I bid an won a pair of Michael Kors sandals on 6/26/21 and paid for them on the first of July . I have yet to receive the sandels, today is 7/21/21 .I have already contacted the BBB.

I ordered a pair of shoes on line. The description of the item says slight imperfections. Holes in shoes are NOT slight imperfections. The photo posted on line does not show the damage. When I submitted the photo of the damaged shoes and asked for a refund (because the item was not as described) they told me it was not eligible for a refund. I will not shop here again.

You can’t talk to a live person if you have a problem with them. Piss poor customer service.

One of my favorite past times is visiting this store. They have awesome deals and the career center is an added bonus/feature.

Inseam prices for some item I dont know how they do to choose and mark prices but you cut do better going to you near store, you my find better prices on new item.

Same old teenie bopper muzak that caters to the wrong age demographics that frequent GW stores.Starting to really dislike going in the last few years hearing the same old songs.Im not the only one with this complaint.

Now that Goodwil has an online auction site, they just put out junk in their store. I stopped donating here
