My 1st time at this establishment and I am beyond thrilled to have discovered it! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed! An attendant greeted me and explained the various sized machines (capacity and cost). They offer debit/credit card readers on all washers and dryers (in addition to accepting quarters) with a change machine on-site. It is small, yet impeccably clean and tidy.

Love this place! Its super clean and the washing machines are efficient, as in my clothes come out damp instead of super wet like most places. Great customer service and again emphasis on how clean it is!

I was going to liberty laundromat on State Street but I will never go there again because the machines always eat all of my money.. however PURITY is incredible theres always a staff member on-site who can help you if something goes wrong. The customer service is excellent and the machines work perfectly. My clothes always come out clean and dry

This laundromat is immaculate! I been to a few laundromat in the east bay and its the best one out there by far. The workers are pleasant and efficient doing there work. I can see they take pride in their work. The ower is super nice and hes a hands-on owner.

It’s a great local laundromat. The staff is friendly. They’re always on top of the cleanliness and the machines are always clean. The only downside is it’s a bit of a tight space when the place is packed. Take advantage of going there during it’s down time.

That woman who wrote that awful review is WRONG ! I have been coming for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and well kept. If you are that upset over a laundromat experience bring your business elsewhere. No one needs negativity.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had about non-clothes items I wanted to wash, and even offered to weigh everything to recommend the best sized washer for each job. The machines are all in great condition, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The only thing missing is a big comfy couch! Definitely worth the trip from Barrington, even though there is literally another laundromat behind my apartment.

Ive been to this laundry mat several times, and I think this is a great little place. The machines and bathroom are kept clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee and magazines also. The dryers dont take too long to dry my clothes, unlike most laundry mats that keep their dryers on the lowest heat. You can also leave your clothes to be cleaned for full-service. The prices are reasonable too.

The staff are friendly, curtious and helpful. The Laundromat is always clean the washers and dryers work well and depending on how large your loads of laundry are they have a verity of different size washers. For a small Laundromat it is great, I have been to another Laundromat in town the staff was very rude rushing us out complaining while we were there and the dryers didnt dry the clothes as well.

Ive happily gone here for years. After this morning I must sadly say I will never go back. I wish Scott well with his business. But I cannot in good consciousness spend another quarter there. There were 11 stopped dryers with no time on them. There were no empty dryers. I asked the attendant if she would empty one. 8 minutes later there is still 11 stopped dryers with clothes in them. I remove my two blankets from the dryers they were in, because I needed to dry my clothes. This chick has the nerve to confront me asking if the items I took out were mine. If she did her job, she wouldnt have had a reason to confront me. Sorry but I am not sorry that I refuse to put money in this womans pocket.I travel from another town to use this laundry. Theres another place closer but I prefer the professionalism and atmosphere at Purity. They have great machines which are well kept. Theres a Cumberland Farms in the same strip mall, if you want a drink or snack. In the same parking lot is a CVS. I absolutely feel comfortable leaving my clothes unattended here, while I make a quick trip to the pharmacy. Feel free to bring your laptop or tablet, they offer wifi. They also offer multiple charging ports to charge your phone (bring your own wire).

Stopped coming here. Really dislike the employees attitudes.
