The driver refused to take the furniture I was giving them off my porch. He said his back hurt and the stairs were slippery. They were not heavy and I had lifted them onto the porch by myself that morning. I do not recommend using this organization. Give your things to people who really need them and are appreciative.

I was told they no longer pick up donatable furniture...just smaller items and appliances. You have to deliver furniture yourself.
