Bought a tennis bracelet online and the clasp was too loose to fasten. I called Hardys and was told to come on in. Once I got there in two seconds my bracelet was fixed and they charged me nothing. I was impressed. The customer service was top notch.

Cannot repair watches not much of a watch repair shop!Cant replace glass,dials etc maybe if u need a new battery hes great but otherwise was very very disappointed with the service.
