Totally rushed through. Watched the door constantly. All products (base coat, polish and top coat) were old and gelly. Now I know why they pushed the gel polish. No lotion or hand massage either. Needed to put a 3rd coat on to cover fully. Go across the street to La Vie!

This was my first time going in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The guy that did my gel manicure was more focused on the customers coming into the store then focusing on the person right in front of him that he was working on. He was too busy looking around that he completely butchered one of my nails to the point where it was noticeably shorter than the rest of my nails and when I pointed it out he did not acknowledge it and just filed it down even shorter. He also filed one of my nails down so far after he put the dip powder on that you could see my actual nail. He also added a top coat of gel polish which I have never seen any nail salon do to a set of dip powder nails.My set began to peel the top coat off starting on the first day and my nails didn’t even appear to have a shiny look to them. After three days, three of my nails began to break off and crack. I went to to get them fixed and were apologetic and offered to fix the nails. Now 4 days after that I have two new nails beginning to crack and break off. Never have I had a dip powder not last me at the very least two weeks, typically making it until three but my nails are just too grown out at that point. I would go back and ask to get them fixed but at this point I don’t want to drive another 25 minutes for the third time in one week and would rather just get a refund. They’re also over priced compared to everywhere else I’ve been and they’ve done the worst job! Would not recommend!

My friend and I had called ahead of time to come in for an acrylic set. The front desk person was very nice checking us in. When we went to go take a seat, only one nail technician was doing our nails. It was super irritating because it was obvious 1. the place was not overfilled and crowded 2. there were other technicians obviously available but were on their phones in the back. It was frustrating because my friend and I were there for almost 2 1/2 hours taking turns with the technician.When it came to payment, my total was $60. Coming from someone who typically gets an acrylic set- these were in NO shape or form $60 nails!!! I have NEVER had to pay $60 for an acrylic set. I would’ve been okay paying $60, however my nails were not shaped evenly and the nail polish was still left around the skin of my nails. ALSO, the next morning, the nail polish itself on my nails started warping and chipping off.Would not recommend to anyone and would definitely not be returning due to lack of service and quality.

Although my nails look okay (some are crooked), I was disappointed with the service. We booked manicures for 3 of us and we’re all seated throughout a half an hour time span. The work spaces were not cleaned between clients and the same tools were used. The guy cut 2 of my fingers & didn’t say anything while there was blood dripping down my nail. He also bumped one of the nails while it was still wet and touched the other ones to check if they were dry and ruined those too. He took the time to fix them but CHARGED ME for a nail repair that wasn’t my fault. This place is also on the pricey side & not worth the money in my opinion. I’m disappointed and won’t be going back here sadly.

I took my granddaughter in for a gel manicure, the gentleman that did mind was rushed. He put the polish on too thick to do less coats and it wrinkled. I told him and he responded that it was my nails. I usually do my own, but wanted to treat my granddaughter. I’ve never had the polish wrinkle because I do 3 thin coats, he was just trying to get it done sooner and I also had polish left around my nails. Very unprofessional! Update, 4 days after my appointment, my nails are already peeling. Usually my polish lasts 3 weeks and I still have to soak for 30 min. to remove it.

Made us wait for 10 minutes while other walk ins were taken right away. Didn’t do my nails at the same time as my friend and made her wait while i got mine done and i had to wait while she got hers done. The lady who did mine extremely rushed it, poor quality of nails and was rough with me. She judged me doing my own nails as well and laughed when i said i had painted them myself. She was telling other people she had to leave at 7, even though she left way earlier pretty much when i was done and I felt like i just wasted my money coming here. She uncharged me $5 for no reason either and I will never be coming back here. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

My friend and I made an appointment for 2 fills a week or so ago and when we arrived, the person at the desk was very friendly but also seemed to not remember booking our appointment a few hours earlier - not a big deal as the place wasnt busy and we didnt mind waiting.My friend was seated almost immediately and I waited in the lobby for my technician to finish up another job. After 30 minutes of waiting, my friends nails were almost done and no one had come to service me for my part of the appointment. Again, we didnt mind waiting, however there were 2-3 technicians chatting at the desk.After 40 minutes, a technician came and asked me if I was waiting for something. I informed her that I had an appointment with my friend who was seated and she helped me right away. She was efficient.Fast forward 24 hours - three of my dip nails cracked right off the batFast forward another 48 hours - another two nails have cracked.I wouldnt recommend coming if you dont have to - however I will commend them for how quickly my nails were done from start to finish once I was seated. If youre in a rush and need your nails done quick for a one-night thing, I could see this being a good option. If youd like your nails to stay for the average 1.5-2 weeks, I would again not recommend.

Oof. Where do I begin? Visited this salon for the first time today. I wanted to take my mom for a fun girls day. I called ahead and made two manicure appointments for the afternoon. We got there, I was called first and sat down. I had dip powder already on my nails, so I was given a bowl of acetone to soak my nails in. Then the nail technician walked away without saying a word to me to go do a pedicure for someone else.... And thats it. Just left me sitting there for 30 minutes. No joke, 30 minutes. My mom was called a few minutes after I was, so her nails were nearly finished - and I was just sitting there - with no assistance, no communication. Finally, another employee walked in the door. The guy who was doing my moms nails called her over to do my nails. She did a good job all things considered. But wait! Theres more! My mom got the white-tip acrylic manicure, I got the dip manicure. The total should have been $90, but they charged me $120. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, but was told that because they DIDNT PROVIDE ME A RECEIPT, there was nothing that could be done. Oh and - my mom tried to speak with the owner/manager about our crummy experience. He was hardly apologetic and then walked away from her mid-conversation. This salon looks beautiful inside - but it is not an honest business and frankly, my experience ruined what should have been a fun mother/daughter day out. Book your appointment literally anywhere else.

I had a poor experience previously with a dip manicure lasting far less than it should’ve, but I went back and gave them another chance. This time they did a great job with my pedicure and the service seemed fine for my appointment.However after 1 week by dip powder has cracked and fallen off...normally a dip set will last me 3-4 weeks until I can’t stand the grow out length! I will never be back - I will continue to go elsewhere where my perfect manicures last the length they should!

If I could rate it 16 stars I would. This lil 4 year old was in love with the added extra for her birthday. Will HIGHLY recommend Bellagio Salon & Nail Spa!!!

My (9 month) pregnant wife and (3.5 year old) daughter booked a pedicure for this mothers day weekend. Their appointment was for 11:15AM, but they received a call at 11AM to push back the appointment to noon. Disappointing but fine... so they show up at the appointment at noon and are told they need to wait. After 45 minutes of waiting and multiple groups going through, they left. No one had stopped by to check on them or provide them an update, my wife had to go and request updates. They ended up leaving then and I called to discuss with the manager, who said if they came back in about 30 minutes or so they might have been able to get seen.Absolutely ridiculous and poor service on Mothers day weekend. Whats the point of an appointment if you cant keep them, even after several hours pass. Id recommend anywhere else but here.

Dont go here! I went for dip manicure and it was so sloppy! Clear polish all over my skin. Went back the same day and asked them to redo and still don’t look great. Also left the second time with bleeding cuticles. I never write reviews but felt this experience needed one to warn others!

This was the worst mani/pedi that Ive ever had and Ive had hundreds. The nail tech that did my pedi was obviously put out that I didnt want to do a gel. She was rough, rushed me through and the work was sloppy and smeared. I then was seated for my gel manicure - also rushed. Not filed and misshapen. What a HUGE waste of my time and money. I thought I would try them out - what a mistake. Go to LaVie across Bluemound - so much better!

I brought a design and I was okay paying for extra services. One of the employees complained with me about the time I made them spend on my nails and they charged me for dip even though it was acrylic what they used.

This was probably one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. I had an appointment I waited an hour to get seated in a chair. Once in the chair they told me to take my nail polish off myself waited another 30 min for someone to help me after I had gotten the polish off. Then once they finally got started on my nails the person that was working on my nails messed them up and took the all off and had someone else do my nails. Also the shop was not clean I had the nails stylist hair all over my hands and someone else’s nail clippings on the table. My nails are bumpy and very uneven. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going there for a while and although a bit overpriced, I would pay cash which allowed me a discount. My last experience, their numbers kept changing and frankly didn’t make sense as it was multiple services. The ambience is nice but the service is no better than anywhere else so no longer worth it to me. They also constantly try to upsell.

I went to get Pedicure. It was amazing. Staff is nice fun and welcoming. My first time i enjoyed everything.

I went in for a set of acrylics, I told the nail technician that I wanted a solid color right away and he continued to ask if I wanted ombre over and over and over. I felt VERY pressured during my whole time there and never once did he mention the extra charge it would be. I was shocked when it was 75$ and I felt totally taken advantage of. He commented on my appearance multiple times during the appointment which was awkward and inappropriate. At the end he continued to ask me if I wanted to use the ATM so I could pay in cash and I finally had to be very direct with him about my method of payment. Bad experience at this place and I wont be going back.

I used to go to Bellagio regularly, but will not be returning after an awful dip powder service. Instead of soaking my nails off like usual, the guy pried them off with an acrylic nail. It ripped my natural nails, destroying some of them. I was in the chair for over an hour and a half, a lot of the time he was socializing and would disappear while I was sitting there. I left with bloody cuticles, uneven thickness of the dip powder and some nails that were not completely done. Very disappointed. I wanted to speak to the manager/owner on the way out but he was sitting on his cell phone and I just wanted to get out of there. It’s too bad, because it’s a really nice, clean place and I really enjoyed going there, but this experience, as well as the one prior to that, was an absolute dealbreaker.

My first time getting a pedicure. My feet look and feel amazing.

While the place is clean and well decorated, I absolutely will not be back . My mom and I had appointments set up for Mani/pedis. We arrived a few minutes early and picked out colors. They do have a fair selection of regular polish and shellac polishes .During the pedicure I had to ask the technician three times to ease up on pumicing my foot. She was way too aggressive and kept going back to the same sensitive spot. Once that was done, they set us up at a drying station.We sat for 30 minutes before flagging someone down to see if we were still going to get out manicures. They said they forgot about us!We had two different technicians do our nails. Mine didnt even have me go wash my hands after she put oil on my cuticles. They definitely rushed through our manicures.Nothing was done to make up for the 30 minutes we spent waiting. And no comments were made in regards to our hasty manicures. But to top it all off, the photos Ive included were taken 24hrs after our appointments. My moms nails held up a little better than mine, but still should have lasted longer than 24hrs.TL;DR: 10/10 would not recommend unless you desire to be forgotten and rushed through services you still pay full price for.

I’ve been to this spot a few times. I’ve had good and bad experiences but thought I would give it another shot. I originally went to get my acrylic nails taken off and get gel nails instead. After sitting there for an hour while my nail tech dug the acrylic nails off using unused acrylic nails, which sounds as painful as it was, I decided I better hold off on getting my nails done. I told her I had to leave but would still gladly pay for removal services. She still ended up charging me 35 dollars for removal (35 DOLLARS- to dig up my nails, which I could have done at home- and probably better) I asked her 3 times, if she was sure it was 35. She said yes. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I signed my receipt and walked out. I didn’t leave a tip and I will never be back. They had no music on (thankfully I brought headphones) and had another nail tech chomping away at sunflower seeds THE WHOLE TIME. I looked up at him 3 times during the nail removal to see if he was being serious- he was.

Terrible! Started hacking my nails off! I told him I had a sore nail!

I came in close to close and they were still very kind and accommodating. My nails look great! The salon is very clean and seemed well kept. I felt very welcome and comfortable.

The Happy Pedicure really truly is HAPPY 💕 I have had both the Citrus and Lavender ones and they are both AMAZING!!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for the last 4 or 5 years...first for manicures and pedicures and the last 2 years for pedicures only. This morning I came in for a basic pedicure...the one I always have gotten. They told me to pick out a color of polish and this is the first time I strayed from the OPI brand. When I checked out the cost was $43. It’s always been $27. I asked why it was so much and he said it was because I chose a special nail polish for $16. Are you kidding me? When I questioned that he told me I should have read the menu. I’ve never read the ‘menu’ because I’ve always gotten a basic pedicure. I think this is something that she be mentioned on a sign by each brand of nail polish what the additional cost will be. I will NEVER go back.

Been here for shellac and dip manicures. They will fix any issues for manicures under a week old. Usually great wait times and service. Prices are comparable to other salons.

This is my usual nail place and they do an awesome job. The ladies are super friendly as well as the gentleman who is usually up front ( I think hes the owner?) Super clean and pretty decor. TONS of colors to pick from as far as gel color. Myvan I think her name is, is super sweet and does a great job as shes done my nails before.

My friend and I had a mani/pedi we both felt very rushed even though we were the only ones there. Both of us had chipped nail polish the day after. Not acceptable in my book!

Love This Place

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and it has taken me a long time to find my new favorite place for nails. The inside is beautiful, stylish, and clean. Everyone has always been friendly and professional and they have always been willing to take me as a walk in. My nails look beautiful and they even do a small massage which usually isnt done with acrylics but I appreciate it so much. They are reasonably priced and I will be making this my regular place from now on!

I just moved to the area I went to another nail salon 1st and the service was horrible paying $90 for manicure and pedicure and they had spots missing on my nails and told me that I was good no not for that price it is not acceptable to have mistakes or missing spots on my nails so I found Bellagio I went there and I got vie I told her my story and she is amazing she stops every couple minutes to make sure that I look at my nails and like them if theres anything that I dont like or want change she changes it immediately now every time I go there I request her everybody there is very nice helpful and provides great customer service will get you anything you need while you are there just waiting and getting your nails done you can also make appointments online so it is faster to get it and you dont have to wait right when you get there they also have great hours and are open on Sundays too I definitely recommend this place it is one of the best nail salons Ive ever been to and I recommend ASKING FOR VI!!

Customer service here is always amazing. Love the cleanliness & hospitality. I drive 20-30 minutes just to get my nails done in such a beautiful & peaceful place.

THEY SLICED THE TIP OF MY TOE OFF! They acted like it was no big deal and kept trying to hide it! The technician used a cheese grater on my feet for my pedicure, and sliced the tip of my toe off with the grater. It hurt so bad! Then, she tried to hide it by putting my foot back in the water. The water turned red with blood. She drained the water and tried to put cotton on my toe, but it would not stop bleeding. She then poured alcohol onto the open wound and I screamed in pain! I told her do not do that again! She did it AGAIN when I was talking to another technician and wasn’t looking!! Then, they tried to super glue my toe, but they put a towel on right after the glue (because of all the blood) and the towel was glued to my toe!! They ripped the towel off after they realized what they did and caused further pain and more bleeding. It is now 3 hours later and my toe is still bleeding. I called my nurse line and am seeing a doctor tomorrow. I can’t believe this happened.I wish I would have read the reviews before going. It seems like many other people received cuts from their technician! What an awful place. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have had mixed results with this place. Ever revolving door of nail techs. First pedicure was great but the last one she was way too rough and my feet are practically Raw. Sometimes they use sterile tools, but the brushes arent sterilized. You have to stop them before they even pick up the tool if you want to get away from that. Next time Ill have to be a lot more specific up front or just go someplace else

Absolutely stunning salon, have never been to one like it, gorgeous. HUNDREDS of colors from regular polish to shellac to dip. I went in for an upgraded shellac pedicure and it was hands down the best pedi I have ever gotten. Louis was very friendly and did one heck of a pedicure. Will definitely be back to have Louis do my nails as well!

Louis gives a GREAT pedicure, I came back to have him do a fill but he wasnt available. Another guy did them (bald), sorry cant remember his name. He was awesome, very friendly. Nails look amazing, so glad I came back here instead of another salon that completely butchered my nails.

I’m giving this place 3 stars for the aesthetics and for an overall friendly experience here. However, the actual work they did on my nails was not good. I got a gel fill and they did not shape my nails as they should and all of my nails are bubbly from the polish. I’ve spent less and have gotten amazing work done, so I probably won’t be returning.

I’ve been here lots of times and had great experiences but this last time was horrible. They rushed my pedicure and the paint was sloppy. Even the repair wasn’t idea for a 55 dollar pedicure. Unfortunately I won’t be back!

Best pedicure I ever had but someone else did my nails and rushed. The guy that did my pedicure was great. My nails were even and cleaned up cuticles. Someone else did my manicure and they were getting busy. She rushed so much that she didn’t even have me soak so pushing the cuticles down was painful and incomplete. I wouldn’t say that I even got a full manicure.

The longest lasting shellac manicure I have ever had! Staff is very friendly and I always have a great experience. Normally my gel French manicure will last a week or so at most places because I work in healthcare and amWashing hands constantly, but I easily get 2.5-3 weeks out of my manicure here. Love this place!

I got a pedicure yesterday. Everything was fine up until I got home. I sat with my feet under the nail dryer/hardener thing for over an hour (catching up with a friend), put my shoes on and left. When I got home, my polish on both my big toes were smooshed like the polish was still damp when I left. The only thing I can think happened is they didnt wait long enough enough between each layer of polish. If thats true, it wouldnt have mattered how long I sat there because the layers underneath werent dry.

Generally I really like this place but today I did not get a very good pedi the scraping was missed but only on 1 foot (???) And the was not going to massage me....I had to say something.I am happy that when I called to speak with a manager they offered me a discount for next time....hope it is a decent one!

I went here as my normal nail tech is on vacation. Needed a fill and went with solid gel polish. He put the polish on to thick on my thumb nails where is just basically popped like a bubble. There was also black specs in my clear coat. I got them done yesterday and they already look terrible. I honestly dont know if I even want to go back to have them fix it. Very disappointed. I wanted to love the place because it seemed clean and pretty. Not worth it.

Vi is amazing! She takes her time and asks questions during the time spent with her. She makes sure the color and shape are correct. If you suffer from an ingrown nail she knows how to get all the way to the cuticle! We always have a great time and her husband is great! Thanks for always taking great care of me! -Amanda

Will never return. After making plans for my bridal party to get nails done here...well in advance. The whole thing was a nightmare and the owner never understood a word I said, just kept saying all good, okay. We had a mad dash that night and following day to find a different salon. It was awful.

I am posting this to encourage management to train their staff. My friend and I had a pedicure togtether. Neither of us had pedicures for a year.She had a little bit older woman and I had a going girl doing mine. The young girl barely did anything that should be done, while I was envious of my friends experience as I watched the woman slough off skin from my friends feet. The woman pushed back the cuticles OM my friends toes. The woman rubbed between my friends toes. SHE was getting awesome pedicure. None of that happened to my feet.I basically got a light massage on my legs and middle feet(none on toes) and a light filing and sub-par polish.A 4-5 star rating would be given if that girl is trained to actually assess what the foot needs on each client and not just go through the motions.The salon itself rectified our 45 minute wait of our appointment time, but the service from his girl makes me upset that zi tipped her so well.Please teach her to care.

I called and scheduled an appt for pedicure and manicure. I asked to make sure I could get them done at the same time and I was told yes. We came in, started the pedicure and never got my nails done because they kept helping everyone who walked in instead of helping me. I am still sitting here waiting for my husbands pedicure to finished because they started us so far apart. Pretty disappointing not to value your clients time and promises ... oh and the crystal chandeliers would be much prettier if they were not topped with dust.

I get great work done but I dont like how the staff is always talking in another language.Often times laughing. For all you know they could be talking about a customer. They also take personal calls while working on your nails.

Long time customer debating whether or not Ill return.Today really took the cake.My nail tech was more interested in talking with several other clients who walked in, rather than paying attention to what she was doing, while servicing me.I understand when its a brief hello, but a full blown out conversation??She even got up to excuse herself to continue to have her conversation.When I got home and looked at her work, I honestly must say, it was the worst service Ive ever received there.

When scrubbing my legs she was doing it too hard making it uncomfortable. While cutting my cuticles she cut 2 of my fingers, she blamed it on dry skin but she was going to quickly. I got gel polish done here two weeks ago. When the polish was newly done, it was oddly less shiny than gel normally is. I also started to see some cracks forming in the polish. Today I went somewhere else to get my color changed after that bad experience and the person that did my nails told me it looked like my nails had really been done with regular polish and then a clear gel coat was put over top. I’m extremely disappointed and I cannot believe this dishonesty. I was not fairly charged and will not be coming back.

This is my second visit to Bellagio. I ❤️ This place! Pricing is competitive, and the service and product is amazing! I will be back every 3 weeks for my pedicure and nail dip!

They have a check in system which doesn’t seem to work correctly. Since it was implemented I sign in with my cell number but I always get a point for every visit.

I decided to give them another chance and went back to retry a dip manicure.. AWFUL. My dip lasted one week and I already have chipping in over 5 fingers. They rush thru to get you in and out, never good results.

One day i have 2 horrible service at 2 different nails salon. This time is pedicure, my cuticles is bleeding

UPDATE: I had been going here for the past year and the service kept getting worse. The nail techs are horrible and the pedicures aren’t worth the price. Avoid at all cost.

Eyelash extensions looked great but scheduling for refill has been a nightmare. They can never get you in. Nails fell off. Seem to be cheap quality.

The worst experience Ive ever had. The nail technician is very pushy, she keeps asking me for the most expensive pedicure. I turn her down and she is very rude. The relaxing time turn to nightmare. All they want are your money. I talk to the manager and he didnt say any nice words
