I had three people standing right behind me breathing and showing me how to fold medical nightgowns I had a mask the three other people did not. . Pray to God nobody gets sick..she is not about keeping people safe in the nursing homes and hospitalsI.. shes about money and nothing else be careful.

Hello one of the laundry attendant is not following rules and regulations .By not wearing a Coronavirus mask and not wearing gloves for the laundry belonging to nursing homes.The snack machine items are out of date. Why is there way to much mildew in between the glass of the washing machines?

I have been going to do laundry here for a little over a year I love all the employees one morning girl I forgot her name she always helps me carry my baskets in I dont understand a comment I saw where a worker was rushing a customer out unless this person went to do laundry last minute before closing I will always go there to do my laundry

I was happy to find new ownership of this laundromat had taken place. Its a convenient location for me and I was even happier to find the new owner and staff to have a completely different customer service response. The place has been cleaned up with fresh paint and the owner told me she is purchasing all new chairs that will be comfortable for folks who stay to do the laundry. Definitely a family friendly environment. Happy to give East Bay 5 stars !

I started going there maybe 2 months now, I love it the machines are kept nice and clean the washers do an excellent job washing my laundry and my husbands work clothes and they have two different size dryers amazing !!!! And the employees thos girls work hardAnd they are so friendly and are always asking if I need help bringing my baskets back to the car

I started using this laundromat about 10 years back. Its changed owners over the years. It just keeps devolving. Its kind of dirty. The sitting area is a horrible place with used house hold items and clothing for sale hanging up. Vending machines dont work. More washing machines out of order than in order. If I didnt have to go here I wouldnt. They should close this place and remodel then re open and find a manager that can run a tight ship to keep this place up and running. Im sorry if this is harse but its my experience at the East Bay Laundromat

I needed to wash a dozen or so packing blankets. (too bulky for my home machine) I split them between the extra large capacity washer and it handled them perfectly. Since it was a comfortable /pleasant atmosphere I chose to stay and dry them too. Bonus - theres a Dunkin Donuts at the other end of the strip mall so I grabbed a coffee.

Have it a 4 only because I spent 5 dollars in the 2 big dryers and my guilt was quite wet still. The inside of the dryer was not hot.Tried the next size down dryer. It worked and was very hot. Not happy that I was not reimbursed for faulty dryer.

Picked up my clothes after wash/dry service to find my perfectly white shirt turned pink. I politely questioned the woman what could be done and she said Nothing it is not our responsibility. The way you bring it to us is how its returned. I told her I didnt own anything red (Nothing I brought in was colored, only black and white). She said I cant do anything about this and repeated the total to me. I am beyond through with customer service at this level. How do places like this stay in business?

Horrible. The first time we went in the employee on shift quickly began complaining and made comments the whole night; moreover, the clothes never got properly dry and she kept rushing us out. However, since its close we decided to give another chance. Clothes dont dry up, employee on shift rushes us out and have an attitude.
