Worst nails I’ve ever had. If you don’t know how to do ombré just say it!!! Also paid 65$ for these just to go home and paint them myself. Should’ve got my money back. Never will be returning. And yes this was done at this nail salon by man first spot behind your front desk. Picture taken immediately after.

When I walked into the salon I was greeted with a nice hello the wait wasn’t long. My nail tech was amazing even getting a bowl of water to wash my hands at the table considering I have a hard time walking. So considerate and did a great job on my nails I will definitely be coming back thank you so much. Not to mention the prices were great compared to other shops I’ve been to

My very first time here was a VERY PLEASANT experience 😁. I was greeted upon arriving in the door with smiles and great energy🙂 The way they were able to have two people assist me because I was late to an appointment and short on time and needed both pedi and a manicure done was outstanding 😊 I’ll definitely be back again .( Also they were very gracious the tip I gave 🙂)

They took me for my appointment 30 to 40 minutes after my scheduled time and I didnt get who I requested. They rushed on my acrylic nails and they arent even and the look almost a week old.. Paying $70 I would have hoped for better service.

This place is horrible. I spent almost 2 hours in the chair just getting a full set. The man didn’t know what he was doing. He had my nails length incorrect which I had to have him fix. Charged me an extra $10 due to his own mistakes and told me it was a charge for cutting them down. I will NEVER return to this place again.

I received Over priced nails that are uneven with a messy design that I was told would be 2 nails for $6 but she ended up charging $10 so I came out of pocket $53 for a terrible service that was supposed to be $41! YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN .... They might know how to do plain nails but they’re damn sure inexperienced in the GEL & ACRYLIC DEPARTMENT... Oh & the service was rushed it took literally 40 minutes on top of her NOT CLEANING UP NOR PUSHING MY CUTICLES BACK.. Only good thing was that they’re actually nice people

They took their time and got it done right. 1st salon to get it right as far as Im concerned. Will be back to visit Michael and Vicky. 😊 Very nice people.

My experience was amazing, even though the wait was long. I was greeted with a Hello when walking in VIP Nails. Even though the wait was long, she did an amazing job and she was very gentle. Absolute sweetheart. I will definitely come back again if I need a refill.

Please don’t waste your time or money going to this place. They are over price and Michael one of the nail techs will try and charge you for using your card if you don’t have cash at the end of your service.Please read all the reviews before going to this place..... Replying to their reply... No this have nothing to do with using the ATM. There is no sign or anything saying we charge you for using your card Michael is the only person trying to charge you extra for using your card. I have been here several times no one else charge only him I will never return.

Took 2 customers who came after me. Gave a lame excuse as to why he did it. Got in a big argument with 2 different customers because they were questioned about the service. Both customers were asked to leave. Only one left. Inexperienced staff. I was switched twice to other staff. 3 total worked on me.Went here for convenience. My dog was at the groomer and I wanted to stay near by. I won’t ever come here again. Horrible people. Horrible experience.

They charge you $2.00 more, if you dont have cash,to use there 🏧. They dont except debit or credit cards

I love getting my nails and eyebrows done here! I had to request for some surfaces to be freshly wiped down between previous customers and myself. I also requested for the ATM machine to be wiped down.

My nails were done too fast crooked and not even coffin shape. Nails weren’t dry all the way and had to be redone, have to shape them myself at home. They don’t care about their work.

Wish 0 stars was an option because thats what this place deserves.My sister and I went in on a Wednesday night for a fill and a new set. We were told prices over the phone but this place charges extra for EVERYTHING. Nothing is included in the fill/full set price. Cutting nails down shorter, fixing broken nails, use of metallic/glitter nail polish, removing old set- NONE of that is included in the pricing. I know some places do charge extra for these services, but not to this extent. I go to a salon in Menomonee Falls and Ive never been charged extra for cutting nails down or fixing nails with a new tip. My normal salon also puts the cost of removing your old set into the price of the new set, its not an additional hidden charge.That being said, money really isnt the biggest issue with this place. Quality is. Or I should say lack of quality. The very next day my sister and I both had issues with our fresh manicures. My sisters had chips already, scratches, and the polish was painted on bumpy and uneven. One of my fingers had a HUGE gap between the tip she put on and my actual nail, so I was getting all sorts of food and dirt trapped under my nail.Heres the kicker though.. I went back in about 2 or 3 days later to get this gap fixed and the guy who assisted was the one who did my sisters fill. After fixing my nail, he went off on me like a child about the bad review THAT MY SISTER LEFT HIM (see Jennifers review below) which had nothing to do with me and had the nerve to tell me to never come back. As if I would EVER come back to this place again! What a joke. Im not a review writer, I was not rude to him by any means, and I was just in there to get my nail fixed, but after he started yelling at me, I had to come on here and write a review. I proceeded to keep the cash tip I was going to give him for fixing my nail that I shouldnt have had to come back and get fixed in the first place and told him the only reason I came back was because I had already paid WAY too much money for their awful work and wasnt going to go somewhere else when it was their problem to fix.Im telling you ladies... this place has  OUTRAGEOUS prices for the quality you get. If your looking for a new salon, keep looking. Never go here. Literally the worst salon I have been to in my life.

The polish is caked on and looks horrible. I didnt get the right color that I wanted and by the time I realized the color he was using wasnt just a metallic base coat it was too late to change it. Their prices are also very incorrect. I was told over the phone that a fill was $30. This was also listed on their price list in the salon. Somehow my bill ended up being $41. The wait time was also horrible. I had a 4pm appointment and they didnt take me until 4:40pm. For the price, the quality of work and service is horrible. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is the one who did my low quality nails!! It says a lot about a business when even the owner doesnt know what hes doing. I will NEVER go back here again!! Save time and money - go somewhere with nail techs that know what theyre doing!

Not great. I brought my own products but they used a top coat with a bad finish. They are courteous, but the service was not great.

Do not waste your time or money here. Me and 3 friends had an appointment for 4 at 4:00. When arriving we were 5 minutes early and they took one of us back, 40 minutes later took one of my friends. The other 2 did not attempt to get taken back till 5:30/5:45 It took them almost an hour and a half to do a gel fill just for my nails to turn out like the pictures below within a week time frame; discolored, chipping. Not to mention the online prices are wrong and they won’t price match AND they want you to pay 3$ for a nail cut down when getting a fill.

Designs fell off immediately after leaving.

First time going here. Very friendly staff. My nail tech was very experienced. I have a big nail bed and when I get my nails done if the acrylic isn’t laid/shaped right they look like ugly claws. She shaped them perfect and they were the perfect thickness. Probably the best set I’ve had ever ! I will be back!

Love the nail techs and the service is always good. Usually get a mani-pedi and lashes here and there. Never had an issue. Longer wait times on the weekend if you dont have an appointment.

This is the worst place i’ve ever gotten my nails done. the guy that did my nails, wouldn’t even let me see if my nails were even. he didn’t take the time to see if my nails were even or not and didn’t even clean up the edges. there are bubbles in my nails and my nails are uneven. he couldn’t do the design when he told me he could do it and then had the audacity to tell me, it’s not suppose to be the same. it doesn’t mean you can’t make it the same. they also don’t do your cuticles which is why it’s not professional. everything is so rushed. i won’t come again

I went in with a acrylics wanting to transition to dip. While my nails were getting removed with a metal spatula, my real nails were basically torn off. It was so painful my hands were shaking. Then, when I finally got to the point of getting my dip, it wasn’t even done correctly. Not to mention all my nails aren’t shaped evenly and have bumps on them. Definitely not quality at all. I’m super dissatisfied and can’t wait to get them redone somewhere else.

I love nail techs here at VIP NAILS they are kind very friendly and clean they are on time I been coming here for 3 months and would not switch shops again for nothing thanks VIP Nails for excellent work and service you give

I use to go here a long time ago to get my nails done its been some years since Ive been here. Went here on7/27/19 to get my nails done and Vicky still remembered me from years ago and I thought that was sweet. Its really one of the best nail shops around will continue going to VIP Nails thanks Vicky 4 the great job u did on my Nails.

My tech got to know me and what I liked kept me up on the lastest trends. She also does a great job on my eyebrows.

I walked in and they welcomed me right away for a pedicure! My nail tech was very careful and thorough- I got the VIP pedicure and it was worth the extra $10. Very relaxing and friendly experience, will definitely be going back.

My technician was excellent, spoke English, and was cognizant of my medical condition. Great pedicure.

Always have a great experience when I visit this place

I have been coming to this place for over two years now. I have never had a problem or seen anyone of their customers have one. They always do my nails perfectly. I especially love the pedicure as they have a massage chair to work on your back while you relax and get your feet massaged and toes painted. They even do special designs on your nails done expertly by hand. I even get my eyebrows done here and they look great. As a side note, they understand English just fine despite previous reviews.

Made an appointment to come in and still had to wait an hour. My nails were so uneven, and the acrylic was bumpy. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time or money. They will happily take both, and you’ll probably leave disappointed. Shellac and dip have both chipped within a couple days, but they won’t provide a refund. Wish I could leave negative stars.

In the beginning my visits here were nice and I always tip very well.....but now the visits have become unpleasant. BE CAREFUL & CALCULATE YOUR BILL BEFORE CHECKING OUT.... the owner, (a lady... Vicky) has over charged me on two different occasions. On my last visit, I didnt appreciate the attitude of the gentleman that did my nails so I did not give a tip, Vicky actually went back & forth with me, practically demanding a tip....I politely informed her that no tip will be given!!! Ill never spend my money with them again.Buyer Beware!

Came in last week Friday at 430 and was told I was too late. How wen u close at 7???Today I made an appointment. Showed up and wasnt greeted ..3 workers looked at me and no one greeted or acknowledge me.. i wont waste my time again

I cant imagine any bad reviews - the team always tries to make room for you and accommodate. They do not like saying, no so that might mean you have to wait if you are a walk in. I do bring my own polish because I buy expensive stuff and if your polish chips to soon or there is an issue they will always fix it - my suggestion is if you had a bad experience you tell them and give them a chance to resolve it - sometimes we are quick to focus on the negative. Ive been going here for well over 7 years. Also, we speak many languages in this country and hearing one other than English shouldnt affect your experience or review

Horrible customer service. Went in for a full set( first time in years). Service was pretty good until the very end when I was able to examine the work after the gel polish was done. Brought to the attention of the owner the error on one nail, he said he would fix next time, I agreed. Then I noticed it was actually 2 nails that had errors, he offered 2.00 off. I mentioned that it was 2 nails,that were not correct due to his error. I asked if he could take off the price of the decorations ( 2 for $6). He stated no, that was too much he worked on me for an hour.I again reminded him that the mistake was due to his work not through fault of my own, he then offered 4.00 after I stated I will not return. He then offered to fix the two nails,but I have already been there over an hr and didnt have time to get the correction due to the time.I have liked this location and have had good experiences.He showed me that he didnt value me or my money as customer.I will not be back and will not refer anyone.

Ive gone here twice because its close to my house but both times I left disappointed. This last visit, I wanted two of my nails repainted as they were chipped. The man didnt even take off the first layer of old polish and just painted right over it making it very lumpy and uneven. When I asked to have them repainted the staff acted as if I was speaking tongues. I didnt want to argue or deal with it anymore so I let the man paint on 2 more thick chunky layers before just leaving. Do not waste your money here. ** Ive also had friends get their nails done here & theyve fallen off the same day. Sloppy unprofessional work.

This could be the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to go back and try different technicians and types of services but every time is a disappointment. I have had gel, dip and pedicures and every single time my nails have chipped and broke within 24 hours. I’ve gone back to complain and they ended up charging me $20 to re do them only have them chip again the next day.Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

I was on a time crunch and so we made a reservation an hour and a half before and 50 minutes late later they were ready, by then I it was too late and I couldnt get them done. But I have been there before and they did a good job. But I went again to get them and the job wasnt very well done

Walked out. Our appointment was at 5:00. I called at 5:04 and said we were two minutes away. Arrived at 5:07, told to pick out a color. At 5:30 I put the color on the counterr and walked out. After observing their cleanliness and practices, I would never return there again.

Made an appointment for two and the second chair wasnt ready until the first person was almost done. Whats the point of even allowing appointments?

Horrible experience. I went in and asked for a full set and pedicure, and paid $70 to have special polish and gel. The man that did my feet took an hour and a half, and the woman that did my full set still had to fix my toes because he didnt do them right, which made my visit last about 2 & half hours. Not even a whole week of having my full set, my nails are popping off and breaking in half. And my toenail polish is already chipping. I called her and asked for a refund or at least for her to fix them for free and she refused to do either one, stating that none of her customers have had this experience, but now that Im looking at all the other reviews, Im pretty sure that was a lie. Save your money. Ive gone to even cheaper nail shops and my nails have definitely lasted me longer than 4 days. Any good review on this place has to be a fake review from one of the workers because no one in their right mind would recommend this place.

Go there a lot for vickey to do my eyebrows but on Thursday she talked me into getting my toes and nails done. Well Emiley did the nails bad job and a man did my feet bad job so I spent $80 on some mess .👎🏿

My experience was not good at all, I came to get my nails done before my best friends funeral that man that did my nails was very rude and nasty to me, made no effort to try and explain anything so that I could understand him, he was very rough with my nails, my nails all uneven and the full doesnt look natural, my nails feel like they have indents in them and the Polish is sloppy, when I asked him to fix my nails and make then smooth and fix the Polish he yelled at me and told me he would charge me extra to fix his mistake, he then charged me 35$ for nails that I was told were only $25Im very disappointed,

They make an appointment then don’t have anyone available for you for your appointment. They ask you to wait 20 minutes past the time of your appointment. You may as well not even make an appointment.
