The customer service at this store is exceptional. I don’t visit often, made two trips this store so far and got my requests handled without issues. The staffs are very kind and knowledgeable.
Only 2 people working. Just wanted to return some equipment and was told it would be an hour wait and I should take it to the UPS store instead. They are more interested in trying to sell cell phone service to people than taking care of their current customers. Not sure why they even call this a Spectrum office. It should be a cell phone store. The people working there were apologetic and polite, but the company should be ashamed of the way they run this place
Went into the Spectrum Store in Millbury at 3:30 to exchange my old cable box receiver for a new one. Checked in with self service only has to wait about 5-10 minutes and was helped by a friendly rep (initials are CH) who guided me through the process. It wasn’t very busy. Great and fast service. Thanks Spectrum.
This cant be for real... change the way you guys serve people. Its time consuming and its not working. Someone will be setting while theres a line of people growing. That method is not working. Please!!!!! Change it
The store is way better than the Worcester location on Grafton Street BUT.....the phone number sends you to an automated system that no matter how hard you try you can not be put in contact with the actual store. Since COVID no store (in any industry) is keeping any stock on the shelves, I want to purchase a new I phone and apple I watch, think I could call the store (using the number provided here on Google) to see if the phone and watch are in stock???? HA! better chance hitting the lottery. Bad business Spectrum.....and hey Google how about holding the big businesses to the same standard you hold mom and pop shops to? Think Google would allow Mom and Pops cell phone store (if it even exists) to waste customers time with a phone number that will run you in circles for a half hour before telling you there is no phone number for the store?
I cannot recommend this place of business. Sad to say. My appointment was 10:40 but only one service person was working. Took that person 90 minutes to sell and set up a new phone. My business was cable TV related. For well over an hour after my appointment I waited with others behind me. Then out walks a another customer service person from the back room. She wandered around the showroom silently. Then sprayed and wiped her business counter, which took a lot of time, after which she went to the back room. Time went by when finally she appeared again and stood silently behind her counter. The person ahead of me voiced a question asking to return his cable stuff. She piled it all on her counter she disinfected earlier. I was next and met her over a polluted counter top. One last thing. I made my appointment online at 7:30 that morning. Their store kiosk, for customer check-ins could not find my appointment. It wasnt entered into their software until afternoon. Frankly, Spectrum Charter needs to get a competent manager into this store I visited. It falls well short of a good place to do business.
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I have experienced nothing but problems dealing with the employees here. In particular, the so called “specialist” Judy has a horrible attitude and mishandled every part of what I needed several times. In all honesty, she is completely incompetent. She managed to give me the wrong monthly price for internet service, cancel my service accidentally, put equipment on the wrong accounts, and force me to bring back newly issued equipment. I truly believe she knows she will get away with it every time because there is no way to contact the store directly. If you ever come to this location (which you should avoid at all costs), make sure you request anyone else but Judy.
Very long wait...... over an hour for a 2 minute return. Need to have a better set up for people returning equipment!!!
Terrible operation. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. Only three employees to run the Millbury store for seven days. Either Spectrum doesnt pay enough to get out of bed, or they dont really care. 1hour 15 minutes to change out a modem.
Hands down the best store to go . Great customer service in and out . Highly recommended! Do not go to the Worcester location those people there are a joke & you will be waiting for hours !!
Spectrum is literally the worst internet provider. Guaranteed to lose service multiple times a day. Already have been sent a new router, and have become a pro at resetting it. It is a complete joke that this company can be the only option in my area

I have some troubles with my spectrum account, had to go in a couple of times because it was a delay while the account was being resolved. The customer service was very good for both resolving the problem, and then setting up a new phone. They are somewhat busy, and even though I booked an appointment ahead both times I still wound up waiting as if that appointment didnt mean anything. other than that service is very good here and its nice to be able to walk into a store when you have a problem.

No longer take care of existing customers..... Only use for internet as they wouldnt give me a deal... Directv so much better and now Directv does have customer service since being bought by AT&T...
I went to turn in my cable box and cancel TV service, which went smoothly. One question as to why, but no follow-up questions, so I was glad.The service person did try to sell me on switching to their cell phone service. The plan looks good, but I wont switch until I have done more research. They do use the Verizon network, which is a positive.This store is hard to find; Google Maps make it look as if its in an entirely different part of The Shoppes at Millbury, and its not on the map of stores at The Shoppes. It is close to Longhorn Steakhouse.

I walked in to this store and was greeted by Caitlin right away! Everything was extremely simple, quick, and easy. In and out in about 5 minutes. Excellent customer service and high level of professionalism. 10/10 recommend this location.
Went to drop off an extra cable box and switch to their cell phone plan. Signed in was number 11. 35 minutes later I was number 9. Went next door to panera bread for a coffee. Came back 25 minutes later and now Im number 10. Went back a spot. So I was there an hour and moved up one spot and now theres 17 people waiting. I left and decided they wont be getting my familys cell phone bussiness.
More of a phone store. Helpful if they have internet staff separated from pushing and activating phones.

Made appointment, was taken in on time. Staff was pleasant and professional. Sue, who attended to my issue explained my options, processed my account and I was on my way in ten minutes. Kudos to all!
Spectrum are crooks, went all the way to store to pickup equipment and cable is missing for connection, called them for a round around wit them...no service now until they get here in a few days!!😡

This is the worst place you could choose. Unfriendly, unhelpful manager, the employees dont know anything, and while they are being unhelpful, will bombard you with upselling. Run away!
