A couple leaky machines, no attendant. This used to be a super nice place, but I guess they cant get reliable help anymore. Slipped and fell on a wet floor, then later discovered a sign towels for leaks or spills with one towel. No wet floor sign available, which would have been more helpful. Nice layout, affordable, decent machines. I just wish it was kept up a little better. Still a good choice for doing your laundry in Lawrence.

If you have to do laundry at a laundromat, this is one of the best place to go. Free wifi, televisions everywhere with close caption and volume, pinball machines, mechanized kiddie rides, and of course washers and dryers of all sizes. I took the three load washer for $5.00 and the dryer only took $1.25. I had one large load with 3 pairs of jeans amongst other items and it cost $6.25. My clothes came out great! Theres a pizza shop next door too. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Was harassed by an over religious employee who works at the laundromat and who was on the clock. Kept returning to invade personal space to preach, pass pamphlet and aggressively demand answers to religious-oriented questions despite multiple attempts declining to hear. Noticed that many other customers, mostly students, were also approached, many seemed uncomfortable, or tried to humor this person. Otherwise this place has good facilities. Am not providing identifiable details of the employee at this time to give the the business an opportunity to correct this invasion of personal space and unwanted solicitation. Thank you.

Washers and dryers worked great! Really nice laundromat except the bathrooms have a horrid smell and really need a deep clean. Also, 2 of the arcade games didnt work...1 took my money.

The facilities are generally well kept and clean, and there are machines that take card as well as coin. I have had my clothes removed from a machine by a worker who needed the same one for the laundry service they do, but I mostly attribute that to being late to the end of my cycle.Nobody likes going to the laundromat, but this place works and is the best in Lawrence.

Got no complaints. Would really like them too be open for self-serve 24 hours again, though.

Clean well managed, attendant on hand occasionally to help the elderly and disabled. ATM and Change machine inside. Vending machines and mini arcade as well. Could be better about mask enforcement.

The prices are reasonable and they have a lot of washers in all sizes... As well as dryers... And a big selection of kid friendly games...

The only laundromat with an arcade. how cool is that. my son won a set of headphones in one game and my son and daughter race cars on the race car game.

Open until midnight because of covid-19. Loved it when they were open 24-7 and I could go in middle of night when nobody is there. Those were the days but these are different times.

Triple capacity washers and dryers for those really big loads. Plus a giant load washer for what the triples wont handle.Well lit, security cameras, fairly well lit parking lot.

Mask not enforced. Its clean enough, but theres usually 1-3 people who dont want to wear a mask. Do I have to wash my clothes in the river to keep from getting COVID-19? Props for the included entertainment and massage chairs, but I spend the least amount of time in there possible when theres maskless people roaming around me.

Well-maintained laundromat with plenty of washers and dryers for various load sizes. Has air conditioning and a bathroom, which is a nice plus. On my last visit, a machine stopped working and the shift employee, Natalie, was very friendly and helpful as she resolved the issue. She even dried the load for free in order to compensate for the extra time spent at the laundromat. Definitely a place that cares about its customers.

Best laundromat in Lawrence, hands-down. Open 24/7 and the staff are very friendly, helpful and hard-working. The machines are reliable, the building is clean and theres even a decent arcade. I drive here from Eudora to do my laundry, even though theres a laundromat in Eudora.

As a few people have pointed out, some of their newer machines are pricier, but they also have a few slightly cheaper options. Its worth the few extra quarters for a better laundromat experience. Other places in Lawrence have active infestations, feel dangerous, or have defective machines - Im willing to pay an extra dollar or so for that tradeoff. Its also really handy that theyre open 24/7. A few other highlights: on-site ATM, coin changer, regular cleaning schedule, new machines, televisions with remotes.Another reviewer said to bring headphones, and I second that advice. It can get a little loud, but compared to other places, theres more designated seating for people. There are also arcade games (functional ones!) and vending machines. Theres also a bus stop thats right in front of this mall, so its a little more convenient for those without cars.

There are more than enough washer and dryers to choose from, so there is no wait. Also, they each come in a wide range of sizes so you dont have to use 4 separate washers to get the job done. All the times Ive been there (early morning, afternoon or midnight) it has been quiet. The free wifi here keeps you entertain until you need to leave.

I love coming here, i used to go to another place until they had a power failure and i came here...i love being able to let me kids play games while i do my laundry..it keeps em busy :) They have won stuffed animals and learned how to play pinball here!

Very nice laundromat. All machines work. Prices are fair and they dont charge extra for warm or hot water usage. I wish I found this place sooner. They have change machines, areas to sit, tvs, snack machines. Located in a small plaza with lots of parking.

Bring your headphones. It would be 5 stars, but there really arent any rules. Kids run around, people blast their cell phones, the TVs are blasting out the volume. That being said, the machines are top notch.

Best attended late at night, or youll run into a LOT of other folks trying to do their laundry!This is probably one of the better laundromats in town. Tons of machines, from double-load to 10-load sizes (might be some bigger ones, too). We typically use the 8-load machine, which fits 3 full mesh laundry bags, and then divide the wash into two dryers. It takes $10 to wash and $3.50 to dry three laundry bags, which is far cheaper than a lot of other options.Theres a coin machine in the southwest corner, vending machines in the southeast, and arcade games on the north corners. Theres also a massage chair, a pretty good number of TVs on the south side of the room, and plenty of seating.

I work nights and live in Topeka, so it has been great to find this gem. It gives me a destination away from home to get large loads of laundry completed in an enticing, clean, and fun environment.

Attendant there very late, constantly cleaning! Very clean and had new machines! Dryers were very efficient and the people were friendly! Prices were slightly higher than in Lees Summit, MO where Im from but not ridiculous!

I had been coming here for 3 years and I never had this ugly experience I walk inside and slip couple times. Trash over full now it seems like they don’t care about this place any more us to bad cause we just to come here every time from now on we will take our business some place else.

I love this place. Lots of the machines take cards, which is ridiculously convenient. One of my least fav things about doing laundry is having to find quarters.I also like that there are different siZed machines. Not sure if this is typical for laundromats, but here you can choose machines that wash single, double or triple loads. There are probably other sizes too.It’s also clean. They’ve got wipes so you can clean off the tables and racks before using them. They maintain it well so there’s not a bunch of grime about, or trash on the floor.This is the first laundromat I’ve used in over three years. I don’t see any reason to try anywhere else.

Really love this place. Super kind staff, great selection of clean washers and dryers, and one never has to wait for a washer or dryer (if youre at school and forced to wait on washers and dryers that are dirty and broken AKA Haskell). Im taking one star away because I remember your internet being super good, high speed, but now its extremely slow and you cant do anything with it. I used to play video games with it or just browse the web on my laptop, but unfortunately now thats near to impossible with the slow internet. Other than that, awesome place!

This place... is not great. The floors are filthy and there’s a layer of dirt/grime on the floors right up against the washer, so if you drop a single item you’ll have to rewash or be grossed out. Trash on the floors. Half of the machines are broken, only half of the ones that work actually take cards (so many of the card readers are broken). Just unpleasant.

A small piece of animal feces was in the dryer without my knowing when I loaded my laundry, and stunk up my clothes. If you go here check the dryer I guess.

Good lord no. One visit and I immediately found a washer and dryer for purchase so I never had to come back. It stunk. Flies everywhere. Basically a daycare. No locks on machines, so you better not leave. Change machine was broken. One tv that was muted.

Youll wash away your worries about overpriced machines and overcrowded small spaces. You can dry your tears with knowing you wont sucome to boardom with the neat arcade inside and massage chairs while you can watch TV or try the claw machine and little prize machines.

Great facility, wonderful staff the lady there is always there when I come in and shes so nice and always cleaning. Tho they could use security, we had two incidents the last time I was there.

CLEAN24 HOURS A DAY ACCESSI drive from Olathe - with 3 children (4mon - 8yrs) to use their front loads to wash our bedding... Ive been doing this since Feb 2014 - we are now in April 2017 ...Olathe laundromats have bedbugs & roaches (you can actually see them on the walls & floors & INSIDE the washers/dryers) & Ill sleep in bedding needing washed years ago BEFORE using a facility with active bedbugs & roaches SO you best believe I load up & drive out -2 bathrooms 3 telly a video game room & vending machines - the washers/dryers even take credit cards !!!!I love the Miss. (Leslie ... Natalie ) sorry I cant honestly recall her name BUT shes a real sweetie & Im happy owner employed herLawrence is full of homeless (college dropouts etc) SO it ISNT uncommon for a couple to hang out in the facility nor for someone to bathe in the loo sinks - but they keep to themselves & have always cleaned up (maybe because a mum of 3 is there & they dont wanna leave it grungy ?? WHEN I addressed the Miss of it she was fully aware [not much you can do, 24/7 security cost too much] & was shocked that the loo was clean THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS ... ah you usually DONT get that ... water everywhere & the entire roll of paper towels gone & the roll of toilet paper ... they steal the toilet paper )I love how this facility ALSO OFFERS Lysol wipes - folding tables ARENT clean & this location is the very first laundromat Ive ever been to ( Im 31) THAT provided wipes - I actually took mine back out to the car !!!I LOVE this laundromat - I drive 40min one way to use it & Id drive further if needed (only CLEAN & monies worth facility [dryers dont work etc] in a 1hr radius of Olathe)
