My personal stylist Nikki consistently strives in giving her clients her undivided attention by working with them ensuring that clients leave the salon loving their look while hair remains healthy. She is detailed oriented and will educate clients if she thinks the style and or chemicals they request is damaging to your hair... Nikki is a subject matter expert when it comes to coloring. I’m very disappointed. Not sure how you can tell someone you want to grow your hair out but they end up cutting your hair. This is the last time I’ll be in any beauty shop because they don’t listen to the client they do what they want to do. This is the second person that didn’t listen to my request. Then it wasn’t the girl fault that done it because the owner told her to. Never again
