Klaus designed an engagement ring for me and my now fiancee. I had a fantastic experience with him. On our initial meeting, we talked for almost an hour, he made a point of getting to know me and asked a lot of questions about my fiancee. I have admired Klaus Kutters work for a few years, primarily from the photographs that have been posted on A Jour Jewelrys facebook page. A couple of months ago, I had the misfortune of getting my hand caught in the sliding door of a minivan. My finger survived the accident, but sadly, my engagement ring was seriously damaged. After some reflection, I decided it was the perfect opportunity to have it made into an anniversary ring of sorts. Klaus worked with me and came up with a design that incorporated the diamond and original emeralds, and added a few more stones set into a contemporary white gold setting. He sent me computer renderings of the proposed ring and answered all my questions, all of which was very helpful. I am beyond pleased with the end result, the ring is lovely! Its also very sturdy and comfortable. The entire experience (run in with the minivan excluded) exceeded all of my expectations, and I highly recommend this jewelry store.

I had a custom piece made. An irish wedding band. I showed up to A Jour and showed Klause my drawings any gave him what details of what Id like, Klause was exited for me and said he was excited to begin working on my special piece.
