Beautiful place. Very nice people and had the best experience. From walking in to having a complimentary drink to finishing with my pedicure. The owners were delightful. Thank you for seeing my daughter and I today. Also no wait times!! It’s a must place to get your nails at!!

Horrible experience yesterday!! I wouldn’t give any stars but I had to in order to write a review. One of my friends recommended me to go to this salon stating they did a good job. So I figured I’d try it out. The lady who did my nails was very rude! She was way too rough and when I tried to make simple conversation she just gave me an attitude and ignored me. I asked for a light nude pink and showed her the pic (pic added) and she pulled out a dark pink dip powder. I asked her if that color would look similar to the pic I showed her and she said yes. She did one hand with a few coats of that dark pink (Pic below) and asked me if I like it and I said no and she huffed and gave me a huge attitude so I just told her to finish it since she wasn’t about to remove it. Not only did she pic the wrong color all together she made my nails very uneven. I did get a pedicure and that was okay. However I will never Waste my money going back to this place ever again!

Lina did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she told me what the best service for me would be and how much it would cost. She was extremely efficient and did exactly what I wanted! I dont plan on going anywhere else!

Had an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, my appointment time passed, asked how much longer....was told very busy about an hour...Politely reminded ny appointment for 30 minutes ago. Told sorry we busy...Kindly removed my name from list and wont be back. I get beening busy but when you had an appointment....Thanks but no thanks!

They were nice for the most part, but over priced for the quality. They also left the person I went with sitting in the pedicure chair for at least a half hour with zero communications. Just sitting there until someone finally got to her. I understand that they may have been busy, but at least acknowledge your customer. They offered another patron water while she was getting a pedicure. That was never offered to me or the other person I was with. Again, nice people. Just overpriced for the quality and the customer service could have been better.

The guy who did my nails did a very good job, he took his time and gave me the exact look that I wanted. They were very nice and clean, not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Nice clean and organized nail salon. Very professional and friendly staff. Lina always leaves me satisfied with her work, she is very understanding with what you want to do or the design you want to have on your nails, her nail art is impressive.

They are always good to me. Usually super busy so I recommend an appointment!!

Jenny is the best such a kind person ! She lets you relax and makes sure you’re taken care of. The place is clean and they ask you to wash your hands before receiving service. I always get the pedicure with gel I suggest making an appointment and going on mondays Tuesday’s and Wednesdays. Anything after that is packed.

I love it here.I always come back here. The staff treat you like an actual person.

Poor work ethics. Not concerned about what the client wants will try to do what they feel they want to do. Horrible customer service. Price is too high for dissatisfied job. Do not take care of customers nor do they care if customers come back. They have bad attitudes when you ask them to fix lumps and dents. Paint job is horrible they do 3 thick thick coats to try and cover lumps. They are good for trying to up sale you but can hardly achieve great results. Salon is nice the people are rude and lazy.

I went twice, trying to allow them to redeem themselves, but they are just too busy to make every one happy. My acrylic nails dont match the size of my actual nail, the gel polish peeled of both times I went, the guy didnt pay attention To what we ordered for pedicures, and tried to over charge both me and my sister. Staff is really friendly, but for the amount of money I paid for both sessions, not worth the work they are putting out. I will not spend another dime here.

My first time going to this nail salon. I showed them what nails I wanted and it would have cost me $65 dollars, and I didnt have enough. So I went with a different color. The nail technician was nice but she messed up on my thumb a few times. She made my thumbs nails a little shorter to help me? And as a bonus she added glitter for free. I paid $50 for my nails.

Always get my nails and feet done here. Super friendly staff. Great environment. It’s super clean and they have ALL customers wash hands before any services are done. They offer complementary drinks that are super delicious and not small at all. It’s just a Beautiful place and wonderful environment to just relax and actually feel well taken care of.

10/10 would recommend this salon and ONLY this salon in Buckeye. They are super modern, clean and friendly. No matter what time you stop in they are always willing to assist you and make sure you are happy with the service.

Really nice place. Nice and clean! The only downside is that it was really busy so I feel like our pedicures were rushed. Also we paid the $40 but didnt get the peppermint treatment for the legs and feet. But very nice and friendly staff.

I’ve been here 2 times now and I won’t be going back. The first time I went I got my nails and toes done (gel). My toes needed to be redone within one week and I paid 70 dollars for them. The next time I went in for a fill on my nails. They charged me 36 dollars and it’s been 2 days and 2 of my nails already need to be redone. For the price you pay, the quality is awful.Ps. If you like a good massage on your legs during a pedicure, don’t come here.The tea is good though and it is clean.Speed of service is average.

Beautiful space, but the service was less than desirable. They were busy when I got there, but I was taken care of in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait too long and the nail tech was nice. However, I felt like they were just trying to get me out as quickly as possible so they can get the next person, so the quality of the work is not great. I paid almost $60 for my nails and my cuticles look terrible & there is a small piece of the nail brush on my nail. Personally, I wouldn’t go here again or recommend them to another person.

I was getting a fill and asked for a marble design on my nails... The manager did them and told me she couldnt do marble without a whole new set... that is boloney! Ive had them done before and they are just painted on. She did do something else that was creative but absolutely nothing like marble... that was two weeks ago.Today my daughter went in with a picture of a design that had rainbow colors in a wave type pattern. The guy doing her nails looked at the photo and just said No, not no but I can do something else similar just NO.She ended up just getting a french style and left sad, and disappointed having spent her hard earned money on nails not even close to what she wanted.If you want something other than basic boring nails - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I spoke with Steven. He was very easy-going, and I got a job as a Nail Tech/Nail Technician with him. I live in Arizona, and I been trying to look for a place like this to create my sets. I was aware of the new construction at Haus of Nails, I cannot wait to see what everything looks like.

My granddaughter went with me to get pedicures. My granddaughter sat waiting till mine was done. Then they told me follow. Them to get my manicure. I said my granddaughter is still waiting. She told me she would do my granddaughter after my manicure. I told them no shes 8 she will be with me. So we left she didnt want her nails done .. so much for a day out with my granddaughter. Ill go elsewhere with my business. They dont care . Totally unorganized from the moment I walked in. horrible service. Now I see why they wasnt busy like the other nail salons in town.

Will most definitely not be going back. The service was just terrible. While the lady was doing my nails, she was too rough and kept hurting me. When I said something about she kept saying “sorry I’m too slow today”. When she finished applying the acrylic on my nails, it was so messy, unprofessional and sloppy. She then got up to go grab something and I realized she went back to the room to eat. She left me sitting there for half an hour while she ate. When she came back another worker had started buffing my nails. It was just a terrible experience. I paid $90 for a quality of work of about $50. Most definitely did not tip either. When I looked at my nails I realized that they were all uneven, super thin and really bumpy. Have no idea how they’re still in business.

Horrible service! Very pretty salon but the staff clearly doesn’t care about client satisfaction. Take your money elsewhere.

Steven did a excellent job! He was able to save my nails from the previous nail tech there who was a little less experienced and made my nails sick straight up. Great hospitality they offer you specialty tea that they make. The nail salon was spotless clean, everyone wore masks. I recommend this location Over a couple others I have visited in the area.

I had a appointment at 4:30pm I didn’t get out of there till 8pm they try and go back and forth on clients trying to do everyone at once. The lady that did my nails cut me twice. She didn’t make them even,she didn’t even finish my nails she got up and left and said someone else will finish. The younger girl there finished them and did a good job. She fixed what the other messed up. 4hrs in a mail shop is ridiculous and $70 for something that wasn’t even worth it..

Made an appointment and was told I would still have to wait an hour when I got there.

Dan is my personal favorite. He does a fantastic job on my nails every time! They have started to get very busy at times, so you may have to wait, but Ive found that its worth the wait.

I went in for a pedicure and did not have a good experience. First off the lady came and turned the water on and just walked away. The water was so hot that it was burning my feet. She came back and then she finally cooled the water down. Next she was Critiquing the way my toe nails were from past stubborn nail polish. After my nails were finally painted she looked at my sandles and ran to get me some of the foam flip flops salons have. She proceeded to put them on my feet instead and took my sandles away to go and put them in a bag as if they were werent good enough. Then she shoved my bag of shoes at me vigorously. Definitely will not be going back.

My husband and I went for pedicures and I needed a full set of acrylic. When the lady did my husbands pedicure she cut his toe several times when cleaning under his nails and when trimming the cuticles. His toe was all banged up afterwards. When they took off my acrylic the lady cut the first layer of skin off the tip of my thumb. Her response was “oops”. When taking off another nail she broken nail far down and just looked at me! Then a guy took over and did my nails completely wrong. I wanted stiletto nails- they are definitely not stiletto! The gel polish started cracking the next day!! 2 hours after I left I noticed the polish wasn’t completely on my nails, the polish had little bubbles that were appearing on my nails.Completely horrible salon. They rushed really badly the moment we got In and hurt us in the process!

My wife took my daughter here got their nails done was $43 with a $10 tip. Not even two hours later my daughters nail polish started coming off. Then checked the bank account a day later and they actually charged us $148!!!!! Then to top it off some workers were very rude. So wont be coming back here.

I had went and asked for an almond shaped nail, my nails where crooked from how he glued them down. I made the gentlemen aware, as you can see he got frustrated. That same day 2 of my nails broke off & not to mention, I bought a service that I didn’t get the complete package to for $70. I made that aware as well, horrible attitude from everyone there. I’d advise if you want to continue with clientele.. ya’ll need to get better. I’d give no stars if I could.

The nail tech was nice but the gel manicure was not worth the price. The nail tech did a very sloppy and rushed job. I have rough bubbles on one nail and they left all of the gel stuff underneath my nails. Do not get gel here.

Not friendly at all never go back there any more went there for one finger and she told me to come back in half hour there was no one waiting never ever going to them again but I would recommend putty nails in good year very nice place to go have your nails done

I really wanted to try this new salon! I made an appointment on Saturday for the next day at noon. I went in about 10 minutes early just in case they could take me early. I signed in and waited and waited and waited. Finally I asked who I believe was the owner when I could expect service and he said I was next in line. This is after he had taken two people that were prior customers of his. This was now 45 minutes in. They did offer me a complimentary tea. Which was very nice I chose water. I was again told it would only be a couple of minutes, I said ok. But was starting to get irritated. They asked me to sit at a certain station which I did for another 20 minutes.! I don’t mind waiting but this was too much...more than an hour. I realize they just opened and I always give a little room for that, but I walked out and I’m sorry they will not get my business. Four other people left before I did..

I had my nails done a week ago the girl who did my nails and these are my natural nails I have the dip put on them and she ground it off with that little Dremel nail thing that they have she burned me four times with the Dremel and she cut my my fingers twice I will never have her do my nails again but I will return to House of nails because they usually do a very good job

I didnt even manage to get my nails done because they made me wait so long! I made an appointment but was put on the waiting list with everyone who walked in. They dont honor appointments and are totally overbooking

They get really sloppy when theyre busy as Ive noticed. My nails came out okay but my cuticles and everything were not touched she just slapped the nails on, color, shaped and put oil and said I was done. Didnt even wash the dust off between shaping and applying another coat of polish so now there is powdery polish on the skin around my nails and my cuticles still look like trash from when I walked in lol.. Pedicures are alright but Ill get my manis elsewhere or try to find a slow day.

Got my pedicure done 2 weeks ago and I noticed that the nail tech was cutting the sides of my toenails. It caused most of my toes infected. They were rude also, talking rudely about me and my sister in law in vietnamese.

The prices listed online seemed cheaper than what was actually charged. The nails of all 3 girls do look awesome and seem to be holding up

Got told 25 minutes for about a hour and the First Lady to the left VERY RUDE I think she was the owner? Basically yelled at me for asking how much longer until I’m seen in front of everyone!!

I’m a nail tech and they did not do what I wanted them to do but go if you want. And the lady act like I was in the wrong when I let he know I wasn’t happy. I’m NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I’ll do my own nails like I’ve been doing.

I have been to many nail salons in different states and by far the most well organized salon and VERY first to offer complimentary drinks other than water; Try their Dragon Fruit Lemonade 💯 yummy!! Millie did my pedicure and was terrific!

Me and my 15 old daughter went there today cause it was her birthday. It was our first time for both. And 1 they didnt offer any drinks. 2. They had message chair i didnt even ask if we wanted them on. 3 they fun of daughter toe that was bruised. 4 the one that did her toe was rude and was rude when she told her she only want polish on her finger nails . Now i got my nails done also and the guy that did them did not do want i asked i only wanted my tips painted and he did my whole nail didnt even do want i asked and to top it off he made fun of my pinky cause there is a inflated piece of skin by my nail and he started laughing about it. Knowing that happened at another salon when they were doing a manicure. And paid 120 and i didnt get everything the packaging includedSo i would not go there again

Ive been going to the same nail salon for nearly 10 years and decided to give this new business a try. I was disturbed by the lack of social distancing and accommodations for COVID (everyone was packed into chairs not even a foot from eachother) and the only barriers they had up were for themselves at their manicure stations. A regular pedicure is $30 and an upgraded package is $47. I chose the upgrade and didnt get anything that the pamphlet said I would. No hot towel, no sugar scrub - just hot stones and my nails painted. Was still charged full price. I also got a manicure and asked for a design, which I provided a photo of. The design looked like it was done by a 5 year old and I was so disappointed that I didnt even ask if it could be fixed...I just went to Walgreens and redid them myself. As I looked around, everyones full set was lumpy and unprofessional looking. To top this off, the lady doing my gel set painted my nails individually and dried them individually. I should have been out of there in an hour and instead was in there for 2 1/2 hours. Who paints one nail at a time and sticks them in the UV machine?! Just paint all five nails and THEN stick them in to dry. I wouldnt go here unless you want to spend over $100 to have someone else paint your nails and get a free tea. Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch brothers, grab a tea / coffee for $10 and go buy some nail polish and save yourself the extra $80. Never, ever again.

My nails are uneven, the gel is chunky in some parts and too thin in others. Its by far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Their sanitation is not up to standard.

If I could I would’ve only given them zero stars. I went in there twice just a manicure they had me waiting for over 20 minutes another lady came in she only wanted a manicure as well we were both there waiting an additional 15 minutes then we were told that it would be another 20 more minutes before we could even be helped. The lady that came after me left visibly upset and then I was told I had to wait 10 more minutes, but then they changed it to 20 minutes for me as well. I left. It’s bad enough that one of their workers made a comment about us that several laughed, another when they lie about their wait time. I’m all for supporting Buckeye businesses, just not this one.

Been a customer for a long while. Treated very rudely especially during the last few visits.The staff is rude and never take their time with repeat customers. Im always rushed. The pedicures are $$$. I hate going there now!
