They do great work! The wait can be extensive sometimes but I certainly dont mind. The only thing Im appalled by is the snarky responses by management in these reviews. When people are voicing their opinions or concerns, just take the feedback and wish the person well. No need to get sassy. One thing Ive learned in life: you can fall just as quickly as you rise. Be humble. Dont think your clientele cant and wont decline. Take heed to some of this feedback. Your feelings may be hurt, but some of its true.

Although they were pretty full when I walked in, the wait wasnt too bad and once they started, they moved with purpose yet considerate of the services I asked for. The desert pedicure was very relaxing as well. Satisfied customer!

First time and will definitely be coming back. Came in for a pedicure was greeted and made feel welcomed right away. The environment was fresh and clean, and staff friendly. The gentleman who did my pedicure was super nice and gentle, and there was a part where he stretched my foot and felt great ( I have a bad R ankle that I Injured a while back). I have been going to Pretty Nail in Buckeye, AZ for years! All the Staff are friendly, professional and very attentive to your wants. Their pedicure are amazing, well worth the money. They dont rush your pedicure, they take their time and give you an amazing massage. Other places may charge a bit less for their pedicures, but like they say you pay for what you get and at Pretty Nail, you wont be disappointed.

I use to go to this place about a year ago and loved it ! Well I moved out of Buckeye so I stopped coming … well recently I came back and got a full set done . The lady doing my nails was so distracted the entire time, she kept worrying about her phone and who was coming in and out of the door … constantly answering her phone and leaving me sit there . My appointment was at 2:30 for a full set..I didn’t leave until 3:55 & I had to tell her to leave my nails plain because I had an appointment at 4 for my car when I really wanted a full design . They charged me 50$ for a plain full set with coffin….They were helping all walk ins no matter what too!! .. well a day later my nail broke after doing bare minimum…when I went to ask to get it fixed they told me 30-40 min wait when they were just helping everyone that came a day before … plus I just seen the review they left to another girl and WOW! Will never return and hope everyone sees they don’t care about you or anyone else .

Took my daughter in on Saturday to get her nails do e for homecoming. Yesterday, the very next day, the polish was peeling off. They nails are also crooked and the nail tech cut my daughters finger when doing her nails. I took my daughter in today to get the polish fixed and we sat there for over 45 minutes and no one even looked at us. We will never go back there.

If I could rate 10 stars I would!No joke I am new to the Buckeye area looking for a new place for my monthly pedis, I went with Sue and she did an amazing job, exceptional customer service & the owner was very kind 10/10 I’m coming back on pay day for a manicure as well!

Seriously the BEST pedicure Ive ever had! My nail tech was great, took her time even though it was close to closing when I came in and after closing when she was done. Ive never left a tip so large. Ill definitely be going back! Thank you!!

Went a few days ago to get a full set and pedicure done. I would have given a 5 star but as soon as I got home I noticed that my full set was pretty horrible. 4 of nails are crooked, there’s bubbles as well. It was just horrible. My pedicure on the other hand was done by Philip and I loved it!!! He was so nice and gentle and kept asking if I was ok. I recommend getting a pedicure done with Philip 100%!

The customer service was exceptional from the moment you walk through the door ..A welcoming tone was set by friendly greetings and a beverage being offered.. and tons of color swatches to chose from !! I think the greeter was the owner not sure but he was such a gentleman and made me feel my business was appreciated and I was valued. The woman who did my pedicure was super sweet and gentle and did an amazing job! I did have a bit of a wait at first but honestly the environment there and customer service made me forget I was even waiting.. I was checked on through out my wait.. it made me feel like I was not forgotten. .. this was such pleasant experience and nothing like I’ve had before. I definitely will be returning and making this my now Go to Salon FOR SURE !!!

I’m always nervous about going to a new salon because you never know what you’re going to get. I can’t recommend this place enough. My receipt says my person was Ing. And she did amazing. She took extra care/attention when applying the gel polish so it was perfect. The whole pedicure didn’t feel rushed at all and I feel like I got my money’s worth, unlike some other places. I was so relaxed when I left. I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve come here for about a year and the first few times it was wonderful. They always do a great job and I love their massage chairs and beverages they offer. However the last three times I’ve been have been exceedingly long. I’ve made appointments each time but it’s still taken 2 1/2 to 3 hours each time to get a mani and pedi. I think they are victims of their own success and just have too many customers. If you don’t mind waiting quite awhile I do recommend them since they do a good job and I unfortunately will need to look elsewhere

Part of the issue is that they dont turn anyone away, so everything is rushed and appointments are never kept. Quality of the products used are extremely poor. Never again.ETA: thank you for taking the time to write a response to my initial review. Please teach your staff to follow through with their work and figure out how to become more proficient at what they do as you do to writing subpar responses. Professionalism at its best!

Pretty nails spa buckeye is absolutely amazing! I may have found my nail spot!! They are kind, professional, and do a fantastic job . I did not feel rushed like I have at some past spots Ive tried. I felt calm, comfortable, and relaxed. They took their time on my mani and it turned out exactly how I wanted! The energy their is great! Love it!

This place did a great job, but they are horrible with time. I called to make an appointment for my daughter at 11:10- they didn’t help her until 11:45 only because we said we were leaving. I had asked several times if they were sure they could take her at that time and they said yes. There wasn’t a wait for a pedicure which is what I had done while I thought I would wait for my daughter. While I was there others called as well to ask if there was a wait for nails they said no wait come on in. I would just ask the staff who answers the phone and makes the appointments to be honest. It makes it hard for those who are trying to make other appointments to be on time.

Recently moved to Buckeye from OC and on the hunt for a new nail shop. Went to a place in Verrado - it was eeek, weird. Next time I tried Pretty Nail Spa and was so lucky to land in Tammys chair. THE BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE. My nails have never looked this good. The place has such a good vibe - the owners (husband and wife) are awesome and all the ladies were laughing and having a good time (at work!!!). And cherry on top: the 80s music playlist! For the very first time I came here on Saturday for a full set and was charged $60. The lady was nice and did a good job on my nails, however 4 days later the gel polish is chipping from my nails on the tips. I called and spoke with a very rude gentle men who after I let him know the issue he said I could come back in to get them repaired, but I would have to pay an additional $20 because they only guarantee nails for 72 hours. Ive been getting my nails done for many years and Ive never had the polish chip. I will never give this place my business again or recommend.

I do love the looks of the place and the man was very nice and patient. Made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The workers are very nice. However, I did not have the best experience. The acrylic was not filed nicely as my nails are very bumpy and they are uneven in shape. The pedicure left me with the exfoliator all over my leg and was never rinsed off. Other than that my experience was good. I’m sure it isn’t always like this. They were very busy and rushed to help other people as well.

Good location. Owner was very friendly at front desk. Kinda pricey. The nail color I picked out, (the tech), I could tell he couldnt find it, so he picked something else (kinda similar, but it wasnt what I wanted) and didnt say anything to me. I feel for the price I paid, he should have said something to me. 🤷‍♀️

Kim was amazing! I showed her a picture and my nails came out perfect! Could not recommend them more and I will continue to go to Kim for all my sets.

A few weeks ago I got a new set here and the owner actually did them. A few of my nails were crooked and not even at all. I asked her to file them more to try and correct her mistake. She filed it and made it worse so I just paid and left. It’s not even a whole month later and 2 of my nails are already lifting. The product that they use must be poor quality because I have never ever had nails lift this soon after getting a new set. I can usually go months without having to get a new set. Two of my nails are literally about to come off already which just goes to show me that they must use really poor quality products. You couldn’t pay me to get my nails done here again.

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Got my nails done ONE week ago and by the 3rd day they were already falling off. Not just that, they weren’t even on right, you could so clearly tell the nail was put on wrong. Isnt worth the money.

A friend and I went to get out lashes done on my birthday. The lady that did her lashes seemed to be in a very big hurry and just threw them on and called it a day. They were very patchy and had many gaps. The lady that did mine was very nice, and went ahead and filled in some of the gaps the other lady had made, my eyes burned the entire time from the glue leaking into my eyes. And I didn’t realize they were super synthetic lashes and very very plastic. I had to go get them removed at another place about 4 days later because there was so much glue on my lashes that it hurt to blink. It took 2 hours and 3 glue removers to remove my lashes. The friend that came with me also had to get hers removed because she couldn’t even sleep with them because they were so caked with glue her eyes were constantly irritated. Love the nails and pedicures but will never get my lashes done there again. Great staff, sweet ladies but no on lashes for us.

I never get long nails but Boba did a soft pink hombre with glitter coffin style on me that I absolutely loved. It was perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Wow I have only been in here for five minutes and this is the most welcome I have ever felt in a nail salon. The owner came over asked what I needed today, quickly got me to the colors I can choose from and sat me with a nail tech. I got a pedicure and dip set. As soon as I sat down he asked if I wanted anything to drink. My nail tech is just as amazing he was explaining to me what he was doing and making sure temperatures were okay. Lastly my nail tech for my dip set was amazing. She checked with me a couple of times to make sure I liked the shape of the nails and asked if it looked even to me or if I wanted to change anything. The owners Kim and Shane introduced themselves, everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Today was my first time here and from the moment I stepped foot in the establishment to the time I left it was nothing but professionalism. It was busy as expected for a Sunday but my pedicure or manicure were not rushed, they took their time and I love how my pedicure and manicure came out. I will definitely be coming back.

Family of ours stopped by to get their nails and we personally felt attacked due to the fact that we are POC. Please, I advise to anyone interested in better, and happy service without any issues should definitely stop somewhere else. This place isn’t it. I am really ashamed. Do better.

The reason I can back was due to the amazing customer service I received the first time. I walked in was not greeted the same, I was asked to sit and only the nail tips were placed. I waited 40 + before anyone can actually start working on them. I’m very disappointed and upset on the lack of interest in the customers.

It wasnt the worst, but i think they could have done a lot better. It was pretty close to closing time so that may be why. Oh well.

I got in at opening(9:00). Got out at 12:00. The nails themself look so bad. I actually cant stop crying. She cut me. CUT ME I SAY!!! Hurts like balls. I cannot believe this. My toes were fine tho she was sweet tickled a little heehee. Back to my finger nails, so gross and ugly so so bad. DO BETTER!!!

Havent been here in many years but they did me right...

I am so disappointed. I have gone here a few times and they always do a good job. I went on Saturday to get a gel manicure and today the whole gel came off from my middle finger. I didnt do anything so not sure what happened. The pinky is coming off too. The last few times I didnt have this problem. Bothers me because you spend all this money for poor quality. I am so disappointed.

I absolutely love Pretty Nails! The staff is amazing and friendly. Ing did my nails and Philip did my pedicure and I can not express how much I truly loved the entire experience. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time getting dipped nails and Ing walked me through it all. She helped me pick the design and gave me options on how I wanted my nails done. They came out beautifully and I have found my nail salon home!

I came in with my aunt, and mother. I enjoyed my lady she was sweet but the cashier working there was so pushy. He would not allow me to pay without him just over my shoulder and plus top that my aunt had been waiting for her nails to be done and they failed to sanitize, attempt to reuse the same gloves on her and had others go ahead of her. Mind you we are people of color, so we felt like this was extremely inappropriate. If you are POC, i would avoid this place. They value others a lot more because they easily started someone else’s nails on my aunt. I felt extremely disappointed since I enjoyed my nail lady Lily, but everybody else truly terrible service.

Nails look horrible. Friend noticed from across the dinning table how bad they were not to mention I wanted my nails kept oval. She said okay and proceeded to file them straight across. My natural nails are shorter than when I went in.

Absolutely love this place! They have the BEST massage chairs I have ever experienced, seriously I would pay just to use the chair! I drive 40 minutes just to come to this salon and I’m not the only one, apparently many Californians have been crossing into AZ just to get a long awaited pedicure (since CA has been closed down for so long). Kim does an AMAZING job on my eyebrows, the best I’ve ever had! Fast service, friendly staff and fair prices. They take great Covid safety measures too. Will definitely be returning!

If your looking for a new place or in the area, this is the best nail shop in Buckeye, the owner and Nail tech Kim is absolutely amazing! **Please know this nail salon is under NEW MANAGEMENT this year by a really awesome person that is only trying to make it better place.I love Pretty nail spa because, Kim and her staff have always showed me respect, being very kind and quick, the facility is very clean, great service on nails, pedis, and brow wax. Man who greets customers does not wear his neck gator . He leaves it around his neck. He didnt wear it the entire time I was there getting a manicure and pedicure. There were 2 other customers with no masks at all. He brought me water and dropped it on the floor then picked it up and gave it to me. Their website says that they require temp checks and masks which is clearly not true. The CDC has guidelines and requirements to protect customers, it does not seem that Happy Nails is concerned with our safety. It makes me wonder what else they are careless about. I will never go back to this salon.

Only one star cuz I cant do zero! Had apt for four people for my moms b day..got there at the time and was told we had to wait! Then I siad we had a apt his response was doesnt change anything and best case was we all wait for 35 min! He was very rude! You think they would want to make the chunk of money. But guess not. First and last time going to this place. This was the worst service I have seen at a nail salon. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait, after waiting over 45 minutes in the chair without help and observing the nail techs working back and forth between customers I decided to leave. Before leaving I spoke to the manager who was an incompetent and arrogant fool which confirmed that I made the right decision to go somewhere else. I think the negative reviews speak for themselves.

Out of all the nail techs in there only 1 was not wearing her mask when getting my eyebrows waxed she turned around and sneezed 3 times over top of my daughters open soda pop and replied I had been trying to sneeze all day

I had the most amazing nail tech today at Pretty Nail Spa, her name was Kim. She did a fantastic job on my nails and she suggested a change to the original picture I showed her of what I wanted and I’m glad I agreed to go along with it! A classic pedi will get you a salt rub, callous remover and some reflexology on your feet that is to die for! Their waxing is on point and their nail techs do amazing work. Under new management !!! I love Kim and love when she does my acrylic/dip nails, but I went in today for a pedicure I asked for a specific color and the tech told me gel was better, I informed her I didn’t want gel as I have a skin sensitivity to UV lights/rays (thanks to chemo) she lied about not having the regular color, I saw her take the color out of the box and leave it on the shelf ! She insisted gel was better it lasts longer, granted I let her proceed but I kept pulling my feet out of the lamp, I cried when I walked outside I so furious. Now the top my feet are red and painful, sometimes it’s not the money as to why customers say NO to gel it’s due to Health or they simply don’t want it. Don’t pressure them into getting something they don’t want!

I was just in today new owner is really nice the girls did a excellent job with my pedicure and manicure will be going back. I use to go before but stopped going like for 8 months but my daughter’s told me it’s under new management so that’s why I went to see for myself. Loved it 👌✅💅
