Wow. If you’re looking for your day to be ruined this is the spot to go to. I wish I could give negative starts cause 1 star is too much for this place.The worker here, Dimitry, is one of the most unprofessional humans I’ve ever met. Called us idiots, charged us extra fees for no reason, and got our race involved in it.Absolutely, the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with someone.To anyone reading this, there are other Uhaul places that will treat you at least like a human being. Do not, I repeat, do NOT go here.Truly not sure how this place has a license to do any kind of business.

1 star is a compliment, Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I rented rented a $19.95 10ft uhaul. I used the truck for 40 min to transport a potted bush to my house. When I went to drop it off I removed my rope that was in the back.This apparently qualities in their mind as “not cleaning the truck” so he charged me $69.31 including additional charges that they don’t even know where they came from.If you try and talk to them about it they say “call Uhaul and they’ll explain it to you”.If they were at all nice then we could work it out, but then being unseasonably rude and charging me 70 dollars for a 20 dollar rental is absurd. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

This should be a 0 star. Absolutely awful experience. The main guy working here was so rude for no reason. He charged us random extra fees and double charged us for things intentionally to be rude. This is so bad for Uhaul as a company. I would recommend not using this location ever.

Very rude customer service. And selectively so. Felt totally unwelcome here. The person in charge was not even willing to answer basic questions. Super rude!

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!! Made a reservation and two days later they told me they couldnt do it. Never explained why - just had an attitude and told me to figure it out. Tried to talk to the manager and he supported his employee - told me call customer service it you want - Im not talking to you.Hopefully corporate or a district manager will get back to me asap. VERY disappointed in the service I received.

Our company had a pleasant experience with the rental 😊 the truck ran good and was clean.Thank you for a good experience!
