I love having my car washed here! The first time I had my car washed I was told about the car wash club. I joined right away after I was told it was the same price as having my car washed 2 times. I have been a member for about 3 years now. The vacuums are great along with the floor mat machine. Everyone there is friendly every time I go (and it is almost every day!) Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Second time here and my rims just don’t come real clean( they are real dirty but) I expect them to come cleaner, but it has a great disco car wash. Today they gave me a coupon so I can bring it back within 2 days for a free wash. I will update this post tomorrow after the second wash, let’s see if the rims come clean or not, wish me luck. I don’t like cleaning my rims.Ok, 2 days later I went back for my free wash, so 2 washes in 3 days and you be the judge, my rims are not clean, worth $ 20. NO, truck looks good but not paying $20 if it can’t clean my rims.

I really liked this car wash until I had to cancel. My car was totaled and my intention was to cancel or freeze my membership until I got a new car. I had just paid my monthly membership days before my car was totaled. I was hoping to try to get a refund if they couldn’t freeze it. For two weeks, no one would answer the phone when I called, no one called me back when I left detailed voicemails, I filled out the cancellation form online (multiple times) and no one responded. In the past I had cancelled after moving and got a confirmation email a few days later. I was afraid I’d get charged another month which was even more upsetting since I only had a few days to use that months membership before it was totaled. Not having a car made it difficult to get down to the shop in person. When I finally did the employee was very friendly and confirmed for me that it was cancelled. I have no plans on returning. If I had gotten a confirmation when this was done I would have continued with a new membership.

Does a top notch job of cleaning the exterior then there is a self vacuum area with hoses located on each side of the car. As if that wasnt enough, they have a machine that will clean your floor mats for you, and rags available for you to do any touch ups that you care to. One of the best car washes around and the basic wash start at $10.

Car has been dirty the last two times after the wash. Also they stopped giving air freshners.

The only reason for giving 4 stars is, not sure which package was applied to my free wash I thought it was a Platinum but no lights in the tunnel indicated those features of the Platinum wash. 5 stars for free, I have to see what happens when I pay for my next wash. Clean Machine is a great upgrade from Sponge Spa.

Prices are high for offered services...and you cant go back in 48 hours like other car washes...not impressed

I have a long commute for work so my car gets very buggy, got the Platinum wash pretreated it, they pretreated it again as I drove in, car comes out still covered in bugs I just washed it five days ago. Feel like it was a waste of $25. In fairness the vacuums work well but that was the only good part of my experience

I came by a few nights ago with my kids to wash my vehicle and to use the vacuums. As my children were running around drying off my vehicle as I vacuumed out the vehicle, I over heard the guy manager screaming and cursing at one of the young boys who works there. Not only was he being disrespectful to his staff but also walking around the parking lot with a cigarette in his mouth and head phones on cursing someone out. As a customer I did not find that okay for him to do especially with customers around. So therefor I don’t think I will be back at this location. It’s one thing to be upset, but to disrespect you’re staff in front of customers is way out of line. Makes me wonder how do they treat the customers ?

I thought the quality of the car wash was quite good, in fact I would say the best I have used. However, the male attendant at the pay station was not wearing a mask. It really doesnt matter that he is outdoors. If I have to roll down my window to speak to him, he is inches away from me and that offers me no protection. This is unacceptable with the COVID numbers in Lee County being so high. I asked him to walk around to the other side of my car so that he would at least be on the passenger side and farther away. He claimed he could not hear me. I have never had anyone tell me they could not hear or understand me through my mask. He did finally get another employee and she was wearing a mask. Also I had no clue how to access the free towels and windshield washer that are supposed to be available at the covered stations you use after your car wash, and no one was there to help. Im not fond of drive-thru car washes anyway, and I cant say that all the fancy lighting made me anymore comfortable going through the wash.

When they prewash your car they do a lousy job!!! they could do a decent seeing thats all they have to do you have ppl paying food money for memberships and thats how we get treated.

Wash did a good job. Car was clean except for the bugs in the front. I should have stopped in their bug scrub area but that seems to be self serve. Vacuums are great. Will propably sign up for monthly wash as often as you want package.

I liked the place until the roller caught my antenna, lifted the truck up, and did $2000 in damage to my truck. I let the management know, the shut down the wash looking for the broken piece so it wouldn’t damage another vehicle. I gave them my info, and I was told they would have the manager call.I never received the call. The roller had pulled up the body panel and wrecked the wiper transmission so now the wipers won’t go down past 1/2 and my passenger door pinches.When I returned with the estimate for repairs I was told nobody had “made a report” and that the one on duty that day of the incident had been fired. They would call me.The next day I received the call that “corporate” said it had been too long and they would do nothing. Reporting it 2 minutes after it happened was too long? Their fired employee not documenting it is their excuse? Despite my dated photos taken after the damaged happened? They said they would refund the month charge and nothing else. It’s been a week and they didn’t even refund that.So instead of behaving honorably I’m having to take them to court and make a claim on their insurance. The amount is below their deductible so all they are doing is being difficult, wasting time, and hoping I won’t follow through

Every time me or my wife come through the wash we never have a problem, but one employee specifically goes above and beyond when spraying our vehicles, and always comes out great. Thank you Doug well be back, this place is great Thank you Staff

Nice enough car wash. The actual wash part doesnt do so well. There is always dirt, bugs and road grime left behind even with the most expensive wash. Vacuuming, matt wash and drying rags are free. Just bring your windex, armor all and rim cleaner! A bit of advice, I dont notice a difference with the more expensive wash so save your money and go with the cheap one they turn out the same.

I love this place!! I have the Silver membership and it does a great job! I stop by for a car wash 2-3 times a week. Many stalls for vacuums, glass cleaner and towels are provided.... what more could i ask for!? oh wait, they give you an air freshener when you go through the car wash too! I highly recommend this place.

Very, very disappointing service. Ray is a disrespectful manager and should not deal with customers. My car got stopped in the car wash and the brushes kept spinning. I noticed that the paint and been messed up on my rear bumper panel and reported to management. Lawrence was very helpful, said they would check the tapes and would follow up with me in 3 to 5 days. No phone call. We go back in and were told the claim had been denied by Ray. We stop by to talk to Ray and inquired. Rays response no apology for the non existent phone call, told us there was no way this happened here (even though I sat in the car while it happened) and refused to let us review the tapes. Basically, talk to the hand. Do not spend your money here.

Its more than a car wash... Its an experience!Super-friendly employees, it has that old-fashioned service station experience, but with a really cool modern car wash twist. I felt like I was in a dance club, in my car. (You just have to try it to understand that analogy.) I got the platinum wash which was best ever... money saver tip, they have memberships. For the cost of less than two washes, you get unlimited washes every month. Rows of free, super-sucky vacuums. I didnt have to dig for change like at the gas station vacuum. They have floor mat washers which I didnt try, but will next time. Highly recommend!

This is a new car wash. Its employees are focused on helping customers get the best service. Sometimes the reader for prepaid car washes isnt too reliable. Service people see this and remedy the situation quickly.After the wash, there are excellent vacuums and even machines to clean your carpets beyond what the vacuums do.Open from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week provides excellent accessibility. I rely upon this place.

Personally I will stick to the Naples location . I come by and wash my truck once a week . Today as I’m drying my car the gentleman who works here with the short girl shorts kept bending over in front of me to vacuum dirt off the ground . Honestly I’m discussed with this guy . It’s absolutely nasty!! 🤢🤢🤮🤮Every time I come he has to wear these short girl shorts and always staring at me I feel uncomfortable coming here !! Other than that it’s a great wash but I will drive the 20 mins to Naples so i don’t have to see this anymore. I don’t know why management hasn’t said anything to him but someone needs to buy this guys some longer shorts or something !!!

Had an unpleasant experience with an Assistant Manager. I reached out on their Facebook page and the owner called me the next day, listened carefully and took responsibility to correct the situation. Owner was very kind and caring.

I have been a customer of the Naples location since the first day they opened. The wash itself is excellent. (I have a black car and wash it 3 to 5 times a week.) I have no brush marks on my paint. The owners keep their cleaning strips fresh all of the time. All others have left small scratches because they do not change their wash strips soon enough.The employees are completely trained to be customer oriented. (what else can I say) I live 3 miles from the new one and I am sure I won’t be disappointed once it opens.

Love this place. Top notch customer service. I used to go to the other place in Bonita where they wipe off your car for you, who I will not dignify with a free advert, and they were always closed on slow days when I was usually only able to get my car washed. So glad I switched.

Makes it a very convenient way to get a decent car wash without having to fully do it yourself. If you want detail, bugs off, inside dash cleaned, etc. You may need to go somewhere and pay more for full service.

I LOVE this car wash and it is the best one I have ever been to ... BUT... BEWARE ... there is a serious problem you need to know about. At first I thought the idea of the air fresheners was a good one. These are NOT GOOD. Maybe its the hot heat in the car ... but I left one hanging on a dash knob rather than dangle on the mirror. I left it there quite a while. Hanging on a dash knob meant it was resting on a portion of one of the front panels. When I removed it to replace, black gooey plastic was on the reverse side and an edge of the dashboard panel that it was resting on was melted and distorted!! Somehow the chemicals in this air freshener must interact with the high heat and melts plastic.They need to either stop using these ... or place a disclaimer on the package. Maybe dangling in mid air is okay, but NOT resting on plastic.

Great place. They have brushes with a detergent you can use to get the love bugs off. The vacuums work great. Get the monthly plan...unlimited washes for 1 low price.

By far the most generous carwash Ive ever been to.

Rinse hasn’t been working for a week. Drier roller NEVER works at end of the wash. Top horizontal wash brush works intermittently. I have the monthly program, and use it frequently enough to see that regular maintenance isn’t being performed.

Clean Machine Car Wash is convenient for me on my way to and from work. Before you enter, they spray the exterior and afterwards the vacuums were free. They also have the unlimited washes membership which I am considering for my wife...

I became a customer a week after the Opening and took advantage of the Platinum package. Wasnt sure if it was worth it but find myself stopping a couple times a week now. In and out in 5 minutes. Love the clean towels for dryingco and mpressed air for blowing out dust inside and water from my mirror casings outside. Very cool that you offer Veterans a discount every day and not just holidays- thanks.

Best carwash

New car wash by my house so I wanted to give it a try. I got the $20 platinum wash which I thought was pretty expensive but I wanted to try it before I got the membership which is more economical. I went through and pulled into the sweep station and my entire back half of my car was soaked. There is always some water left over in these washes but my car looked like a bucket of water was dropped on the back end. I went through 2 towels drying it myself. They need to fix the drying part of the wash before this will be my go to car wash. Typically you can get a full service wash with sweeping, wash and dry for $16 so they also need to adjust pricing since the customers have to sweep and dry there own car. I will try again in a few weeks and decide if I will stop going or continue using. Hopefully they can fix the drying issues.

Machines always breaking and stopping, I pay for 45$ car washes and still can’t even get grime off that my finger can smear off..

I had my infinti damage on a Monday. Someone was to call me by Friday...i just left there first thing this morning after not getting a call...i talked to the manager that truly doesnt care.. so use at your own risk..they sure dont care if they damage your vehicle.

Got a wash and ended up with an employee bucket stuck under my car. Also, Do Not buy the nicer washes. The most expensive wont even dry your car completely for twenty dollars. I’m disappointed in the lack of value. If you want to wash your own car and pay for the privilege this is a great place.
