Charm is a one of a kind, honestly! I have been coming to her for my nails since she started at home almost 2 years ago! She can do any design with precision and makes sure her work is perfect no matter what! She is always willing to learn the newest designs and whats in style with nails! Always so polite and has a great personality. Wouldnt leave her for anyone else! Come see her!!!

I was definitely anxious for my first appointment with them, but Juliana is amazingly talented! She was very relatable, & kept me laughing my whole appointment. She absolutely slayed my acrylic set and i will definitely be a life long customer from here on out. The salon is absolutely beautiful, very clean & the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond for their clients. HIGHLY recommend 💗

I absolutely love Nails by Charm. She make me feel like family. When I make an appointment for a certain time, I am taken care of at that time. I arrive and leave on time. My nails last so long due to the fact that my nails are being done with no rush and done right. There are so many color options, stickers, gems, etc that is available. I never feel limited on what I want . If you haven’t gone, I suggest you go. You will not be disappointed!

Let me just say, I have been going to different nail salons a long time now in Bristol, Southington and Plainville. I never experienced a nail salon like this. Nails by Charm is the best place Ive ever had a pedicure spa. She took her time and still managed to get done. Juliana gave the best pedicure I have had litterly in my life. Cant wait to go back and get my nails done by Charmayne. I am so Happy I finally found a place that does professional quality and has friendly service.

They sanitize everything and have the cleanest salon ive been to. the quality of their work is outstanding and i have absolutely no complaints! If you want good quality, professionalism, and a great experience, definitely come here! i got a full set of acrylics with a black base and cheetah rainbow tips with gems and I couldnt be happier! I couldnt believe it when it hit a week since i had them done and all of the gems are still on! Really couldnt be happier!
