I went here for a gel manicure and the staff was very friendly. The woman who did my nails did an amazing job and was able to give me exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend this place if you want nails with designs

I had an appointment at 1 and I arrived 15 minutes early… they explained they had a party and they were busy which is no big deal. I had nothing but time… I was seated around 1:20ish and waited another 15 minutes for the tech to tell me to move seats… which I did. She finally turned her attention to me instead of her phone… I told and showed her what I wanted and she said she could do it…what I asked for was not what I received. not even any cuticle work..I tried to explain twice the design I was after but gave up and let her do her thing which is still a cute design if the nails would have been done properly. It’s thick, at the tops and bottoms and the powder technique made them look streaky and mediocre. I paid $80 for it to look like I already need a fill in and to come home and file them myself. I won’t be back.

I’ll never go anywhere else. Literally amazing work and great people.

I never left a review about my experience but have felt worried for friends who go here and feel it needs to be said. I went here around a year ago and asked for pink and white. I assume my nail tech was new, as it was around prom season and the owners and most other techs were very very busy. He said he could do it and said yes to the photo I showed. He gave me the most horrific nails I’ve received in my life, I’ve posted them in online groups and people are horrified. I went back in and the owner fixed my set up PERFECT. When he was fixing them, the original tech who worked on me walked by and laughed at us- even though I tipped him well despite the horror he created on my hands. However, my nails were very damaged after this, and the reason I leave this review is because I ended up getting a bad infection and couldn’t get nails for a very long time. Please be careful who you choose to do your nails and go to the owner’s if you can.

The nails were beautiful when done. The thickness of the dip powder was great. Not to thick. It looked natural.

Came here to get a pedicure and a full set before going to Las Vegas on vacation. One of the male nail artists absolutely butchered my acrylics. The shape was terribly uneven, and he couldn’t even paint french tips on them so I had to ask him to just paint the entire nail. Even after that, they looked awful. the polish was messy all around the edges full of texture. I had to go to another nail salon immediately after to get them fixed. Ruined my day.

This was a couple months ago, they were cutting my nails and cut my finger, not a little cut; but a gash. It hurt so bad. I still had to pay full price

Got 2 referrals for Noire. Saw 2 girls with beautiful, natural looking nails & referred. Walked in on a friday evening, waited about 20 minutes. Jack did my nails and honey...They Are EVERYTHING!! Got EXACTLY what i ask for...Coffin shaped & only request was Neon & glitter & daisys!! Also got my brows waxed by a sweet girl who did them PERFECT HUNTYYY!

This was my first experience with this nail salon and it was great!! Travis is the best!! He was very attentive to me the whole time. We laughed and talked the whole time. They were cleaning the entire time. My mani and pedi turned out great. Will definitely be my choice from here on out. Also I didnt have an appointment and I walked straight in and got immediate service. Thank you for a great experience!!

Amazing. I have been to several places and that charge outrageous, but this place has amazing prices, the man who did my nails did them quick and they look amazing. It didn’t take to long at all. I go a full set of acrylic with retailer polish. I will be retuning it’s clean and the people are nice. 10/10 recommend.

The visit was okay. The full set was definitely not worth what I paid. I made an appointment. I got in 15 mins after, no big deal but the lady had me out in 30 mins. I was shocked by how fast she finished. I got out to my car and realized I have super glue, black nail polish and the acrylic lay every where. I probably won’t come back and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Went Monday with my mom to get our nails done, whoever did mine was fast some nails are longer then the others not filled right.. and already looks like I need a fill in. I paid 98 bucks which that doesnt matter but the way she messed them up.. awful.

Went for a pedicure yesterday and the man that did it cut the bottom of two of my toes. He was very rough, I do not recommend.

Had a mani/pedi and it was great. My feet look and feel better and the lady who did my nails was really sweet. She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and if there were going to be extra charges or not.

Walked in to get dip powder manicure and a regular polish pedicure. They were very nice and quick, I was seated almost immediately and service was great! Ken was my nail technician and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I asked 100 questions and not once did he make me feel like he was rushing through service. Definetly would recommend!

Made appointment for 2 right near closing. They did a fantastic job on my daughters nails. But after she was done with her they didnt even address me. So that why I only have 4 starrs

I am an actual nail technician and decided to treat myself for once. I actually made an appointment with a technician that came recommended. I did not get that technician and the guy that did my nails said he was that guy...but he was not. He painted my nails extremely fast and did not cap my edges off, even after I asked him to. I am on day two and I already have 5 nails that are lifting. I am sooo disappointed. This was my treat to myself before I left for vacation and now I am out of town with bad chipping nails.

Me and my friend get our nails done about every two weeks and we just happened to be in Bristol and we decided to stop here instead of going to our regular place in Abingdon. I just have to say this is the best and nicest nail salon I have ever been to! And the prices are not bad either! We will definitely be making this our regular place now! Even if we have to drive a few extra minutes! i highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

This was my first time ever getting acrylics and I have to say I am very happy with the outcome. I got a very nice lady and she got them done very fast and did a great job. She kept asking me if I liked them and if the length was good. I highly recommend coming here the workers are all nice and they do a great job. I will be back soon.

Today was my first experience at this salon and will be my last. The staff was rude and acted like they were in a hurry. I asked for a color that I didnt recieve for my pedicure. The staff was very pushy and didnt follow customer requests. Also during my pedicure he cut my toe. This will be my first and last time at this salon. I would suggest taking your businesses elsewhere.

They do such a great job!!!

I’ve had a couple good experiences here but my last visit ruined it for me. This was my first appointment with this particular nail tech. He refused to make my acrylics the length I wanted. I kept asking him to shorten them and all he would say was “no”. A couple employees were just watching this happen. He eventually agreed to file them down but not to the length I requested. He said he didn’t like them that way. It was also painful. I bled a few times and he was generally very rough, slapping my fingers down when I didn’t pose correctly. I’ll admit the nails look very nice but, for $50, they’re not what I wanted and the experience was *so* uncomfortable it wasn’t worth it.

Let me just say this place was amazing, I have been going to the same nail salon for years and a recent shut down i had to find a new one, so I hit up Google and checked out my nearest ones and read reviews. Came across this one and let me say it was worth it. They had great service got me in earlier then my appointment. Had a tons of colors and patterns to. Choose from. Money well spent.

I have to say out of all the years i have been getting my nails done this by far is the best place ever! They are so kind! Offer waters while you wait ! They actually take their time & care about how you want them done! Will never go anywhere else! No one can top this place! I guarantee you!!!!

I arrived as a walkin for pedicure. I waited 30 minutes which was okay. Girl rushed through my pedicure. It took her less than 15 minutes in all. Nail polish put in sloppy. I will not be back here. Everyone seemed to be in such a rush.

Over priced and website says something then wat the price

This seems like a good place. Clean, efficient, knowledgeable. Pricey. I have been here 4 times.This is the second time I have not liked the pink on the French nails. To fake looking. Follow up. Avoid this place. Had a two hour wait. Was told three times another few minutes. My time is money too.

First time at this salon and sadly the last. I got almond tips with the dip 4 days ago, one of the tips broke off and took some of my finger nail with it. Also some of my other tips are seperating after further investigation. I am going to have them removed at a different salon tomorrow to avoid further damage. I gave 3 stars because the staff were kind.

Noire is by far the nicest nail facility in our area! When you go to Noire you are treated like Royality, and like you are part of the family! They offer specialty pedicures with even hot stone massage included in your pedicure! For manicures they are able to do designs as well as classic manicures/full set/gel nails! Thank you Noire for always going above and beyond!

Don’t waste your time or money. First, I was there over an hour and a half. Wanted a gel manicure and to soak off my acrylic. Instead of soaking my nails off the entire way, he proceeds to take an unused acrylic and pry mine off to the point they almost bled. I told him that hurt and to please stop. He then asked if I wanted them cut down. I said no, just shape them up. He kept messing up so he had to file off more and more to the point they just look like little nubs. There was also nail polish all over the skin around my nails. I was then asked to pay for price. After insisting on talking to someone else, they gave me a whole $5 back. I won’t be back there.

I have so much good to say about this place. I went with my daughter and granddaughter. We did wait for about 30 minutes but we didnt have an appointment. It was worth the wait though. This salon is clean and nicely decorated, very calming. Steven was my technician and was the most polite person Ive ever had to do my nails. He was also not rough like a lot are. My nails are amazing and Ill definitely be going back. I highly recommend this salon.

The man giving me my pedicure hurried and didnt do the massage that my friend got. For $28 I dont feel that I got the same service that my friend got.

The last few times I have been in they have been horrible. Last time the nail tech made me bleed . I decided today 02/10 to give them another chance. My friend and I arrived at 10:15 am his pedicure was finished by 1045. I sat there until 1130 in an unbusy nail salon before someone came and started my pedicure. We left at 1230 assured that everything was good to go. I have had on sandles all day I get home at 3:00pm and cross my foot ontop of a blanket and my toes stick to it and rip the nail polish off. I am beyond mad and will NEVER go back to this establishment. Now I have to shell out more money to get it fixed before my nephews wedding. Totally unacceptable and I do NOT recommend this place at all

This was my first visit. I made an appointment ahead, got there on time and was taken right back. I was greeted ok and then the torture started. I politely sat there while I had a full set of nails applied. My finger was injured 2 separate times with bleeding from the file, the hand held drill was put under my nail causing another bleeding injury and also burned. On top of that I asked for a manicure and basically had my hand soaked for 30sec in some room temperature water, my cuticles were picked (even bleeding again) and that was it. No lotion, nothing. This is not what is described in what a manicure is on their website, but I sure paid fully for it. My nail looks so unprofessional. The acrylic is full of bubbles, my white gel nail polish tips are uneven and look horrible, even sharp after all the painful filing. I went to the front to pay and was charged way more than I typically pay but I understand business and will always pay for services rendered. I have had my nails done many times over the past 20yrs and this is one of the worst experiences. I will not be coming back and will not recommend your services.My fingers are still hurting from my appointment yesterday. I hope this informaton helps you to have a better monitoring of your staff. There should be some type of process in place when a customer bleeds from their mistake. This is unacceptable and will be going to my salon to get them redone when my finger wounds are healed.If you are professional enough to reach out, welcome to contact me. I will never return here!! I waited for an hour and a half for just a fill in, and when it was over i was charged $38 when online the price is $18. This is not the first time this place has over charged me but it will be the last. I have only been here twice, the first time i was getting a full set and they charged me $55, when the price was $28 online. Absolutely ridiculous.

My first visit to this salon and it definitely was a wonderful experience! Extremely friendly people! Immaculate and extremely organized salon from the pedicure spa tub to all of the sterilized tools.. Im a stickler for the cleanliness and I felt very secure. I went in after calling and they worked me in at 715 when salon closed at 8. They were busy! I had a mani pedi that was long overdue and my nail tech was amazing. She rushed nothing and stayed after hours to take care of me. Sarah paid close attention to detail and my hands and feet look and feel SO much better. She was so sweet and accommodating.Massage chair was soothing and relaxi, too! Didnt beat me up like others I have experienced.Oh, I will be back and if you need a nail salon...just go to Noire!And prices for manicure and pedicure were most reasonable! If you do have a few extra bucks...the upgrade I went with was worth every penny!!THANK YOU, Sarah, for my new feet and hands!!

Me and my daughter went to get nails done1st was told 30mins but it took an hr to get seated. 2nd was charged 10 extra for square nails for me and 10 extra for my daughter. 3rd they fell off within 3 days. Called and was told there is nothing they can do except do another full set but we would have to pay again. Very disappointed and mad.

Michelle was the best! Exceptional customer service! The mani and pedi exceeded my expectations. I work in healthcare and wash my hands hundreds of times a day and my nails looked like I had just had them done after 4 weeks except for the new growth. Michelle is my new “nail girl” for life!

I’ve gone to every nail salon in the bristol area and Noire is my my favorite by far! I was a walk in but I didn’t have to wait at all! I’m not sure of the name of the women who did my nails but they were both extremely nice and very gentle and caring! The prices were reasonable and when i asked for gems on my ring fingers she told me it would be an extra $7 and i really appreciated that because most nail salons i’ve been to wouldn’t really say how much a certain additive was and most nail salons even try to push you to get more done so it’s more expensive. The atmosphere was lovely as well. Everything was clean and organized. I am in love with my nails and there’s nothing that could have made the experience better! This is definitely my regular salon from now on and I recommend it to everyone!!!
