Very kind workers but i do not recommend for curly hair. they are very cautious and make sure that you are comfortable. i loved everything about it and their comfortable environment but i’m not very satisfied with my hair.

Overall, I am disappointed with the results from my highlights on my appointment 12/1. I came in for a highlight retouch and showed my stylist Rachel photos icy blonde highlights and she said that would be fine. I emphasized multiple times how I like my hair very ashy and cool toned because my face has a lot pink tones. My final result was very yellow, golden highlights. I hoped that the color would be better in different light but it wasn’t. My hair also feels very dry and damaged. My results are usually very attainable but I recently moved to the area and figured I would give Salon Medusa a try. My stylist was very sweet and took her time hence the 2 star review, but the overall result was disappointing for the price of $140.

Love my hair cut, the stylist did an amazing job listening to exactly what I wanted and it turned out better then I ever imagined. Definitely will be going back.Also got my eyebrows done. She was so pleasant and made sure I was happy with the shape and thickness before sending me on my way.

I have been looking for an Aveda salon with talented and professional people that is reasonable. I had my color done here and while I didn’t love it the first time, I came back in and she added a few more highlights and changed the toner and I absolutely love it. I am so happy to have found this place.

Ive been there twice and loved my experience both times! My manicure lasted two weeks which was amazing and my haircut and color were great, stylist was friendly, my hair seems to be in better condition from the aveda dye, the head massage was amazing which is always a nice bonus. Cant remember who did my nails but Rachel did my hair. Ill definitely go back.

I absolutely love Salon Medusa! Such and amazing salon! I went in to get a balayage with Debra. At first I was nervous because I had never been to a professional salon to get my hair done but she made me feel comfortable. She took her time in explaining everything and listened to what I wanted. I told Debra I wanted to try something totally different and she delivered! I absolutely LOVE the results! I will definitely be returning and making this my go to salon! The atmosphere is great, the service is phenomenal but the talent is outstanding! Thank you Debra and Salon Medusa!

This was my first vist at Salon Medusa. I was so impressed with everyone I came in contact with from the Front Desk, to the very talented hair stylist Caitlin and owner David. Everyone was so welcoming. The shampoo bowl was the most comfortable ever...it even reclined and Caitlin gives the best scalp massage. The color, highlights and haircut were spot on. This will be my new Salon to go to, thank you Caitlin for making me look beautiful.

The customer service was above and beyond. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was a new customer and was trying to redeem a Groupon. She was very gracious. I had my hair dyed professionally for the first time, a balayage, and Sarah did a fantastic job. She was so helpful with explaining the process and taking the ideas I brought and making them work for my hair. She took the time to show me how to style it myself which I really appreciate. Id definitely recommend seeing her, and plan to return.The entire staff seemed very friendly, too, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Wonderful first time at Salon Medusa. I had come in because I received a facial as a gift for Christmas. The environment when I walked in was warm and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and kind to me. I did not have to wait long at all for my facial (I was the first appointment of the day). I had my facial done by Reiko. I highly recommend her! She was professional and answered all my skin care related questions. I will definitely be going back again for more relaxing.

Ive been to a lot of salons in my 59 years but this one, without question, made me feel the most comfortable.Why?It was filled with other women my age. The front desk staff didnt treat me like a fossil and I didnt get the vibe in there that its one of those trendy wendy salons where only the cool people go. Its upscale but not over the top.My service was a Keratin treatment to straighten my hair. My service provider, Amanda was warm, welcoming and very kind to me. I had fun during the process-a lengthy 3 hours!I would highly recommend them for any services. I will be back and have found the home to straighten my hair. Thank you for making me feel wonderful and taken care of.

Microblading by Paula was given as a recommendation to me as I am looking to have my eyebrows done. The website promotes 20% off service with Paula. When I emailed The salon they said they would only offer $20 off. I called the salon and they would still not honor their advertisement with the receptionist stating that promotion has expired and the owner has not removed it from the website. That was at least one month ago and it is still advertised. So frustrating.

Not happy! Didn’t turn out at all like I wanted. Felt very rushed. The stylist was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. If I wasn’t booked for the length of time of what I wanted, I would’ve rescheduled. She had another appointment which was called and told to come 20 min later. My hair is so unhealthy now! So now I have to go somewhere and pay $150 for them to treat my frizzy, unhealthy hair and get it the way I WANTED!

I have been going there for awhile now and they have been great. My hair is thin and many people have a difficult time cutting/styling it, but Justin does an amazing job. This is the first time in a long time I can just wash my hair, let it air-dry and it looks good (if I want to go that route). I never know what I want done with my hair, but Justin is great taking the lead and offering suggestions. Today I called asking for a rush appoitment, as I forgot to book, and I am going on vacation. The receptionist was able to re-arrange Justins schedule so he could get me in..great place.

I absolutely love Salon Medusa in Brookfield. The quality of hair care I get there is superb and the people are so friendly and helpful. David is a superstar hair stylist. I advise everyone to go there.

Salon Medusa is my favorite escape! David Schminke, owner and stylist, rescued me from a home hair coloring gone wrong almost 12 years ago and Ive enjoyed every trip Ive made to Salon Medusa. The salon is modern, beautiful and clean, and they offer all the essential spa treatments. Ive had facials, waxing in addition to cut and color and Ive always been happy with all of the services Ive received.

Some people deal with anxiety in different ways. Mines today was crying about a style that might not fit me. Ive been excited for my appt every since I booked the groupon but I dont know why (but I do 😥) but Im shaking in the car driving my way to the shop that is 25mins from my house. I get there and a lovely receptionist (I didnt catch her name 😥 im.sorry) but she helped check me in. And I asked one question and (for me) It got deeper. I know I think to much and sometimes it goes towards the worse (and I know I shouldnt do that but Im working on it 👍 but Im just tryna to paint a picture lol but at some point Im crying and she and another hair stylist was reassuring me that I was in good hands with Danah and boy was I ever 😍 she was very patient with me. She wanted to know my concerns and ideas so she can come to with somethin she made just for me. I feel my hair color fits my skin tone (which was one of my worries) she gave me an EXCELLENT hair cut. Im a talker. I like to get advice and Id tell her issues Im having with my hair and I will find out all along I wasnt doing it right and she gave the logic I understood. She was confident in working with my hair texture. Im a lil thick curly hair woman lol 😁 but when she was done I was speechless I didnt ever think I could rock a style like this and she showed me my confidence with this style. She help me realize not to be so critical of myself. That is crazy coming from hair salon the way Im talking you think Im talking about a therapist lol I came in crying but left smiling. Couple of stylists give a nice cut however wish they would treat customers better. Last time i waited almost an hour past my scheduled time. This time i am given a time and apparently given the wrong time. So i go and they will not make any changes as the stylist had someone coming in 25 minutes. So i can wait for almost an hour but they mess up with date/time and they will not do anything for me. Treats customers very poorly. Very disappointing.

I forgot the name of the young lady that did my brazillian but she was an absolute gem. My 1st visit wont be my last.

I always hear peoples horror stories about bad haircuts but let me tell you. I left with bangs, hairs cut above my eyes, and one side of my head at least an inch longer. As well as this my top layers were longer than my bottom layers and they are all choppy and different lengths. I have easy to manage straight hair and this was nothing like I asked for. It looks like a 5 year old cut my hair. My mom usually goes to Natalie here and she is amazing!! The guy I had though..... not so much at all
