Faster than I expected. Of course the job she did was alright. Ill return just not to the same nail stylist

Walked in was greeted and asked what service was needed and i informed them. Once i told them they told me they werent accepting walk ins right now. Mind you there isnt a sign no where saying this.

Got my nails done Wednesday, here they are 2 days later. I had come in for a mani with full set and a pedi. I was treating myself for my birthday. The pedi was short and while I am very ticklish on my feet, I used to get them all the time. This was absolutely not even worth the $25. Then I had to remind that I wanted a full set as well. I sat for my nails and was not asked how I wanted them, the antifungal was not used, and the nails are already lifting. No lotion, no care. I expressed my concern about the nails lifting and he made fun of my nail beds which made me uncomfortable because I am a nail bitter. I tried to explain that I used to get my nails done all the time, but a divorce with 2 special needs kids had stopped me for years. He didnt even bother to ask or really even talk to me. But they were sweet as pie to 2 elder women in there while I was there. I was sent to the same woman who did my feet to paint my nails. Neither wanted to listen to me about colors or length of the color on the tip or the decorating I wanted. So, Im left with this after a $90 bill including a $20 tip because I knew Id never be back. If anyone asks, I will absolutely deter them from visiting these stores. Absolutely horrible...

My first time being serviced at this location I do not recommend it. I was serviced several days ago, my toes and fingers sting really bad. My cuticles looked and felt worse than when I went in one of my fingers started to bleed and I didnt want to continue. All of my toes had dry blood in the corners and they are still stinging. Lady was very rough and was on her phone the entire time. My worst experience yet. I have never experienced this before. I am very upset i gave them my business. I am in pain.

They didn’t act like they wanted our business. First the man said they didn’t do pedicures on kids. Then he said it was going to be a long wait. So we went down the street a found a better more friendly nail salon that does pedicures on kids. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.

They got me right in.The facility was very clean and smelled good. I got a pedicure. She did so good that when she got done I couldnt move my feet lol. I will definitely be going back❤🙌🏾 Also the massage chair felt amazing.

I GOT THERE 15 BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO OPEN ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE AND THE HOURS ON THE DOOR SAID THE SAME SUNDAY HRS 11 AM IT SAID.TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE MADE THIS NAIL SALON APART IF OUR MOMMY AND DAUGHTER DATE TOGETHER 😔

I love Billy & Tina! Bill does an outstanding job on my fills and French nails. The place can get really busy, so I always make an appointment.There is another shop nearby named Pro Nails that Im not impressed with, but the one with Tina & Billy is awesome. Its the Pro Nails in the same parking lot as Panera Bread & Kohls.

I went here on a Sunday, I had never been before I needed somewhere to go because most places are closed. I had to wait a while because they were swamped it was the weekend of Thanksgiving. However, I had the best time waiting to get my nails done, they are hilarious and did a wonderful job. I will be going back this week to get my nails filled in and will go here from now on. My favorite place!

Walked in for a pedicure. I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The tech did a great job. I always feel a little weird about being a guy getting a pedi but they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Great price and service!

I went to pro nails, and this guy named Tyrone is the truth. He rubbed my feet so good during a pedicure that I almost fell aalasl. He took his time and didnt an amazing job. They also have reasonable prices. I am a lifetime customer..

Sorry to say but my cuticles looked (and felt ) worse than when I went in. Lady was really ruff and I believe it was because she would rather watch some soap opera on her phone than work. Wont be going here again and would not recommend

When I arrived I notified the staff that I wanted a full set and a pedicure. There was no wait and I was taken for a pedicure immediately. The po pedicure was mediocre at best and it was obvious they were rushing to get to the next. I was told to return to the front to wait for my nails to be done which I did and after 30 mins, it was finally my turn and they started letting other people go in front of me. They stated they were appointments. I have no problem with them honoring appointments, but I was not told there was going to be lengthy wait time. The lady was very rude and became loud, saying she had not had time to tell me there was a long wait. This was very unprofessional and I will never go here again.

I walked in for an appointment at 5:41. They told me they were closing. I was perplexed because the sign sainthey closed at 7. I inquired and they told me they were too busy to take me. There was only a two person wait. They were not very friendly or accommodating.
