Excellent customer service! Been renting from this store for many years and plan to continue.

Was told to fix my lawnmower is an easy 1 hour job, I load it up bring it over and he tells me they are booked for 2 weeks. And doesnt want to put me on schedule and states I have to drop it off now and they will get to it in 2 weeks and doesnt allow me to just bring it in in 2 weeks so I can still mow my lawn. Somehow that makes sense to him.

Quick and easy. You get whatever tools you want easier without any hassle. Even though rentals are cheaper, associated accessories are bit costlier.

I had a huge pile of dirt (leftover pool dig) to move in my yard, and when I needed sound advice on how to do it, Roy and his team took the time to understand my problem and offer solutions. I ended up renting a Bobcat for the job and finished it in just one afternoon. HUGE HELP!

Ive rented a leaf blower from this location a few times now. First year was awesome.. they showed me how it worked, helped load it into my van.. couldnt be happier!Following year they rented me one that was underpowered (same price too I think?!) -- after I realized it just wouldnt do anything for me I brought it back -- and they gave a 100% refund to me. The following year they got the big ones in again and my rental was flawless.And last night a popcorn machine which was a TOTAL HIT at our party.The store has recently been completely reorganized .. new shelves, more inventory, feels very clean -- and always polite and helpful.Very flexible, friendly, down to earth... great experience once again!

Like all the different tools I dont have to buy when I do a one time project, or just cant afford or store that much equipment. OMG my kids love the bounce houses and waterslides!

Fast and Great service! Very educational and fair prices. My lawn broke and I rented 1 today it broke they fixed it in minutes at no extra charge.

I was referred to ABC rent-all by a co-worker. I thought the price was great for a fun idea for a party. I was told $150. for the rental. Told theyd deliver it on Friday and pick it up Sunday. Nothing was said about a delivery charge or deposit. 400 dollars taken out of my account later and nothing has been done. When we dropped the bounce house off they laughed and said oh we should have given you the directions on how to roll it back up. Nobody apologized for the incorrect funds being taken out of my account or the neglect in customer service i got at both pick up and drop off. I thought this would be a great idea but i will never rent from this company again. Its a complete joke and they have a bunch of kids working for them who have zero customer service skills and zero knowledge about theyre products. Im disgusted with how this company operates.

Ive been in business for 47 years dont use anybody but a ABC. They always have what we need and when we need it. Their prices are right in line and they are friendly, which is hard to find in todays world.

Weve always had great experiences here, the owner is a really nice guy who tries hard to help out as much as he can with a request. My husband has been there several times, the last time was to cut some steel poles down to size. The owner did it himself and charged almost nothing. Great place to go in a pinch!

ABC is conveniently located on Niagara Falls Blvd. There was lots of parking for easy access. The store is easy to navigate and the staff are ready and willing to help. Rentals are a snap with ABC. Love it!

This place is the best for your power equipment. Need a lawnmower tune up? This is the place. Snowblower wont start? Take it to ABC. I take my generator every other year to get a check up. Starts on the first pull every time. Weedwacker...chain saw...edger? If its got a small engine - take it here. Good people. Very helpful.

Didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Gave me good advice on trimmer repairs.

Rented a 3x18 trencher and had no issues with the equipment or the employees. Infact I stopped in a few days prior to renting to get a measurement of it to see what all I needed for pickup, whether my hitch cargo carrier would be enough or if I needed a trailer and the worker at that time showed me the machine and let me get the details I needed to bring it home. Ill Def be renting again from here.

I rented a hammer. It was amazing.

These guys are thiefs, beware! Do not do business with this place, they will sell you tools and claim that they were stolen! Even when you have the receipts! This is the third time I have heard this happening, please hold onto any invoices you have if you do buy from these scuzballs. They are really dirty when it comes down to it, their BBB rating is horrible and it shows what theyve done to other customers. They have two locations that are owned by the same scummy person, he is in business to solely screw people out of money and their staff manager is an untrustable guy, go figure he has been there over 10 years. Also they have changed business names to hide from their shady business dealings, buy or beware.

Well, I rented a stump grinder recently. They could have charged me for an extra day as it was returned late. They also could have charged me a cleaning fee as I chose not to be any later returning the machine. It was a big break they didnt charge me what they could have. I rented from them before and will be renting again.

We rented chairs and tables, the chairs were all dirty and still had food on them from previous rentals and was told they would only put a hold on my credit card still waiting for them them to return my deposit terrible service all around.
