I love laser away! The staff is extremely friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate. I recently had a scheduling conflict and the staff went out of their way to stay late and make sure I was able to be seen. I make all my appointments with Jenny and she’s awesome!

Literally use any other place. Theyre scammers. Bombarding with messages when selling the service but no response when having an issue. The sales lady offered me a super great deal for a tattoo removal procedure with anesthesia included, and I had to pay straight up (they dont finance). When I got to the clinic they informed me that they do not do anesthesia and that I was misled, and offered a refund which I am still waiting to receive. Nobody answers customer service. Their prices are insane. Cult vibes and marketing scam. There are 1000 better laser places.

I purchased 10 sessions for tattoo removal here. It’s a very small tattoo but between my 3rd session to my 8th I see no difference. I don’t know if it’s a scam or they’re using the lowest setting so that U have to purchase more removal but this is ridiculous. Everybody in the office is nice that’s why I’ve given 2 stars and not 0. However, something is not right. I’ve done a bunch of research and there’s definitely no reason 8 sessions later and my tiny tattoo looks the same.

I paid 8 sessions for my full arms, underarms, and lower legs PLUS a maintenance treatment for both full arms and underarms because my hair still continue to grow. They never call you for a follow up and if you miss an appointment, they don’t bother to call you to reschedule. I have not been back since April/May and I still believe I have 2 more sessions left but they claim I only have 1 session left. They only want to keep selling you their services and they will continue pushing for it no matter what. Jasmine at the front desk comes off very rude every time I’m on the phone with her. I had to cancel an appointment once due to my menstruation cycle and she claims that I was using a typical excuse all women use. Since then I have not felt comfortable going back. ALSO they will keep asking for a 5 star review and promise to remove some other areas of your hair if you do so.

I loved this place. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. I did 6 treatments of clear brilliant and also filler for my lips.The nurse that filled my lips was Leslie and she did a great job also she has done some of my clear brilliant treatments as well. My last treatment was done by Yeisy P she was also super friendly and she did as well an amazing job.Keep working like that girls I love the team work you are super knowledgeable and dedicated and I hope to see you soon as well in different treatments.

Jasmine gave me one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. Not pushy at all and gave me all the time I needed. She answered all of my questions happily and always follows up. My treatments so far have been a dream. All the nurses are kind and make you feel comfortable. If youre considering Laser Away, go for it!

This facility and the nurses have been the miracle Ive been seeking for so long. Ive gone to get laser hair removal at other facilities in the past but have not been very successful as most of the hair grows back so quickly. After visiting laser away, their expertise has lowered my body hair by so much! I wouldnt trust anyone else again except Kat and/or Yeisy.This facility takes COVID procedures very seriously and I feel safe/ comfortable every time I go. Not only have I done laser hair removal, but Ive also done a facial with both nurses, Kat and Yeisy and both were very effective. I would highly recommend!

I went to this place to get a full face laser hair removal. When I agreed to the treatment I was promised between 85 to 90 % less hair, the result was totally different. My hair now is thicker, darker and my family, friends and I are sure thay I have more hair than before. The most disappointing part was that I talked with the staff on several ocassions but the response was nothing, they blame the hormones or thyroid. Even having no symptoms I went to the dermatologist, pcp and gynecologist and I checked my testosterone levels and thyroid hormones and everything was perfect. The last answer I received for a nurse there regarding this issue was that maybe is my ethnicity or race because I am Hispanic. The reality is I payed for nothing laseraway was not able to provide what they promised and they didnt care to offer a solution or ethic response instead they preferred to justify with hormones or Ethnicity. I do not recommend this company at all. Dont let them to steal your money.I received a phone call from laseraway regarding the review I posted few hours ago. The staff representative began saying the same justification hormones or genetic, when I tried to give my point of view she stopped me and told me ( in a way I believe was a rude, )Im not done yet and continues talking. When I had my chance to talk and tell her that they sould stop saying hormones because before writing the review I went as I said to my pcp, my dermatologist and my gynecologist and checked my hormones  to avoid being unfair and also worried that may be I had a medical condition the GENETiCS popped up again. So the genetics continues being the problem, not an inefficiently treatment. The staff representative made clear that  GENETICS, every person respond different and you sign a consent that also says that you could end with hypertrachosis seems to be the response, that and 2 complementary session treatment.

Horrible, horrible customer service! They have an overly aggressive sales team that will bombard you with nonstop emails, texts and phone calls at all hours of the day in order to make a sale. However, once a sale has been made, they miraculously become unavailable no matter how many times you call. This company is first and foremost concerned about the bottom line dollar and NOT their customers. There are so many other cosmetic and laser offices in the area that truly know how to conduct customer service. I STRONGLY advise to steer away from this company. You WILL lose your $$$

Do not hesitate to contact them. They have given the best customer service .. everywhere from affordability to comfortability, just 10 out of 10 .. in all aspects.when it comes to treatment after my first session I saw a huge difference. The pain is like a 4 and trust me I am chicken when it comes to pain. And it so clean in there. You will not regret it !

First time ever actually going through with laser removal treatment and it’s most definitely worth it! The staff and specialists here are amazing and know EXACTLY what they’re doing. A good friend recommend LaserAway to me, so I decided to come because it was really closed to my house. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and in less than 1 minute I was invited to come in for my treatment. I was impressed first of all by the fact that I did not have to wait, time is off the essence for me and I really appreciate when there is no wait time. Jennifer was awesome to say the least. I have been doing fillers for over 4 years now and this is by far my best experience. She was so kind, professional and gentle, but what impressed me the most is that she did not try to oversell like most places do. She told me right off the bat what I really needed and then I realized I was the right place treated by the right person. I am extremely happy with the results and most important, no bruising at all. Id definitely recommend LaserAway not only for Laser but also for cosmetic procedures!!

This place is truly amazing, from the minute you walk in with the front desk ladies who have an immediate smile on their faces, to the cleanliness of the entire place. I went in for laser hair removal. I was not too familiar with the procedure so of course I had a ton of questions and didn’t really know what to expect. I was blessed to have such a humble and knowledgeable expert like Leyla. Trust me you need to do ALL your services with her she is just fantastic. Black girl problems. I arrived for my 9 am appointment obviously not looking the part so I was turned away.No one was at the reception desk so I knocked. A lady came to the front and told me that they were closed.I walked to my car, which obviously didnt match my work from home, tired mom look hence my need for an appointment. The same lady opened the door and asked me my name when I responded, she told me oh come on in, we open at 10, but I came early. Naturally, I told her that I would pass on the appointment and Im on the phone with corporate now.

Got a great deal here for tattoo removal and laser hair removal, currently on my 4 visit and I have had nothing but great experiences each time. All the ladies there are always a pleasure to deal with; Heidys at the front desk always takes care of me when I get there as well as helps me get a good deal on the packages, and Leyla the practitioner handles all my treatments. Leyla has always strived to make all my sessions as painless as possible, and always takes time to explain things. Truly good people and great service, I cant recommend them enough.

This clinic does not respect customers sell laser sessions that do not work promise they will compensate and do not make a fake lies steal you and then they are saving time until you get tired they do not go to this clinic they are dishonest . Laser fake they promise refund and don’t do it. Unbelievable

I paid full price for my whole face for my Thermage and when I arrived she told me she cannot do it on my eyes, I asked for the eyes refund and she played with words to Not give me my money back, I am still fighting for this issue, I am going to report it to #carecredit . I dont think is fair what they do.
