I visited this salon for a full set gel manicure. I was lucky enough to have Hannah do my nails. They have never looked so great. She earned herself a loyal customer! She took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way.

Im visiting the area. I came here for a birthday party so I wanted to get my nails done. This is my first time at this shop. Im very pleased with my experience.

Cindy did a beautiful job on my nails and my daughters nails and feet as well. Not sure why so many negative reviews because they were great to us.The guy who did my feet was really good and gentle too.We will definitely be back!

I came here because it was open and just after 7pm. I waited 5 minutes and was seen by Kevin. I asked him his name and he didnt want to tell me and pointed to a kit with KEVIN printed on it.He was nice and attentive but did make several mistakes. Polish wasnt awesome. I had basic polish and it wasnt awesome. No designs. I thought that was weird.He spent 23secs on my right foot and 55 seconds on my left? That actually happened. I pretty much dog each foot equally. I asked for more time on each foot and he gave me 15secs and 17 secs. Ladies, unacceptable.Im giving 2stars for quick, fast service.

STAY AWAYYY!!! Worst experience of my life!!! . The boss cut me to wear my finger was gushing blood. Then made up a thousand and one excuses as to why it happened. I told her not to put glue over my cut and she did. My nails turned out horrible streaky and uneven. I told her I didnt like them and she started yelling! what you want me to Do!? She wouldnt stop talking and mocking me. I told her over and over I dont like it its ugly trying to be nice for her terrible job. To the point I finally said fine. Im not paying for this. The crazy lady then wanted to take off my nails! She went nuts and Im like your not touching me! She was screaming in her store. Finally i was like my friend are still getting their nails done so i told her ill let somebody else take it off. She wouldnt shut up! after i repeatedly asked them all to make her stop. So I said screw it and was walking out the door, she jumped in front of me and locked the door!!!! and said She was calling the cops!!!! Screaming in my face!! I was scared for my life!! and didnt know what She was going to do.. She was holding me hostage!! Finally I made it out the door.. this women has psychiatric problems and needs to be shut down. I feel like i was just tortured by this company. Everything was terrible shut this place down!!!

I REALLY LOVE IT HERE ! They FAST AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING NICE AND NEAT 🥰, I WILL BE MAKING THIS MY REGULAR NAIL SHOP FROM NOW ON

They are friendly and they get u in and out quick even when u are not ready to go yet

Very nice, shop an good service but they really should sanitized the seats an stations after each customer leaves.

I have been coming here for 2 years and have always had great customer service. When I started coming here my nails had fungus and would not grow. Cindy has bought them back to life where all I get is an acrylic over lay. Her husband works part time and does an awesome job as well. Her daughter does my pedicures and she takes her time and always ask if you are ok with the work. Her motto is customer is always right.

The people who work there were very attentive to my granddaughter and I. Well be back.

This was my first time there, but Im already impressed. I went in for a fill. All of the workers were friendly and conversational. They were sure to take plenty of time making sure I was happy with the work. All for a very good price as well. Ill definitely be going back.

I got my nails done on 6/10 by 6/13 I had a nail completely pop off the whole nail. I went back on 6/14 to get that nail fixed and an older lady there asked me who did my nails and I pointed to a young lady. Then she rushed to fix it & get me out the door. Later on that day I pressed on my nails and each and each one were lifting up. Here it is today 6/17 and my nails all popped off like butter.

My mom loves this place! She is 88. We hadnt been in a while and they remembered her. Asked her questions about things they jad talked about in the past and really made her feel special. Most places arent that way when she walks in. The daughter is EXCEPTIONAL! The husband is EXCELLENT! The mom is too busy trying to do too many things and is focused on speed and not the experience. The prices are reasonable. Great spa. We always return.

I went almost a week ago and got a full set and one of my nails already pop off and I am not very happy at all I will ever go back this place again

My nails where somewhat long. I told the man not to cut my nails low. He filed my nails low. Smh. He didnt clean it up that good. But the lady was nice

TERRIBLE SERVICE PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS. First time I came to this place the gentleman up front had to stop doing my nails because his son got arrested for gun and weed charges, so I had wait a whole HOUR for someone else to assist me. Then today 4/20 the lady banned me from the shop because one of her customers made a racist remark towards my child and I responded. Manager called me “ghetto” and threatened to call the police. After police arrived she messed up my full set leaving polish ALL OVER my fingers but still made me pay FULL PRICE! And on top of that REFUSED to do my pedicure. LADIES TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE THIS PLACE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Picture below is from the first pedicure I got here! Lady cut the bottom of my foot because she wanted to rush my service

I love going here. I only go to Kenny because he loves to talk and makes me feel welcomed.

Went and got my eyebrows wax, the lady who wax them cut me and didn’t tell me, instead she tried to put makeup on the cut . I called the next day and spoke with the manager and she go tell me come back and she will fix and do my eyebrows free the next time, I would not recommend this place to no one

I love this place. I cheated on them and found out the hard way my nails chipped like never before. My nail polish lasts for 3 weeks. NO CHIPS! Yes! Highly recommended! I do not know who the owner is. I have never had anyone say they were or act like that. I think some people are just weird and leave reviews that are not appropriate.

The folks here are friendly and engaging for customers. I get my nails done there every 3 weeks -- they are careful, very clean and will do my nails the way I like them to be done (no dremmel).The folks here remember me week to week, have shared their homemade Vietnamese foods with me, and carry on good conversation while getting my nails done.I enjoy my experience here and have never had a negative experience with these folks. Good people!

The owner can be a little bit more friendly she likes to brush you on to other people that works for her some are good and some are not so good

My friend Ratasha and I went here to get our nails done after work and had a great time while getting great service and great nails. Kenny that works there is so funny and fun to be around and he really takes his time to do your nails PERFECT!!! I will never go to another nail shop again, only this place. Please try this place out, Im sure you will love it too!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 5 years. Cindy does my nails and always does a great job. She always makes sure,Im completely satisfied. Love this place for my nails, pedicure and eyebrows.

My first & last time going into this place . 1) i called & they said it 23$ & up for gell full set. Which i knew had to be too good to be true but i went anyways. 2) i come in for full set & pedi & when i chose my color & sit in the chair . Another lady came & in & guess what i gets skipped. 3) the pedi wasnt even worth 23$. All he did was filled n cut & scrub my feet as to if he was washing my feet.& he was kinda of rough, i pulled my feet back 2 times, cus it hurted. Then lotioned my feet & painted my toes. In order to get the feet scrapped its more. I get that plus wax by my regular nail shop for 20$. Anyways i begin to get my full set & the man started my nails, he was kind of rough once again, & then i got switched over to another employee, he didnt even put the acrylic close enough to my cuticle so when i left it looked like i needed a full set. Oh yes its more! Literally 2 hours after i left my nail polish chips, soon my NAIL CHIPS! & i wasnt making a second trip to get the same service. & lastly not even a week later the actual nail chip. Not the acrylic but the nail that they glue on first is CHIPPED OFF! Idk how but dont even waste ya time ladies.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! The so-called owner and her husband are so rude and disrespectful and when you dont like they work that you are paying for they tell you you can go somewhere else one of the girls was was giving me a pedicure and she came right over and told her to go work on someone else while she finishes! So after seeing that she was so rude to her worker, I told her that I did not want her to do my feet and she said that I could go somewhere else. She then started roughing my feet up like she didnt care hurting my feet and I told her that she was being rough and she needs to be easy then she told me she was finished when I had just sat down 10 minutes ago. A day later I noticed that my feet was peeling real bad and I have rashes all over my feet I went to the doctor and was told that I had foot fungus so Im sure it was from them not cleaning their equipment because this has never happened to me!!

First time and last time at this nail salon. The man that did my nails was rude and very rough. My nails are very uneven and not shaped properly. He argued with the other employee there and ended up walking out of the salon. The other girl finished my nails but they were almost beyond repair. Please dont waste your time or money with this salon.

Do Not Patronize!! Very Rude and torturous! Older nail tech brutally ripped tips off of a minor/ teen when requested by parent to please soak for gentler method of removal in preparation for back to school sport activities. Did not even remove all of acrylic residue, just filed into nail bed underneath, how unsanitary and painful! Owners are known to carry loud and unruly conversations in the shop during client services and do not show gratitude ever. Do Not Patronize this disrespectful and unappreciative place!

I was impressed at first. Until the nail technician spoke to me. She was sharp and condescending. I asked her a question while she was doing my friends nails. After treating me like a child she continued to talk disrespectfully about me. With plenty of nail salons to choose from, I dont recommend this one.

I arrived at 11:24 which is 24 minutes after they opened. There were 3 techs busy with other customers, understandably. 1 tech eventually got up & came to the front where myself & 2 other customers were waiting & asked “who is next?”. She took the next customer & sat her at pedi chair & went back to her original client. Then a fourth waiting customer walked in. They never ACKNOWLEDGED any of us who were still waiting! They don’t even know the services we were waiting for. The fourth customer left about 5 minutes prior to me. I finally left at 12:21. Never being acknowledged. I usually go to my African American tech, aigee09 on instagram, I’ll stick with her!!However, I went down to pro nails, 12230 st Charles rock road & was immediately assisted. (2 minutes drive!) I’m getting my pedicure as I type!Nails & Spa, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY!

At first I liked this place. However, I went in Jan for mani/pedi/eyebrow and spent $75! Never spent this amount before & the paint chipped on my nails the very NEXT DAY! I gave them a break, but decided to give it another shot today. So I went this morning and the man working was smoking a cig out front. I only wanted my brows done, but he was the only one there. He did not wash his hands before we started (which still smelled of smoke) and he did a horrible job! My brows are not even and he took too much off the left one! The only way to fix is to cut the right one to match, or pencil the left one in! When I complained, he just said its ok, turned out the light, and walked away! The customer service just gets worse each time I go. This is terrible and I wont be returning.

The gentleman that took care of me was grumpy and rude. He had to redo my nails twice, and I was there for 2 1/2 hours. My toes were ruined by time I got home, and the gel he did peeled off in 2 days.

Called and they told me 10-15 minutes to get in. Been waiting 45 minutes and they took a lip wax customer ahead of us because that only takes 2 minutes. Not impressed and likely will not come back.

Horrible customer service! The boss rudeness sets the atmosphere for this place. Should be a relaxing experience but its nothing close. Wouldnt recommend this place for nothing but bad service & lousy work!

They had messed up on my nails and they fixed the polish. I got my nails done on a Sunday. On Monday look like I need a new fill in. Will not be back.
