ice... but sometimes that cant be helped.

The people that work here are great but it is so understaffed. This store is always busy and the cashiers are always nice but most of the time you wait in line forever cause there will be a line of 10 people and 1 cashier. I dont have this problem with any other location. Manager needs to hire more help

Once in a while I find a good cleaner. Lysol, n 409 .

Store is always cluttered with boxes and carts full of boxes maybe they should stock overnights so when I come in to buy stuff I can actually buy it n not have to leave and go down the street to family dollar

Terrific. Hard workers and they actually worked vs the other DG stores. Great job ladies. Give them girls a raise.

If you see more then one car in the parking lot and youre in a hurry, DONT GO HERE !!!! you will be stuck for ever with the slow employees cashing you out!!!

Store is a mess and always long lines and not enough help. I dont put to many places down ..but ..I have already said i wouldnt go in there again and after today ..i really wont go back in there.

I love the store but I feel the Isles are two small. The people were friendly and helpful. And at this location the parking is great. Big roomy. Look like most customer walk. The store was a little messy.

This is typically a decent store to get stuff in a hurry if you dont have the time to go to a larger retailer. Theres usually a pretty friendly staff available to help you if your unable to find what you need, and the checkout counter is manned quickly, and efficiently.

Nothing was really organized and the cashier was very rude

The service was great they were very helpful told me right where everything wants the even lifted stuff off the shell for me

Never stocked with drink sales and coolers are often bare. Some employees have Terrible customer service skills and attitudes galore. Store is dirty Lott the time and in disarray.....they also advertise that they are able to do western union when in fact they are not

Its a dollar store. It is actually pretty clean for being a dollar store, but never enough staff at the registers. A 5 minute trip ends up taking 20.

Very close by, when I go just before closing, there are no lines to wait in. During the day time thats usually the case.

Hello DG Team,I Visited your location at 2137 Seneca St, Buffalo, NY 14210 on February, 2016 at about 6:20pm and was absolutely appalled at my experience. I have had bad experiences at this particular store in the past but tonights took the cake. Stopping in just to grab a few items on my way home from work immediately walking in the line was wrapped around the store and half way along the back wall. I grabbed the items i needed and took my spot in line. The line was building behind me as the entire store is awaiting the 1 cashier scanning away while a woman who appeared to be a manager was asking customers in line to step aside as she was stocking the deodorant on the shelfs along the side wall. What happened next was the straw that broke the camels back. A woman standing in line just behind me asked if there was anyone else who cold help the drowning cashier the woman stocking who at this point seemed to be the one in charge at the time responded in a sarcastic toneShe is the only one we have and the other one is on break and register 1 is broken, this is what they give us so this is what you getand went back to to stocking the woman who seemed offended as the woman just brushed it off like it was nothing (with 10-12 other customers in line) she customer then stated thatyou would think with this amount of people waiting the manager would hop in and helpThe seemed to be manager took her box and disappeared in to the back while the cashier was obviously overworked and under supported. At this point i added my items to the growing pile of F this place pile and took my business elsewhere. Is this your way of supporting your stores and providing customer service? I dont understand how you expect to thrive in this or any location with this level of service? This is not the first instance at this location but by far the most disgusting retail performance I have ever witnessed where even your managers wont own responsibility. That was the last time I visit this location and I hope something is done to rep-remand this poor service.

I love Dollar General! Of course, like everywhere else, you have to know your prices. Always helpful staff, although I have often had to wait in long lines due to 1 register open.

It has everything you need for a good price

A little bit of my soul dies everyone I walk into a dollar store. I dont know if its the cheap horror film lighting or the crappy music, but I can feel my life force slipping away while I wander the isles looking for the paper towels. If you need tissues or pens there is no other reason to be in there.

This place is a dive. Decent selection and lots of floor space, but, hostile employees and, just, bad morale. One cash register opened when people are standing in line, workers outside smoking while store is dirty,and in shambles. Always stock in the middle of the ilse so customers cant get to what they want to buy.However the cashier tonight was very pleasant and worked hard to get everyone checked out.

Place is dirty,garbage always around entrance. Employees are rude. Management screams at employees in front of customers. They never open a register when the line gets long. Have seen over 20 people before in a line that stretched to the back of the store.

This location is always slow. I only go here because its in my neighborhood. And the manager is so unprofessional. The line was so long, she shouted sorry about the long line people she didnt sound very sorry, more like she hated her job. Was in there for 23mins to buy a pack of batteries. They only had 1 cashier

Im giveing this one a bit of a lower rateing becouse they always always always have stuff in the isles and its vary vary hard to get a cart down each one, the assistance are usually frendly and helpfull and theres a lot of stuff so its a good store just that one thing drives me insane Everytime I go there.

They are very nice especially the short Hispanic lady.

One of the better dollar Generals clean and organized unlike other ones.
