Idk why I came back here after the last time my nails were misshapen and the “apprentice” acted like it was minor, but my graduation was the next day and I came back and boy do I regret it. TORTURE, is the only way I can explain it. I was bleeding so bad that specks of blood was in the polish so she (the short, round older lady with the ponytail) had to repaint it multiple times and kept adding the acetone to remove the polish on several of my fingers. So more pain on top of the abrasions of my cuticles. A week later, and my right thumb probably became infected because pus came out and now it is swollen and bruised. I’m good on this place. Never again, frl this time!!

Waited a hour and half, then asked for a cut down a fill in. The nail tech cut my nail with clippers down to my skin. Normally when you get your nails cut down, it’s with the drill so I already know she didn’t know what she was doing. Instead of the owner fixing my nails when finishing her client, she allowed someone else to go ahead of me. I left and will never come to this place again! From sitting so long, it looks like only the owner and her daughter may be able to do a descent job. Horrible service and terrible work!

Toni is amazing at nails and waxing! They while staff are very friendly and accommodating! I’ve had several friends in with me for pedicures and we have all have an awesome experience!! Love this place!

I came in with my mom who has been going here for a while and got an awesome ombré dip manicure. Tai is great and took his time to make sure the ombré looked just the way I was wanting it to being my first time getting ombré on my nails. Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality nails and great services.

I got my nails done yesterday 1/3/2021, today 1/4/2021 I took a shower looked at my nails and my polish was lifting up on my nails. & I got gel polish. Smfh. $40 on a full set. Then I told the lady who was doing my nails I wanted them not to long, not to short and she did them so short. Like I regret going there to get my nails done. I love my toes. Perfect. But that full set was not pretty at all. I’m really upset and not satisfied. 😒 I didn’t want to complain about how short they was, but I’m not happy with my nails. Oh and birthday is next Monday 1/11 🙄 now I gotta get my nails redone else where.

Ive came here the last 3 times to get my nails done with my daughter. They seem to deal with her well considering she dont sit still long but thru paint her nails well and she loves them

I’m a letter carrier so my feet are very important to me. I try to see Ms Tweetie as often as I can. She also does an amazing job with my eyebrows. The atmosphere is very pleasant as well. I love it

I love going here been going for years I personally ask for Mr. Tyrone or Ms. Tweety the environment is more so friendly rather than business feel which is a good thing. They make you feel welcomed and dont make you feel like a paycheck if that makes sense. Most of the time you get what you ask for.

Never again. Dont have people inexperienced working there. Toni was the only one that knew what she was doing but she was so busy. All my nails have different shapes to them and longer than what i asked for. Plus the acrylic is so lumpy!! For my first time there, my nails speaks volume.

Horrible experience! Made a 3:00 appointment. Talked to the girl on the phone and told her we would get there early as possible because they close at 4. Said that would be even better and will get you in when you get here.Got there 25 mins early. Walked in was told they couldnt get in until 3 now.After going back to wait in the car for 20 mins came back in and was told to go sit in the back chairs. Did so. Sat there for over 15 mins with no water running for our feet our nothing. Just sitting there in the chairs.After 20 mins of waiting we put our shoes back on to leave and then as were walking out they say we can get you in now. One person to do my daughters and I. Constantly complained my daughters nails were too tiny ( shes 5)Have been to other places that have no issues!Finally it got so late to closing time I told my daughter I would have to come back ( which I will definitely not) to get mine done. Finally got called over after someone hearing me saying that and did my nails. Then they kept messing them up. Came out nothing like they were supposed to.Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON IN MY LIFE!!! NEVER AGAIN! MY NAILS STARTED MESSING UP AS SOON AS I GOT HOME!

An overall great experience but on technicians filed my cuticle so long it started to bleed and then she continued to file it harder after it was brought to her attention. She was practically filing my finger with the electric file. Good quality nails and cleanliness. The staff is very nice professional.

Had powder dip. It started chipping off next day. Used nail file to shape nails and cut cuticles on two different fingers. Someone mentioned to my tech that she was getting a lot of powder dips. My tech said “Yes, unfortunately for me.” Place was dirty and messy. Tech did not wear a mask although customers were required to. Will not go back.

My 1st experience, no wait. I absolutely love my nails. The nail tech Tweety was awesome. The staff was diverse and you could tell they enjoy what they are doing. I will definitely come back. My only take a way is that I didnt tip her as much as she deserves. Blessings to you all.

I love Pro Nails! When I moved into the neighborhood it was the first place I tried and I had a great experience with Toni! She takes her time, always offers the newest seasonal colors and is very creative with her nail art to beautify your hands!I tried 5 other places nearby and the skill level just didn’t compare. Prepare to fight for an appt. with Toni because she is always booked so plan ahead. Crystal is also fantastic with nail art and Vee (Toni’s Daughter) gives THE best pedicures. Everybody else is fun, almost like a family and friends atmosphere.

My daughter and I have been going for over a year. We enjoy the staff and they always make sure we are happy before we walk out, even if that means extra filling, changing colors, reshaping. They are also very creative. :)

I think this is the best place for lashes in St. Louis. Toni takes care of her customers & she does a great job. She is helpful & cares about what the customer thinks. She genuinely asks about you & your well being. Authentically sincere.

Nails are good no lie but Christina cannot do eyebrows for nothing. She messed up my eyebrows, I mean they were horrible. I’m in utter shock they are so bad. Then had the nerve to argue with me about what I’m explaining. Not only was she not listening to what I was saying but she was in complete denial that she messed up saying it was my fault for asking for them to be thinner. Blaming a customer for a service YOU were providing is absolutely absurd. She will never receive another dime from me. I have never acted out of character like that in public in my life but her service was horrible and her attitude about her mistake was even worse

I went here for the first time today....this was a birthday present for me from my boys. i had a pedicure and a manicure...what a wonderful experience!! very attentive, personable and a happy place. i am definately coming back.

They literally werent paying attention as they were doing my sisters nails - talking instead of actually doing their job and ended up slicing part of her fingertip off. I wish I was kidding. Horrible place - theyre so cheap they made her pay still after literally injuring her. Honestly considering suing.

Went in to fix a broken nail and for a color change. The woman who did my nails did a good job, she matched the length and shape of the other nails well and cleaned the rest up too. Reasonable price but the rest of the experience was only okay. The station I was at was fairly clean but the rest of the unused stations were iffy. Multiple employees eating in the front which felt unsanitary. The woman who originally spoke with me didnt listen well and talked over me so it took a while to get what I wanted out. There where a few other customers who seemed like regulars and who were having a great time so maybe its just because Ive never been there before.

I really enjoy getting my nails done at this Salon. The staff is sweet and friendly and they dont make you feel like theyre talking about you and laughing at you behind your back. Any my nails always look fantastic!

We called them and they started going off on us for no reason then we went and the Polish was OK and they’re a little bit cheaper not too much cheap but they cannot do you design for nothing If you ever try to get a design their dont ever oh they said I do a design so good I want my two eyes

Not a good time. I took my step daughter and niece to get pampered. I left feeling very irritated by the owner/managers attitude as well as the rest of the staff. Very rude to the children, cut one of their fingers, and did not let me know that a child picked an expensive polish before applying the polish. Every place I have been to confirms what you are willing to pay for. I will not be back.

Id give 0 if I could. Two horrible experiences in a row. The latest being that it says they are open til 6 on Sundays online, drove almost 40 minutes to get there at 4:30, walk in to the store because its still unlocked, for them to tell us they were closed. And then to say people have told them that its wrong online before and theyve done nothing about it. This after coming here previously and having horrible comments made to me, I will no longer be taking my business to this nail salon.

Very horrible customer service is an understatement! I needed to get two nails fixed from a previous visit to that same nail shop two days prior and I explained that I only had so much time but that did not matter to the owner at all she then told her son to fix my two broken nails which he expressed he was in training and had never sculpted nails in addition to how scared he was in trying to do them. So him and his mom (the owner) argued back and forth in their language until I got upset and just said Can somebody experience help me so I can leave. After her son put on the two nails on, they looked a very horrible mess period!I expressed how upset I was and no one did anything but just look at me like I was saying nothing and ignored me. They are a horrible Asian ghetto mess! I am a very patient person so for them to have angered me to that degree says a lot . I will drive long distances for good customer service because you cannot find it much anywhere anymore and this place is no different, so do yourself a favor and just drive to the next nail shop on Saint Charles Rock Road. This people do not care about customer service and keeping business. The worst type of business out there.

I dont recommend this place. I got a full set French tip and am not pleased with them. You can see my real nails showing through underneath because they didnt cover them well, they are so thick and our cuticles were bleeding when we left because they werent careful with the drill.
