DO NOT by no means do not wash your clothes or dry your clothes here! Your stuff will come out smelling like Feces $200 worth of goose feather pillows and a Donna summer king quilt that cannot fit in a regular household wash machine and dryer are now ruined after I spent $30 washing and drying the household items and they cannot be salvaged! Mr. Ratliff is a disrespectful rude con artist and only gave me back five dollars After the 30 ask cents plus the expense of high-quality items I washed there

I chose to come to Wash-A-Teria. First, because I saw it had good reviews for cleanliness. Second, I heard good things about the facility from a friend of mine. Im so glad I came here! It is SO Clean! SO efficiently laid out, and SO easy to use! The attendant was so kind and helpful, and was actively cleaning the entire time I was there (roughly 3 hours but I had a LOT to wash, dry, and fold). There are plenty of places to sit, big TVs to watch, newspapers to read, free wifi, and vending machines for snacks and detergents! Convenient rolling carts and fold stations to boot. The whole place is well-lit, feels spacious, and has good security cameras👍this place is worth every quarter, but all washers and dryers do take cards which is great! My clothes and blankets are so fresh, clean, and using the industrial washers/dryers saved my back from a whole weekend of doing small loads. I guarantee this is where Ill come for my laundromat needs 😍

Its a very nice and clean place to go wash your clothes...I go when my place i.live at is not working......its not cheap to wash clothes.....but I had to go...

Not happy with my experience here. My first time using their facilities and I will not be back. They keep the bathrooms locked. In my opinion, if you despise the homeless to the extent that you cannot offer your paying customers the use of your facilities....why and how are they even open for business? Its a little absurd and customer service is lacking.

My vechile got a great shining and cleaning done to it. The service was also pretty good!

08/12/21 Detergent/fabric softener dispenser broken. Raised the prices again... Now they charge an extra 0.25¢ for hot water loads & another 0.25¢ for large loads. Theyre Way more expensive than others in area Almost double the price of Southside laundry mat near Haynesfield elementary school on Tennessee side.

Very clean nice equipment. Glad I have my own washer and dryer back home in Michigan. 10 bucks for a big washer and dryer. Not cheap

I havent found occasion to be at a laundromat for a long time but there I was, at the laundromat. This one is wy nicer than the ones I was in as a kid! Well lit, clean, and empty of patrons at my chosen hour to visit. A delightful experience considering it took crisis to get me there. Definitely would recommend.

All machines work perfect and are digital.Very organized Laundromat.Environment is very clean and well maintained.Parking seems to always be available and the parking lot is very clean.I spoke with the owner and the staff member on duty, they are very kind.Handicap accessible. Everything is one floor.They offer laundry drop off services and dry cleaning.This Laundromat is perfect and I will be back again.✌😎

Great place to wash your clothes. They are open 24 hours a day . If you choose to do your laundry at night or early am, make sure you use the facilities at home b4 u come, because the restrooms are closed at night for some reason .

Lost potential customer in future.... The employees and staff absolutely hate loiterers and I imagine homeless people. They will kick you out if you are coming there to warm up and possibly use wifi on a grounds of loitering even if its cold and wintery weather outside. Would imagine that they also dont care if its 90 degrees and will site Its my job. You should never become robotic in following rules and regulations and lose your sense of compassion to anyone and when someone is obviously loitering around you should ask them why and if they are having an issue you can try to help them with in some way instead of being a robo cop which is one thing that is wrong with our world and society at large because people are losing their humanity and becoming robots and robots are becoming more humanlike as time progresses and will probably be more altruistic in the end than what human beings are becoming.I also noticed that I was coming into the laundromat as I pass by it frequently and using the water fountain in the back occasionally and only stopping in for a few seconds to do that and now the water fountain has even been turned off which should be thought to be cruel and inhuman to deprive your customers of a water source as water is needed for survival. They have also closed their bathrooms at night siting it was due to vandalism but why would a vandal be more likely to vandalize something behind a closed door during the night any more than they are during the day? Its not like the employees have the time to check the bathroom every time someone goes in to use it to see if that person has vandalized it and if they have that much time on their hands I would imagine they are slacking at their jobs to begin with and are basically being paid minimum wage or more to sit around do nothing but get paid for it anyway which could lead to the place to become infested with lowlife employees to begin with.The bathroom issue is cruel and inhuman because customers of any store should be allowed free access to a bathroom.The washers and driers are not cheap and a can of soda is $1. Its an ok place but after today they lose a customer due to employee. I told him number 33 dryer wasnt working, didnt dry my clothes and he acted like I was trying to steal from him FYI was letting u know the machine wasnt working not that I wanted my money back! 52 minutes should have been enough to dry clothes dont ya think??? Oh and 3 min for a quarter is sad it should be a lease 5 minutes starts out at 8 min for $.50
