It is just as important for men to take care of their feet as it is for women. This is why Im glad that Neroli offers plenty of services for men, including the Sport Pedicure. I wear dress shoes all day for work and my feet need to be taken care of. Rather than butchering my nails by doing it myself (which I had to during the pandemic) I choose to get them done by a professional. For the past several years, Leslie has been my go to Nail Professional and she is great! Im glad that I can come to a salon, as a guy, and be able to get my feet taken care of. Ladies, for the guys in your life, you should definitely get them to take care of their feet and hands. I just got my first Sport Manicure recently and my hands are more presentable especially when working with my sales clients. I highly recommend Neroli for Mens services.

I am so disappointed with Neroli. I have been cancelled two times in a row now for my hair appointment (cut, color/highlight). I originally booked my appointment in June for the soonest appointment which was August. I even rearranged my vacation plans so I could make that time work. The evening before I received a message that my appointment needed to be canceled. It was a 17 hour notice. According to Nerolis policy, if I were to cancel under 24 hours, I would be subject to a 50% charge of my services. I feel I should have received that amount back as a credit towards future services. That would be fair. There was no extra accomodation on their end to try and squeeze me in since they canceled on me, and I offered and was willing to go to any location. I was only told, Sorry, nothing is available at this time. I decided to reschedule, and the first available appointment was 6 weeks out, which again, I had to rearrange my work schedule to make this appointment work. Today I received a call canceling my upcoming appointment this week for the second time! I expressed my frustration appropriately and in a kind manner. The only thing they could offer was to was reschedule. The nearest times offered do not work with my schedule or again its weeks out. Im sorry but after being canceled twice, my next service should be compensated. To be honest, I am not sure that I will ever schedule again with Neroli. I cant keep getting canceled, especially when it comes to hair color. Those appointments are a must!

Wow! This was my first professional facial and I was really blown away. The whole experience was very relaxing and impressive. I saw Noelia for a tulasara facial and my face has never looked this good, especially after only 1 facial. For reference, I have very dry and sensitive skin with acne scarring and rosacea. I couldn’t believe how the redness went away and how fresh, smooth, and hydrated my face looks and feels. Highly recommend their facials. I will be a regular for sure.

I got a facial for the first time ever in my life and my expectations were exceeded. I walked in to Neroli and was greeted by the receptionist who took me back to the changing room and offered me tea or water. I then enjoyed a foot soak in a peaceful room where I was very relaxed before my facial. Kate F. took the time to ask me about my skin and recommended products that would work best for my skin type after my facial. Everything about my facial was great starting with the headed bed. Went here for a massage. Both with Steven and it was amazing. I did deep tissue massage because its highly needed and Steven really got in the with the pressure and would check in periodically to make sure it wasnt too much pressure. Overall the spa is relaxing and welcoming. With the pandemic, they are taking all the safety protocols as well.i felt very safe there. Ill be going back again.

I wrote a review a few months ago regarding an absolutely awful experience I had at Neroli and the Owner wrote a response that said someone from guest services would reach out to me to discuss, but no one ever did. It is clear that Neroli responds to bad reviews on Google, in order to make it look like they are handling the situation; however, they are not. Not only was I extremely uncomfortable with my experience at Neroli, but now I am even more disappointed with how Neroli does not take any accountability or action for their poor customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with Kate for a facial. She did a great job. I will certainly be going back for more services. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had my hair done, cut and color, and it turned out really great. Ive had years of box dye damage that was treated in a way I have never experienced before. While it was pricy, the work Kelly did was phenomenal.

I did not see the red tones in the roots until I got home. Disappointed in the amount of money I paid and then told when complained of red tones that I would have to book another PAID appointment. Communication should be improved between clients and stylists. I ended up going somewhere else to fix the red tones but again after paying $300 on hair, I should not have to go anywhere else to have the red tones removed!!!!!What upset me even more is when I called they said yes we can fix it and then could not schedule me until 3 weeks later. I received a call a week before the appointment telling me, you are going to have to pay for services. Why says yes and then say no without talking to me to get clarification?They treat you like thug once an error is made. Its very ridiculous to treat your clients this way

I havent had a massage in a couple years and was very excited for my massage at Neroli in Brookfield. When meeting with the Massage Therapist, Steven, I made it very clear that I dont like deep tissue massages and that I prefer light pressure. Stevens response was that he usually does medium to deep tissue and that he can try to do lighter, but that hell do more medium pressure. This was appalling to me seeing as Massage Therapists should be able to adjust their pressure and technique based on the customers preferences. His standoffish demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. I then took the approach of chatting during the beginning of the massage, in attempt to hopefully make him realize that I am not trying to be rude and that I just want a light pressure massage that wont hurt my back the next day. This resulted in him chatting the entire massage and I felt awkward, because I didnt know how to stop the conversation. The topics discussed were very unprofessional (he shared stories about other unprofessional massage therapists, his political thoughts on everything going on in the world right now, his personal life, etc.) and it was not a relaxing experience at all. Massages are supposed to be a place of relaxation and a place to release the tension of everything going on in the world and our personal lives; massages should never add to the stress. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be going back to this Massage Therapist. I spent a lot of money for this massage and with the high price, I expect high quality service. Unfortunately, I did not get my moneys worth and am again, very disappointed in the entire experience.

Bought my girlfriend a gift card for a facial and massage. Deven (apologies if the name is misspelled) was her masseuse and she did a phenomenal job! My girlfriend has had dozens of massages and she called me as she was walking out the door saying this was the best one ever. She knew exactly how to cut my hair to my liking and offered suggestions as well. Shes a true professional. I booked future appointments for other services with her before I left the salon.

It has been over 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them over a bad experience issue with my wifes hair styling. They did a bad job first and then it is impossible to get someone on the phone and address the issue. Hugely disappointed. Not recommended...

Neroli is a really nice spa. The staff are welcoming as you enter, greeting you personally and checking you in. I never have to wait more than a few seconds to be taken back for my service. Facilities are clean and the locker room is really nice. Cost of services are pretty much what you expect and about the same as anywhere else in the area. I always have a pleasant experience and highly recommend.

Go here for my facials with Renee. It is the most relaxing 80 minutes of my month!! She build rapport, makes to you so comfortable, and has changed my skin! High frequency is the way to go! Amenities are fabulous! Everyone is SUPER nice here!

Unfortunately, I got pretty bad burns and skin tears during my wax. My dermatologist was able to help sooth and treat the skin, but she was not able to guarantee that I will not have scars due to my wax experience at Neroli. Additionally, I had to pay for a visit to my dermatologist and for scar cream to rectify the negligence on Nerolis part. I was never given any kind of paperwork to give a history of products that I use on my skin or skin conditions/sensitivities. The aesthetician did not ask me any questions regarding my skin. I was completely caught off guard when she proceeded to dive right in to the waxing as I had always thought the expectation was for aestheticians to go over basic questions before starting (especially as a new client). I stopped the aesthetician immediately and informed her that I used Olay 24 Retinol and had that morning put on 100% pure glycolic acid. I also explained that I have very sensitive skin. She told me she would just apply more baby powder to my skin. She said it was no problem and she’s been waxing for 22 years and to trust her. She pulled the skin off of many portions of the left side of my face. She must have noticed her own mistake as my right side seemed to be much better than the left. I have had other waxes on my face many times before and while my skin can get pink and sensitive I have never had this reaction. I also let her know that my skin cannot handle tweezing, and she pulled out her tweezers three times and started to tweeze me. I was never given a mirror to see the finished product, so it was only when I went out to my car that I realized why it felt so burning due to the tearing (also after I had already tipped her, not knowing the damage she had done to my face). I did go back inside to show her and she seemed unconcerned and told me to put neosporin on it. The woman in the lobby also downplayed it saying it was marks from my mask.I didn’t want to leave a negative review online because I know business is hard enough during Covid, but decided I had to put out a warning after I both emailed and called the salon to let them know so this wouldnt happen to other clients, and received zero response. I would consider coaching your employees to a.) ask clients to fill out a skin care profile to know whether they have used substances that could damage skin with a wax application. b.) listen to clients when they voice concerns about waxing and damage to skin. c.) acknowledge when a mistake has been made.Again, I am so sorry to post this during such a hard time for businesses, but after receiving no contact back from Nerolis salon, I felt that I needed to put out a warning.

I had an 80 minute massage with Angela on 12/1 and it was fabulous! Angela is very intuitive -- she started out on the lighter side, and progressively worked deeper, which I loved! She also gave me hot towel wraps on my aching feet. I could have stayed all day! Definitely recommend. It is a serene, warm atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly!

Greeted right away when I arrived. The cucumber lemon infused water was refreshing. No wait. Friendly, courteous staff. Manicure looks great! Loved the relaxing music. Ill keep returning. Best place in the area for nail care!

I got Keratin done last week and it does not even show on my hair now. They are still frizzy and looks like nothing is done for them.Highly disappointed. Heard a lot of Neroli but now will rethink before i go again. Sheer waste of $500 for me.

They do an excellent job here. Its both relaxing, and you get a high quality haircut. Sophie, was incredible, and has a lot of experience with mens haircuts. Its hard to find a place to get a quality mens haircut, but this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back. It is pricey though ~40$ for a haircut, so just a heads up. Theyre upfront about it though, and Ill still be going here regularly.

Love Neroli Spa. I have a deep tissue massage monthly. It is therapeutic, yet relaxing. The relaxation room is a quiet oasis, while sipping the infused water.After the massage, I follow up with a steam shower, using Aveda products.I leave the Neroli Spa refreshed and relaxed.

I tried a few salons and stylists before finding Amanda at Neroli. The best testament to the quality of her work is that I can go for months without needing a cut (I do occasionally trim my bangs) because the style holds its shape so well. The team at Neroli is wonderfully customer focused - with a greeter ready to check you in the moment you walk in -- offering beverages, taking your coat, etc. I love browsing the products and makeup in the lobby if I have a few minutes to wait.

My husband bought me a prenatal massage- I had never been to Neroli, and I can say I will never go anywhere else after my experience today! The staff was beyond welcoming, the amenities are of the highest quality and my massage was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

I visited this location today for a massage with Angela and a brow wax with Kasey. Angela had great flow with varying pressure - it was just the relaxation I needed after a busy week. I also love the steam shower before/after services - they provide an amazing experience all around!

I typically get great service at this location. My last visit was off, unsure if Friday mornings are unusually busy or the staff wasnt quite with it, since I was abruptly left in multiple locations with no follow-up (ie where to get sandals and how to log into the locker when I arrived, how to get the foot soak once I got into the relaxation room) and my service wasnt quite as good as I remember it being last time. That being said, the environment is very relaxing, the service usually top notch, so expect to return again.

Everyone was soooooo nice I got my makeup done and it was AMAZING! I asked for a teen appropriate look and I got exactly what I asked for. They 100% exceeded my expectations.

Stylist, cut and color were great but I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time to even get started. They kept telling me she was just finishing up. I would have preferred honesty as I could have used that 30 minutes to grab lunch, work, or many other things. Again, once I got started the service was very good.

I have been getting my hair colored for almost 20 years and have never had a bad experience until I went to this location. Ive been trying Neroli and different stylists the past year for root touch ups only and it was working fine/satisfactory. I started going to Neroli because it was easier with my schedule and close to my new home and Im a new mom. I took a chance and had more extensive color done the last time I was there and it just was not a good experience. My hair one week after was completely crunchy, fried and damaged. The brown shadow rooting was also starting to turn green and hollow. So bad that I had to go crawling back to my old stylist of 15 years and had to get an additional 5 inches chopped off just to be able to brush through it and 7 hours of color correction and $475 later. IVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. I was in shock and slightly traumatized and the last thing I wanted to do was go back there and have them fix it. No way!!!! I called to let them know of my experience and that I would feel more comfortable if they just refunded me for the bad experience. They were not interested in that because they did not see my hair directly after. I wasn’t interested in going back. I ultimately felt like they didnt trust that I had a bad experience and didnt take ownership in any respectable way. They offered me a deep conditioning treatment. Insulting if you ask me. Is it really worth the negative word of mouth that will come from making a client feel that way? The customer service was the worst Ive ever had. I do not feel like a valued customer at all and I’ll never go back! I would highly recommend spending your money at other salons.

Went to the salon to get a balayage. Stylist was nice. Apparently my hair didnt take well to the color and the color wasnt very noticeable. Was told that I could come back and have more toner put on it to lighten up for only $20. Got home and realized in different light the hair color was not noticeable at all. Tried to schedule an appointment to get it lightened and next thing you know it will cost at least $85 to fix, not the $20 I was told. Definitely wasted money on this. Very disappointing. The person I talked to at corporate was rude about the issue was rude about it and not helpful at all. Dont understand why you would need to pay full price again to get something fixed that didnt turn out well the first time. I feel like this place is a scam and just cares about getting your money. Services are way over priced for what you get. The atmosphere isnt even very nice at the salon. Would not recommend going here.

When I went in for my visit I asked to stay blonde but also have the growth from previous highlights covered and have the few gray hairs covered in the back of my head. I received a balayage and a root shadow. The root shadow was brought down way too far and made my hair much darker than when I went in. The blonde pieces that framed my face are now very brassy and none of my gray hair was covered either. I felt extremely rushed from when I sat down in the shampoo chair to when I was escorted out. I had a ton of product in my ears and the side of my head. Because of being rushed my hair was tugged and pulled way more than necessary. I have naturally wavy/frizzy hair and I’ve never once had a stylist not use a straightener or curling iron on it and my stylist didn’t use either of them. I left with frizzy hair that was still damp in the back. I will not be returning.

Wonderful little piece of heaven in Brookfield. I love the welcoming environment, relaxing products, and attentive but not overly attentive team. Had a fantastic haircut, and looking forward to returning.
