I was seen by Nino today, I had the best experience ever! No joke, I am so grateful. He got me in as quickly as he did! My haircut is just how I like it! I show him a picture and he cut my hair to the tee👌Usually that dont happen often not a Barber shop or shop periodt!!I had many challenges as a woman, gettn that right look and that you are a new client,well let say my past experiences! I needed to be seen as an urgency this week! I did not mention to the gentlemen on the phone, usually when someone that awesome it takes weeks to get in for a cut, it just happen today was my lucky day, 🍀I was referred, I was told to ask for Nino, I did! With that being said I was please, with my precise cut, Nino did an amazing job with the few hairs on my hair lol!The atmosphere of his friendly spirit made me felt welcome especially being all male shop I am goin back again...Every Staff I saw today, in this shop cuttn hair had great talent while I was gettn my hair cut was on point like him!! This is a mans man kind of place! We drive 50 miles one way to bring our grandson to Trendz because he loves the place. The barbers at the shop are are on point and he always gets a great cut. He really enjoys the atmosphere as well. They have music going and the guys in the shop are always talking about sports, current events, and/or new happenings!! Its a great place for a cut and well be back!

Worst ever haircut I had in my life . I called for an appointment and they allocated a guy who was still practicing to do a hair cut . He just did the sides and in the front he was not able to align the hair properly, I even showed him a picture but he was so horrible . May be they have lots of existing customers and not concerned about new customers. This would be my first and last haircut at this place

Good people good quality haircuts

The only reason this gets an extra star is because it wasnt a Great Clips.I went in for a simple fade, but somehow, that got botched. I asked for finger-length on top, and I ended up with finger-length on the right side of my head, and and untouched, twice as long hair on the left side. The fade itself was also poorly done. It looks like I have a cliff overhanging the side of my head because he didnt take the time to blend the top half. Now I have to fix it at home because I dont have the time to get it fixed. Also, I was in time for my appointment today, but I still had to wait fifteen minutes to get in because my name never got put down.

Always does a fantastic job, is super sweet, the place is clean and its very nice to have separate salons for each stylist, especially now with covid.

Words can’t express the service I got there. I moved around this area about a year ago and I’ve been looking for new places to get a haircut and I came upon this place and man, they did not disappoint. I told the barber what I wanted and he even recommended me a new hairstyle alternative that may fit my look better. Left with a very good haircut and a new loyal customer! Daryl is the man!! Ill agree with other reviews I read before coming here: if you know someone youre probably in good hands. If you dont know anyone there, it is not very welcoming. Barbers are working and although they look up to see who walks in, if they dont know you, they just keep working. A simple smile, hello, do you have an appointment, check in on the book over here, etc. to set expectations and provide customer service takes a few minutes and goes a long way. Most barbershops Ive been to are this way - work on this guys, it will do wonders for your business.I called in twice ahead of time to see if there would be an opening, was told yea just come in well take care of you. I didnt sit for more than 10 min which was good but LADIES - I dont recommend getting your hair cut here. I didnt have a good experience, it got to the point where I just took what I got because asking to fix certain things just made it worse. I have a faux hawk and wanted a nice fade. I eventually just asked for one length all around. I left with red lines on my neck too. Its a fun atmosphere but the quality of work and customer service is lacking.

Ive been looking for a barber who is willing help my son get more comfortable with haircuts (he HATES them and theres always tears.) I stopped in in the beginning of the week and explain the situation, John said he would cut my sons hair. The next day I stopped in for my son to meet John and he took the time to come over and introduce himself to my son and discuss what I was looking to have done to his hair. We went in today for the haircut and John took the time to interact with my son beforr the haircut and talked him through the haircut. For the first time ever there were NO tears! He even let him line up the front, which has never been done! The haircut turned out great, and it was an awesome experience! We will for sure be back! Highly recommend to anyone!!

AKeeley is an amazing Barber and has awesome customer service.You definitely feel welcome once you go into Trendz they always greet you.I have been to other shops in MN where they dont even say hello or acknowledge that you are there.The shop is always clean and is also in a great location.

Most of the barbers here can cut. Nice clean shop and good entertainment. The major drawback is the way they handle clients that dont have appointments. This is definitely an appointment shop, and it helps if you know a barber in there. In the 6 times that I have been there it was very frustrating. Even if you sign the book, it seems they only go off that if nobody is in there that they know. Even for some people, they can leave and keep their place in line. It seems that most of the barbers there have their set clients and dont really need anymore. If you dont make a appointment this is not the place to go. Unless you can wait for an hour or more to get a haircut.

An hour and half he took to cut my hair and completely messed it up never going there again.Asked for simple mid-fade and thinned put on top and didn’t get what I asked for regret tipping.

My son has been begging me to take him here for months! Finally gave in and he went to style his hair today -the next day - not happening. The cut is so bad a comb over won’t work, a straight up spike looks like the moguls on Buck Hill. The fade looked great, but when the rest is this bad, the fade isn’t worth it!

Very nice quick they gave me a fade and made the top of my head even and lined me up. I think I just found my self a new barber.

By far the worst customer service. Literally had to wait 3 hrs yet still didn’t get a trim. But what was most disappointing is that there were walk ins that were familiar with the barbers that got a cut before me and I waited 3 hrs for a cut. And not even one of them bothered to walk towards me and asked if I needed assistance. On top of that, I made eye contact with one of the barber and he legitimately overlooked me and called on another person.

Called and asked if there was time for a walk in today at 2:30, said they had time at 4. Went there at 4 and was not greeted at all, waited about an hour and was not told anything about how much longer. Seemed very unprofessional and you’ll pretty much only get in if you know them. About 3-4 people walked in and knew the barbers and got their haircut right away. While we were there was about 3 other customers who also walked out due to bad service. Also, we had a child and it was not easy for him to try to wait that long. We drove about an hour just to get there and this wasted our whole day. Do not recommend.

Im very disappointed in the service I received today by the older guy juelz, I brought my three year old son in for a cut and he kept stopping goofy around with his co workers once he was done with my son haircut my son had three bald patches in his hair and he charged me 26 dollars for a haircut for a three year old it was terrible definitely do not recommend here.
