I had a full set of Gel Nails put on. I though their prices were a bit high at 50.00 for medium length nails but she did a good job.

They are NOT professionalThe older lady rushed through her service and did not listen to me. She talked about me in Vietnamese to her coworkersWhen I complained to the manager he and her both laughed at me. I was livid when I left there. Don’t waste your time with them.

Absolutely loved them! They fixed it if I saw something off, no questions asked. Very professional, very talkative if you talk to them! Listen to what you want and make it happen. Great value too! Definitely going back!

They over charged me! A few months earlier I was happy with the price they priced it accordingly to there price board. Then today I got the lowest prize work on the board and they made up Xtra charges!!! They charged me for removing my gel polish on about 4 toes total!!! I was a regular customer tipped them good each time. But they still took advantage of me. Also insulted my intelligence. Clearly they didnt listen or acknowledge my request by doing what they wanted. So I had to just be happy with what they did because I didnt want conflict. Obviously Im going to their salon so I expect to spend money but to be played for a fool by them over charging me is totally out of line!!!! Moral to the story is if your not in there circle your treated terrible. Ive seen and heard it with my own ears and eyes on many occasions them disrespecting clients.

I went to a nail salon in Clayton that messed up my nails so bad. My nails were PAPER thin and breaking off way under the start of my nail. I came here to hopefully get acrylics on and make it look like I was normal. I was a walk in and they were amazing. I explained my situation and the most gentle care was taken since my nails were raw from the other salon! I felt so welcomed and my nails turned out so cute AND they saved the integrity of my nails as well! Cant thank them enough!

There were 7 of us and they got us all in for pedi/and or manis in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was pleased with what they got.

Got a pedicure without an appointment. Waited less than 10 minutes. The person was very nice and did a very good job on my neglected feet. Excellent value.

Oahn did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure! Was very sweet, caring, friendly, and QUICK! She got my daughter in and out in 30 minutes while waiting for our hair appointment next door. Very pleased. I later went back that evening to have her do a full set of lash extensions, and WOW I’m so very pleased that I did they look amazing and for a great price too. I will be coming back time and time again, thank you Oahn!

Hi this was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The workers were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I should have known it would be bad when I walked in and wasn’t greeted but I gave them a try and I regret that decision. I don’t usually do reviews but I will for them on all platforms to help others not feel unwanted.

They did a very good job I love my nails but their customer service and communication skills could use some improvement. The lady at the front was very rude and didn’t make me feel welcomed :( Also the young lady who did my nails didn’t speak to me at all she stayed on her phone the whole time. I know she’s not obligated to speak to me while doing my nails but it would’ve been nice .

This place is very disappointing I dont know why these groups of people disrespect us as customers when you using hard earn money not stimulus checks.I wanted regular polish they get upset with you when you object to gel polish WOW.... My next step is to do my own nails stop being lazy the covid 19 taught us a lot wake up my people.....

Walked in and no wait. They started the foot baths before I had polish picked out. Extremely friendly and great service. I have been here several times with my sister and we both love the pedicures and occasionally manicures. This time my boyfriend and I went and both of our feet are so smooth and spring ready. It’s going to become a regular date night for us.

I love it. Staff is nice and remembers you. I enjoy it there! Dont know why a couple people said they are rude. Always nice when I go there.

They are good, my nails are beautiful but not personable, I was not milky enough for them. In my opinion they cater to lighter people. Maybe someone else will be treated better.

This is my favorite spot! My sister goes to another shop and I tried there once but they had a 40 min wait. I said, Nope. Then headed to L G Nails. I was in and out in a timely manner. They are always staffed so people do not have to wait long. My favorite nail tech is the guy who sits at the #6 spot. I always forget to get a name. But if u stop in then you must request him! He helped pick a nail color and I got so many compliments. I faithfully come back.

Im NEVER going back to that place ever again because I had came in @ 6:35 then the lady gone say we closed when it clearly says they close at 7:30 like how do you not know what time your store closes.

I feel I had to comment on them they are very nice I had no appointment and I walked in at the end of the day and they still took me with in ten minutes. As for the bad reviews I feel like some people like to be negative and like to be hateful. I had a great experience and plain to go back and thank you for a great job.

I just went to this nail shop for a pedi and I was told to sign a waiver .. okay cool White woman come in right after me and get seated ! didn’t sign any waiver was told they was going to bring her one .... Such a homey place. The girls get you know you and what you like.They know how you prefer your nails every time you walk in. They see you and seat you right away! If you have a problem, let them know, and they will fix it.I used to go every week (or 2). They knew me well enough I didnt have to even pick out a color. They basically went off my vibe....I love that place!

This place is horrible! The price on their board says one price but they always charge more than what it says! The first time I went my nails didn’t look perfect but they weren’t horrible, however the gel polish that’s supposed to last started chipping off day two. I did give them one more chance and it was even worse the second time I went. The price was totally different forThe exact same service and my nails looked horrible this time around. Have been going there for over 3 years and no problem. And always went once a month. Until recently she (Kim) had a guy doing my nails and I wasn’t pleased. I let her know and she was rude. I definitely will not see returning or referring anyone else to them.

One of the younger girls are extremely rude! I came in to get my eyebrows done by the same person I always go to, and well come to find out she moved to Texas. So I ask for someone who is capable of keeping my brows thick and just simply clean them up. (Considering last time I went to a new lady there, she waxed my eyebrows off, like they were disgustingly thin.) So the young Americanized Vietnamese girl (second booth from the front desk.) says, VERY loud, in English, Everyone does eyebrows the same, so you can choose or dont get them done. Like excuse me? So I happily got up and went down the street to Pro Nails in Bridgeton, which offers way better customer service, better pricing, and stays open later. Also I was a very loyal customer, and often recommend my friends to check them out. But, I warn everyone to stay away from this place! And they have a very limited variety of gel nails. This place is pure trash.

If I could rate 0 I would. The prices change depending on how they feel. I went to get a wax that was $8, they charged me that the first time I went. I came back again AFTER she finished my wax, she stated $10, when I questioned her, she got an attitude and stated I could really have charged $12... then wth wouldn’t you notify someone of that? And to be rude about it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

I’ve been going here since they opened. I refuses to go anywhere else. I love love the people and atmosphere. Never had a bad experience and always leave with a smile. One time my nail broke on prom day the day after I had been in, the fixed it for free. The only place that gets my eyebrows right. I will never go anywhere else.

Wow!!! I’ve been getting gel nails for a long time and never had chipping and nail breakage until now...this last set was done quick and within 2 days I had 2 chipped and 2 broken nails. I went in to get them fixed and the sweet pretty owners daughter was not professional at all to me!!! Was pissed because she had to fixed them and tried blaming it on me!? Really? I was so amazed at how she handled this situation and I will never be back because of it....Very unprofessional!!!!

I WOULD NEVER go here again. staff is beyond rude. i walk in for a polish change and no one else was there waiting. 10mins later, 2 caucasian women walks in. i didnt even know the place did appointments. workers calls them over and starts one them. i reply, i was here b4 them. young skinny worker rudely states, they had an appointment. i said i didnt know yal did appts and u didnt have to say it so rude. then she reply, i dont think this is going to work out. so she refused to give me a polish change because she was rude.

I think the staff is sweet, I have never had bad service, and my nails look great. Last time I was there, the owner was in tears, because she had so many waiting customers, and was short staffed. It stressed her out!

All we were there for were 2 manicures. Made appointments and never fails terrible service. Our nails look like a toddler painted them.

I got a gel manicure on Tuesday. On Saturday 2 nails had fallen off. I went on Sunday to complain and get them fixed. They were closed. I left early Monday for vacation. While on vacation the remaining 8 fell off. I thought gel nails were supposed to be very hard to remove! And should last about 3wks. While at their salon, they had several small children running about. The youngest kept bothering the nail tech that was doing my pedicure. She messed up several times because of it. Very disappointed!!!

Been a customer here for a few years. As a matter of fact it was the first shop I ever went to. I have had good and bad experiences here. Lately it has gone down hill for me. Usually get gel french manicure and it lasts for 3 weeks but I noticed they changed brand of polish and since then polish barely lasts a week. When I asked about the brand change she lied right to my face and said it must have been something I did. Chemical exposure or too much house cleaning. Little did she know I had been bed ridden for a week. I notice that the younger girls that work there are friendly to their regular customers but dont have 2 words to say to me. I even had one of the ladies say I know you, you picky. Damn right when I pay 60+ dollars on a manI pedi I expect to like the way it looks and expect it to last more than 5 days!

Got a fill, which was $60 Im pretty sure they had me pay for a set, but was super pleased with the work when I left but its been about 3-4 days and already broke and chipped my nails. Never again.

Had an excellent experience. Will definately be going back on a regular basis

I got a nail change an the woman doing my nails was good but the receptionist was really rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked why they charged more for putting polla dots. I would have been fine if they told me there was an extra charge to begin with, but they didnt.

I got a fill in at this nail place on a layover. I believe it was the owner who did the work as it seems she was instructing the younger ladies while doing my nails. First of all.. my nails were already perfectly shaped prior to the fill. I told her I needed my nails to be coffin shaped. My nails ended up being all different shapes. And to top it off.. 4 nails broke the next day. Not 1.. 4 nails. The acrylic they use is either old.. or the lady needs to retire. She replaced a whole nail for me and that one broke as well. HOW? lol!! If you get your nails done here you may want to go to the other girls.

While I was getting my nails done, the guy had cut my fingers several times, burned my skin from the file, and made my fingernail bleed taking my previous nails off. It seemed like he was in a rush the whole time, kept paying attention to the clock more then my nails. All my nails were different shapes yet he charged me extra for the shape and to get my nails taken off. When I tried to talk to the lady about lowering my price because 70 dollars wasnt what my nails looked worth she got loud with me and was rude. So much for a good experience with my first time in St. Louis. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst staff and the most horrible business ever !!!! Lee Ann or Lou Ann the nail tech has the worst attitude i ever seen, and the owner just walks around husling people in the front door and being rude to the guest that is already there basically pushing the old guest out the door.. They had one good nail tech and his name was Sam, he left the company and wow, he did the right thing...This is the worst nail shop in STL !!!!!!
