Booked an appointment with them when they were having an outside jeweler come in, I made my appointment 4 weeks in advance. They called me a week before and asked me to reschedule because MY APPOINTMENT TIME WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!! More then happy to take my business to a more serious jeweler.
I needed my engagement ring repaired and needed to verify that the stone I brought in was the one that fell out and was the correct stone I found. The salesman took a lot of time with me to confirm the quality of the stone and as was so knowledgeable regarding the best way to repair it. Kays Jewelers is definitely a great store to shop at in my opinion.
So extremely happy with the quality of service and diamonds!
I took my husbands & my wedding rings in for a check, cleaning, buff, & Rhodium plating. They were very nice & patient. They took their time to understand what I wanted & fix my ins. paperwork & account details after the last store made a mess with it. The rings came back beautiful & look brand new. Ive taken them to another Kay Jeweler store prior to bringing them here and I had issues each time. Very professional & nice employees.
They went the extra mile to help me. I has been in several times, the knew who I was and recalled some special details. I was purchasing my future husband wedding band and they didnt pressure me to buy things I didnt want or need. While one person was assisting the other offered to clean my Neil Lane engagement ring, I had mentioned that it had recently been clean and she said thats okay well just just shine it up for the weekend. Thats the kind of service that makes you come back.
Had a great experience with this location. The staff is extremely friendly and down to earth; they helped me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I would recommend this Kay Jewlers location.
Bought an engagement ring and things didnt work out . They were amazing on getting me a full return on the ring they were great to deal with. Thanks Kays for making things better.
Friendly staff but I had a ring resized TWICE by them and it still doesn’t fit her properly. Now i feel as though the bands strength may be diminished. Not too happy about that considering it’s a very expensive engagement ring. Would not recommend this LOCATION, but I would recommend Kay jewelers in general.

Had an absolute great experience here! In fact my now wife, wouldn’t have the ring she dreamed of if it weren’t for the leaps and bounds the staff here went for us. My wife had her eye on an oval engagement ring with a low flush setting and we found at the time (June) the latest similar ring in the Neil Lane collection at the location in the west farms mall. I purchased it and proposed with the temp ring (as we had to wait for her actual size to come in). Long story short and a mixup I proposed on nye last year and got her right sized ring in March. When we went there to get it, we saw that Niel Lang had come out with another new oval ring with a lower halo setting. It was exactly what she had wanted and I knew the minute she saw it, that she loved hers but that one was what she dreamed of. I asked Sal if we could exchange and he shut down that and said unless we brought this one or another ring twice the price nothing could be done. Fast forward to November and finding our local Kay’s here in Bristol, we again saw the same lower setting ring and and chatted it up with two women who worked there, Lori and Katie. We told them the story and Lori and Katie went to work! They said they couldn’t believe that we didn’t even get offered our 30 date exchange period when we a) first purchased the ring and then again when we picked it up in March. Lori and Katie put in countless hours to make sure through proper exchange, Kay’s credit refund and etc that we in the end, did an even exchange, brought at a time of sale, and made sure we got the ring and band of my wife’s dreams! Above and beyond customer service and we’ll always go to this store from here on out!!!
My soon to be husband went into this Kays with his heart set on a cushion cut dimond engagement ring. The sales woman that worked with him did not pay any attention to anything that my fiance was asking for. My soon to be husband is not an expert in diamonds. She rushed him into something that was totally not what we had our hearts set on. I would think key word THINK if you didnt understand what he was asking for you should of being the sales woman ask for more information. My fiance unknowingly asked me to be his wife with a emarald cut now and forever ring that the sales woman from Bristol Kays picked out. We contacted Kays customer service numerous times and this is the end results my fiance would have to trade the mistake in which he has not finished paying for and purchase another ring double the price in order for us to have the ring that we had our hearts set on. My tears should be for our wedding day not from disappointment and unsatisfaction. As a bride Kays will be the last place I would recommend to anyone.
