Better prices than other local vendors. Products and service were exactly what we wanted. Crew was courteous and professuonal and we had fast set up and take down.

Delivered and picked up in a timely manner and as promised. We stacked things for the pick up which helps the crew pick up so much easier. We are pleased as usual!!

Backyard Party Supply provided both an exceptional tent & service. We had our wedding outside and on the water this past August. Mike who owns the company met me in the winter to scope out the venue and suggest the ideal size of tent. We ended up renting a 45 x 30 frame tent for just over 100 guests, which was the perfect size.The crew set-up the tent the day before and broke down the tent the day after. The crew communicated their set-up time and I was able to meet them on-site for last minute instructions. They were very accommodating and really set-up everything exactly as communicated. The tent was clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend Backyard Party Supply for quality, cost and service. Mike was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction. We will definitely use Backyard Party Supply for any parties and/or functions in the future.

Needed only for cocktail tables for a coffee bar area for the festivities! Mike was Affordable, very friendly, and very accommodating! He help me carry the tables out to my SUV as I had my (2yo) granddaughter with me… Will always go back to him for party needs!!!

Great service, ordered last minute and they were able to help us out in a pinch with a BEAUTIFUL 40x105 frame tent. Included free lights and sides. I went looking everywhere for a 20x20 tent with chairs. Everyone was booked. So finally I came across backyard party supply and let me tell you I was so pleased with the price and that they were so prompt. They came the day before and set up and then arrived day after to pick up. I had no holes in my tent and yes it did rain so I was grateful to have the pieces to put up to keep rain out. Will be using them for all my parties from now on. GreAt service. Thank you.

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Backyard Party Supply. My wedding was last night and I had two very large tents, chairs and a dance floor delivered. First of all, there were holes in the tent above the dance floor, many of my guests slipped and fell due to how wet it was (obviously it rained yesterday). Also when the set up the dance floor a piece of it was on a tree root, which made it about 6 inches off the ground. When I called to complain about that, the guy told me that the people who set it up were idiots. I wasnt aware that I would need to supervise grown men installing my dance floor. I was very busy in the days leading up to the wedding. Also, the ceremony was outside, I had a tent and chairs delivered to the outdoor venue. The arrived at 2pm to set them up, the ceremony was at 3. That was OK with me, but they hadnt scouted the venue out before hand and were unable to place the tent where I wanted it because it was on concrete, so we could not use the tents or the chairs and all of my guests had to stand. 30 mins before my wedding they called me to tell me they couldnt do what I wanted. I would never recommend them to anyone, nor will I EVER use them again.

We used Backyard Party Supply for a recent event. The 10 tents took 7 hours to put up. They also tried to tell us that they dont put up sides and lights on the tents, even though nothing in the contract said that the company does not put up lights and sides, and it was never communicated to us before the event. They did end up putting them up, but werent done until less than an hour before the start of the event. Also, the attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable. They were rude, spent much of their time goofing off and cursing, flipped off one of my colleagues, and continually smoked on site, even when I asked them not to because one of our colleagues is pregnant. Needless to say, we were exceptionally unsatisfied with the services.

They were supposed to show up the night before to set up tent and bounce house so we waited home for the phone call that never came. Called and left a message that night wondering what was going on. Next day owner calls and says the order was missing! They had nothing coming to our house scheduled! Instead of rushing over to fix this they didnt show up until 45 minutes before party was scheduled to start. Needless to say we didnt even have tables or chairs set up when guests arrived. A mess and a very stressful situation. Owner was rude and offered no discounts. Trapped us saying hed take tent down if we were unhappy...as if we had any other options 5 minutes before event began. TERRIBLE service. RUDE customer service. DO NOT USE.

Dont rent from this place. Friend is getting married and they brought an OLD TENT WITH HOLES AND MUD. They finally brought a semi decent one. The tables were in very very bad shape. They messed up on the number of chairs. Very very bad customer service. Im surprised they are still in business. Thier stuff is very old and dingy... bad bad company

Great guys really help you out

I was very disappointed. Ordered my tent, chairs,tables and linens months ago for bridal shower. I wanted the tent to keep rain out.(which they were calling for heavy rain all day) I got a old tent with many holes in the roof when I commented to the person putting it up I was told I could put tape on them. Sides were so gross I couldnt use. They gave me square linens for my round tables when I called to say I had wrong size I was told thats what they use that they drape. They were for long tables, they didnt drape they hung I couldnt use them. Tables were also old and gross. I used them in the passed never had a problem but Im done now.
