The Manager at Zales her name is Jade. She’s the best. Jade has dealt with us since she was at the Fort Henry Mall, she’s the one to ask for. She very polite, knowledgeable. She has always gone above and beyond to satisfy us in our many purchases.Thank you Jade

In November of 2020, I purchased a 3-stone certified 1CTTW ring for my wife from the Zales Private Collection. Since then, we have had to return the ring for tightening of the center stone twice (2/27/21 & 6/3/21). While recently picking up the repaired ring we attempted to open a dialog about the quality of the setting. From our perspective, the setting prongs are inadequate for the stone. The Assistant Manager, Tina, began to quiz my wife on behaviors she may have wearing the ring as an attempt to deflect store responsibility. She questioned if my wife snags the ring on her clothes. We informed her she puts the ring on after getting dressed. Nor does she sleep in the ring. We perceived this as condescending even though Tina was polite in her delivery.The total purchase amount including diamond bonds and a matching pendant was $3,700.00 and my wife does not have enough confidence in the quality of the product to wear the ring on a day-to-day basis. If the Zales products are too fragile to be worn daily, I may need to look to other sources for our jewelry purchases.

Awesome jewelry consultants always super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I love the Disney collections at the store and they aways have patience with me allowing me to try out different ones! Thanks ladies for being so wonderful!

Went to Zales over the weekend to get my 6 months cleaning down on my ring. The lady took it from me and gave it back in a second. Didnt clean it didnt check my stones. Very upset about my visit this weekend I wont wont returning to this store.

If you step looking for jewelry go to Zales! I bought my wifes wedding set at a Zales in Texas and that staff really took good care of me. 1300 miles away. Zales in Bristol, did the same thing. Long story short April was able to make a potentially bad situation into a situation that guaranteed a customer for life. She was honest, caring and really took care of my wifes needs. Thank you Zales and especially April and Jade.. will see you again really soon I am sure!!!

Helpful staff and good selection!

The staff here was wonderful while I chose and purchased my wife’s engagement ring. Tiffany was very honest, kind and helpful. Teresa was super helpful with the resizing and was awesome about calling me and keeping me informed. We had it resized again afterwards and it was super quick. Warranty cleanings are always quick and easy. Couldn’t recommend this store or staff more.

Not the greatest customer service the second trip. I understand I wasnt spending a ton, but I would expect the same no matter what. That wasnt the case here. I felt rushed (I didnt not rush in making my decision on what to get) because the other couple in the store appeared to be spending way more than I was. She kept saying if you will let me finish with her Ill be glad to help and there was another employee in the store that was helping them. She was saying in a nice way I got this, you take care of your current customer. Not really the service that I expected and dont see me going back.

I dont remember the girls name at Zales but she had long blonde hair heavy set was either in a bad mood or she was aggravated that I was asking to see different pieces, but when I mentioned to her that some of the pieces were out of my price range she would glare at me and stare like I shouldnt be in that store. I have bought a lot of jewelry at Zales and even have a credit card through them. And I have never had a more rude person wait on me than this lady. I left the store and went to Kays and was treated wonderful. Even my 16 year old son got so mad at that lady that he whispered in my ear not to buy from her. He was extremely mad that his mom was treated and looked down at from her. Such a shame. When I pay my Zales card off I will no longer be a customer.

I made a online order to be sent to this location 11 days ago and within those days i tried to call but no one ever answers the phone so i went by two days in row to see if my order was there and it wasnt they kept telling me it will be here the next day and of course it wasnt there..I looked up the tracking number and it says it was sent there. I will never do business again with this Zales ever again or any other Zales even the customer service people were rude..
