I enjoy coming to the salon since I was younger but they really fell off . They just reopen and I went to get my feet and nails done and spent $81 for something I could of did myself at home an the pedi and medi only last 1day my feet looked crazy 🤦🏽‍♀️and my nail broke off. So I went to ask them respectfully can I get a refund or a fix up on the mistake an still fail to resolve the problem and talk under there breath about but they didnt no I knew there language 😅until the last minute then got snappy with me in English say its not there problem..long story yea but please dont waste your hard earned money smh 😒🤧

Walked in and there were 2 girls lounging like they were home with laptops set up. They didnt greet me, instead they mumbled to each other until finally one got up like it was about time for her to get up. Proceed to pick out the colors and passed the nail stations that were dirty with nail Polish and nail/skin dust everywhere. Finally go to bring me back to a pedicure chair and opens the employee only door to speak to someone laying down in a bed on the floor. When we actually got to the pedicure chair I immediately noticed the filth of all the chairs. The other girl picked her lap top up and moved to another chair away from me. I swiped my finger across the foot stool of the chair and almost puked. I thought if the work stations were like this I can imagine what their tools look like.I took a picture then faked a phone call and left. I dont know how they can run a business like that. Where is the state? Can this be reported?

HORRIBLE customer service, the man doing my nails BARELY spoke English. On top of that the sides of my nails were left unpainted after I pointed out that they weren’t painted. They charge a fee of $3 for cards. I asked to have my nails cut a “tiny” bit and he butchered them! I won’t be returning any time soon, if ever. Their salon is too old fashion, as far as nail designs, shapes and colors go. They should up their craft.

I went in for a gel manicure. The gentleman didn’t do anything besides cut and buff my nails - didn’t soak fingertips, push my cuticles back, no cuticle oil, any of that... l could’ve just said polish change for all that. My manicure lasted all of 8 minutes. I felt like he was rushing to get back on his phone. Didn’t like the service at all. The workers don’t care about their appearance either. They were wearing pajamas and slippers, which is very unprofessional. I hope they improve.

I like this nail salon and I wish they would reopen

Ive been going here for years even moved away and still went back..but i must say this the service has gotten bad since mom N pop has left..the guy who did my nails had a horribe attitude like he was tired or aggravated..he left glue on my hands which would have stuck together i ask him politlely to get off and he barely filed them right N also butchered them when i ask for a cut down.i u derstand how rude some people may be but everyone is not like that N some nail techs there think that..im gave so many chances by returning back but its time to look for another nail shop..its just not like it use to be when mom n pop was there..

Absolutely horrible experience. When I was asked to pick my gel polish color, there were only two red shades, neither were a normal apple red.Three sloppily dressed young men sitting around the shop eating and watching loud cartoons with their bare feet propped up on the manicure tables. One did my pedi and didnt even clean under my toes. When they applied the gel polish to my nails, the polish was bad and wouldnt cover.The young men were rude and a door in the middle of the shop was open exposing someone sleeping in the room behind it. It was the worse shop Ive ever been in and Ive been getting manicures for over 20 years.The shop was filthy and they dont sterilize the tools. My experience was so bad that I stopped them in the middle of the work, paid them and walked out. I went to the shop next to ShopRite and they fixed my nails for a reduced fee.Dont go to Mei Holiday Nails, its not a nail salon. Im not sure what it is but its not a nail salon.

They are new owners and staff but they DONT know how to do nails at all. They guy who did mines messed my nails up. I went for a refill and they put the acrylic on top of the paint. Then he didnt clean up the shavings off of them he just polished over them. When I complained they charged me to fix the nails even though they messed them up. DONT GO THERE THEY CANT DO NAILS

Since I moved from Philly five years ago, this is the only nail shop in South Jersey I like! Believe me a tried all of them in Cumberland county.

Maybe reopening?

Great place, people and ambiance just a long wait.

Worst experience of my life. I went to this shop to get a fill in and eye brow wax. They have very few gel color selections and designs first off. The person that did my nails was very rude and was not zkilled at painting nails at all. There was a big bubble in my thumb nail, a smudge on my middle finger and a hair in the polish on my index finger. I asked her if she could please take it off and repaint these three fingers and she just ignored me. She kept adding polish and just kept having me dry over and over until she thought the bubnle in my thumb nail was masked enough. She was texting while i was drying and i kept having to let her know that she had to turn the dryer back on. When i came time to wax my eyebrows i feel as though she was trying to hurt me on pirpose because she was irritated. She put the hot wax on my eye lid several times and kept waxing my eye lid when i have no hair on my eye lid or near my eyelid . The fourth time she put the wax onto my eye lid she held it there so long i had to tell her to take off because it was burning me. When she finally took it off my eyelid she dropped a waxy stick into my hair and just pulled it out as if nothing happened. No apology nothing. After i left my eye was sore and sticky as ever. It took me two days to fully remove all the excess wax from my eyelid. I went to tuis salon to relax after a stressful day and came out feeling worse than. I wish it was possible to give them no stars and hope no ever visits their shop again.

Dont waste your time at this salon. Poor service... worst pedicure ever. Not clean. They even charge $2 to use a credit/debit card.

If I had the option to not give a 🌟 I wouldnt.Service is crappy. They are very ignorant. And the customers are even worse. Never again

I Don like it here got eye brows done and they hurt me with tweezing.

Filthy salon, the floors are always dirty.the cot you lay on to get lashes or eye brows done Is dirty.The workers are the laziest bunch I have ever seen in my life.

Me and my friend went there to get a full set and pedicures the guy didnt seem to happy to get up out of being lazy to help us and he was very rude we ended up just walking out if I could make this a half star or less I would.
