Love it! Haven’t had my nails done since before my baby and this was my first mani pedi and I felt so pampered💖 also j asked for a trendy nail art and they did it spot on!

My friend and I went to get our nails done for her birthday. Our artists did an amazing job. We showed them inspo pics for our nails and they knew exactly what they were doing. They even gave my friend the gems they placed on for free for her birthday. We will both definitely be back!For reference my set (blue) was $75 without tip and my friends set (pink) wad $55 I believe.

I called at 10:30 to see if they had openings for the day and they got me in right at 11am. I know that’s not always possible so I was very pleased with them getting me in. I forgot the name of the gentleman who did the work but I showed him a picture of ombre nails and he recreated the nails perfectly! I am going on a trip and most ladies would agree that having good nails is essential. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be returning!

I have never had a bad experience at this salon and I have been coming here roughly every two weeks for 3 years. I used to live close, but now I drive 25 minutes because they’re worth it! The owners are incredible and every employee seems to be a perfectionist when it comes to doing nails. They’re kind, efficient, and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. I can come in with any idea and know I’ll be leaving with perfect nails! The pricing is super reasonable for such high quality work. I definitely recommend to anyone!

I walked in and didnt feel welcomed by a man who said what exactly can I do for you. I said I would like a fill. He said: let me see your nails. I have never been asked that before. It was awkward. Anyhow, he said 35 bucks, i was shocked. 35 bucks for an acrylic fill? I didnt say a fill and polish, I said a fill. Which is normally 20 bucks. Basically, its just filing the fake nail down so it looks natural with your growth. He was kind of standoffish and rude. Basically as well, I dont care for a man doing my nails because I havent experienced one with creativity in doing nails. But Anyhow, listening to my gut instinct is important to me so i said: no thanks and went to a place that has creativity, regular pricing, and great service. I got more than I came for at a different nail salon because I was treated with respect and dignity. Plus I left a tip. Customer service means: your offering services to the person whose willing to invest in you. Dont you like to see people return and grow your relationship with them?

I just want to say how thrilled we all were with their services. I booked an appt for 5 people for Sunday afternoon not realizing they were not open but I got a reply saying that they would accommodate us. That was so incredibly sweet of them as we are all going out of town for Labor Day and wanted to get pampered with a mani/ pedi to look our best. Thank you Tony, Lier and Thi for the beautiful job you did on our nails. I highly recommend your place to others!!!!

Bye.A fill in with new polish is normally 20 bucks. Maybe 25 in Waukesha county.I went to another place and paid that price and the job was well done. I thought I would try you out since your reviews seemed pleasant. But I definitely dont want a guy who doesnt understand pricing doing my nails. That would seem to me that hes not in tuned so theres no telling what my nails could look like upon leaving.

Best nails in Brookfield, it is a salon not many people know about, but the skills of the staff are better than any salon I have been to

Went here this past weekend and never going again after my experience. I got acrylic nails with shellac on them and the next day I woke up and the polish is bubbling and peeling. The crazy thing is that it is also happening to my friend who also went is experiencing the same thing and she had a different nail tech and color. I tried to call to request a refund but the man on the phone said I apparently could not receive a refund which is ridiculous. I live at college and can not go back there for a few weeks. The man had such a bad attitude. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

They were slower than other places when putting on the acrylics that I wanted and I loved them... until 6 hours later they started to chip. I got them done on a Saturday and it’s only Sunday and three of them are already trashed. They were $48 for a full set and other places I have gone to are $35-$40 and stay on for multiple weeks. The same exact thing happened to my friend I went there with. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Well unless you want the polish to come off in 5 hours. Absolutely absurd. I normally go to a spot closer to home where it is $40 for a full set. My friend just moved to Brookfield and we thought we would give it a try. Not only is my polish coming off, but so is hers.

It was my first visit. I got the basic pedicure and gel manicure. Lynn was great. She was meticulous and patient and did a very thorough job. My nails have never looked so good! She was caring and caught on to subtle expressions to know when something hurt or tickled. She took her time and didnt rush through the process. Im definitely going back to her!

I have been going to this shop for over 15 years regularly. Annie is amazing as are many of the staff at this salon. I never feel rushed and the attention to detail is amazing. If I do happen to have an issue, I call and they always get me in the same day to fix issue with no argument and at no charge. They are personable and the shop is meticulous using plastic bags which are changed between customers for their pedicures and tools which are sanitized and bagged for individual use. The choices for color is almost overwhelming! They seem to run on time with little wait. But it’s the attention to detail and their professionalism which keep me coming back.

This was my first time ever going here and I absolutely loved it! They were so nice and made sure I loved my nails. I have gone to a lot of different nail salons, but I have now made this my regular salon. My nails always last past 2 weeks. They even stayed open a little past their normal close date to accommodate my late arrival!

Very poor job!!! I had them put on gel on my natural nails the back of my nails have a yellow tint to them and they were white as can be before this. They were rough on my cuticles, I was bleeding for a couple hours and very sore for 3 days nails have bumps on them. Even called went back to have them fix it filed behind and its still yellow. Never return and they were rude.

Went to get nails done with a bridal party the day before the wedding. I thought they were wonderful accomodating everyone. However, I thought the prices were high and the service mediocre.

High quality, great staff, clean and pleasant environment. All employees are perfectionists and want you to be 100% happy with the service - and I always am! They have every color you could want... I will never go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE experience! Got a pedicure and the nail tech cut me several times... I was bleeding it got over her gloves and in the water... she lied about cutting me. Also cut my nails super short and they all hurt because they are cut super short. Will never be back terrible service and what was suppose to be relaxing was painful and now I have open cuts on my toes too.. not to mention no top coat was put on my nails either and the smudged as soon as I left so now I have to repaint my own nails that I paid $50 for what a waste:):):):)

This was, by far, the worst manicure I have ever paid for. The male tech left rough edges, places without topcoat/shine, ridges, and terrible cuticle lines on my dip manicure. I spent $40 and an hour and 20 minutes there and still left with a mani that looks like I did it at home. Dip powder cured to skin around my nails and even on the pads of my fingers. Buyer beware.

I always LOVE my nails!!!! I have been going here since January 2017, and I have never had a bad experience. They take their time and ensure that your nails are the way you want. The personel/shop is professional, clean, quiet, and and do not have an overwhelming nail polish/powder smell. I hate that I am moving, bc Im unsure if I can find a nail shop as professional and good as them :-( . DONT HESITATE to go to them...they are WONDERFUL!!!

Service was very slow. When I was finally seated the nail tec (I use that term loosely) rushed my nails. They arent even close to being even (Thickness and shape) as well as the work stations being extremely dirty. Let your 6 year old niece do your nails before stepping foot in this establishment.
