Walked in & waited maybe 10 minutes. The receptionist helped me pick out colors & was so nice. The man who did my nails was so pleasant & made sure it was exactly how I wanted them. Will definitely be going back!

Started going here a few months ago. Tweety is very sweet and does a great job with my nails. She listens and delivers what more can you ask for 😍. Peter also does a wonderful job(did my nails in this pic) . Overall the shop has great service and the staff is friendly. As long as I live in Brandon it’s my go to 👍🏾

Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the service. Mask were on and you are asked to wash your hands before leaving the waiting area no matter what you were getting done.

Just got pedicures today. Still taking walk-ins and despite being busy and missing two people for the day it was only a 30 minute wait. The staff was very nice and chatted jokingly while doing our nails. They asked us to wash our hands before signing in and sprayed down the pedicure chairs after each person finished so it was clean and I felt very comfortable being there. Will definitely go back the next time I need to get my nails done.

They are still doing walk ins. Took myself and my 6 yr old to get our nails done. Her just a paint. So nice and friendly. Extremely happy. We will be coming back next year when we come visit family.

Ive been going here for about a year and a half once a month for the dipping nails. I dont have a lot of time to go more often but in all that time, only 1 nail has ever broken which says a lot for the great quality and how well they hold up. Peter is great to work with and always has me in and out in about half an hour or less. I usually ask for him because hes quick and does great work. Ive also seen Annie once and she was also great. I like how accommodating they are to new and loyal customers. Its a half hour drive for me and definitely worth it. I will keep coming back.

I have been going to VIP nails since I moved to Brandon three years ago. Everyone there is super amazing, nice, friendly, talented and professional. Grade-A service! Annie, Peter, Devin, Queenie are all amazing (just to name a few, because I cant remember everyones names!!) Plus, Devin is a nail art wizard--this month he did a Halloween theme for me!! Nice people and their acrylic nails last. However, $50.00 for an acrylic FILL (not including a tip) is quite much. Will have to find another place.

I decided to try this salon out and I was extremely impressed! I was helped right when I walked in and had no wait. I got a gel manicure and it turned out way better than expected. Tweety was my nail tech and she took her time and was very thorough and asked me many times throughout if I liked my nails. I’ll definitely be back :)

I love this place! They always take you without an appointment and the girls are always incredibly sweet. Devin is super funny and very talented. My nails thank him! Kim made my friends nails look gorgeous! My daughter saw a girl I hadn’t seen before and I wish I had asked her name. She was so patient with her and made her feel like a princess. I love coming here. Everyone is friendly, it’s super clean, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve never been unhappy with my nails! Devin always recommends what’s best to keep them healthy since I stretch the time between when I get there. It can get busy so make sure to book an appointment!

I have been coming here religiously for gel manicures and pedicures for over a year and have never once been disappointed. Peter delivers the best service every time, and is so accommodating. It’s very apparent that he takes pride in his work. Plus, he introduced me to structure gel, which makes my gel manicures last at least three weeks. Highly recommend this salon!

Love this place! They focus on cleanliness and good customer service. I highly recommend Annie or Kim. Both have done an incredible job on my nails and they last three weeks or more (SNS). I love their attention to detail. They really make sure that everything is perfect before they let you walk out the door. Appointments are recommended for these two ladies since they are always booked.

I always get excellent service at VIP. The staff is great. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Most of all everything is always sanitary. Annie, the owner is always up on the newest techniques, styles and services to keep the customers happy. Ive been a customer since the salon opened.

I got my nails done (dip), pedicure, and manicure Friday in anticipation of my wedding the following Friday. The dip has already peeled at the tip. Its been less than 24 hours. Im leaving town in a few hours so I cant even go back to get it fixed. I spent over $120 for everything and am really dissapointed. Im going up to the mountains, so its not like I can just run to a local nail shop. I even said a few times I really needed this to last a week. Everyone there was nice though. Just upset at the quality. Also, the design was not done very clean.

Horrible experience a person by the name of Pete was extremely rude and after he try one nail and I politely told him that I did not like it, he gave me an ugly look, after trying the second nail I was like no thank you, needless to say I have even show him the picture of what I was looking for, then he walk away and said, you need to go somewhere we do not have what you need here. I was speechless and embarrassed, this has never happend in my life and this is why the 1 star but I honestly wish I could give a no star. Do not waste you time and money on this place.

Very poor customer service! My sister and I came here for polish change and pedicure. My sister simply only wanted a polish change. When she asked the technician if she applied two coats of polish, she rudely responded to my sister yes. My sister expressed her dissatisfaction with how her toes looked. The technician who was doing my pedicure decided to jump in. She was trying to be nice, but you could tell she was agitated. The technician didnt even come back & ask my sister if she liked her toes when she was done. The other technician had to put my sisters shoes on & asked if she wanted to sit under the dryer. I do not recommend this place. My first and last time coming!

Every time I go in it’s quick, reasonably priced, and my gel lasts FOREVER. I’m a waitress so I use my hands a ton so for me to say my nails last long is saying a lot. I’ve only ever gotten a chip in my gel nail polish once (in the 30+ times I’ve been though) and they took me in, immediately helped me, and I was out in under fifteen minutes. Super friendly staff who genuinely cares that you’re enjoying your experience and leaving happy!! I reccomend VIP to everyone and anyone who needs a little TLC on their nails.

Had an appointment at 2PM, got there at 1:50PM, they did not start on my toes until 2:40pm. The rocks burnt my legs with the pedicure, he kept stopping and getting up to get something or clean something or answer the phone or cash someone out. Terrible. I was going to get my nails done but since it took two hours for just my toes I decided not to, but he insisted I still get them done. So I wanted to be nice and patient. they looked great when he was done but now that they have grown out for about six days they already look pretty bad. My total came to over three hours for a pedicure and nails. Not to mention my grand total of $105, with a $10 tip (again trying to be nice) I looked at my freaking bank statement and they charged me $115.00 plus $10.00 which is $10 more than my receipt says. Its like the charged my tip twice. I didnt even bother calling since I dont even want to deal with them at this point. I will NEVER go back. I felt the need to share the experience after I seen my statement.

Do not waste your time here. They are so many other salons that arent as pricey and provide way better service! I come in for a pedicure, they sit me down, put my feet in water and I didnt get serviced for 20 MINUTES! The water was cold, my feet were pruney... what a mess. And dead skin remover is an add on? Really? My normal place includes it for $30!!! I paid $40 here and it wasnt the best I have had by far. My other place also offers water... its located in Tampa so I was looking for something more local to me but now I see how worth the drive Expressions Nail Salon in Tampa is!

Ive been before for pedicures, but havent been a regular as its a bit far from my home in Valrico. After many tries at places closer with no luck, I decided to try this place for a manicure. It didnt disappoint and I will make the time and drive a bit further to go again.

First time I went I got a great manicure from Jade. However, the second time I went I got a rush manicure from Michele. She left many imperfections in my nail paint and just rushed my entire manicure the entire time. I tip really well for great service and trust me she missed out on that with the way I was treated. I can definitely say that I will not be back and will find better service else where!

Ive gone there several times, its convenient and they do a good job, thats mostly why I go. More professional than a lot of other nail salons Ive visited.

I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for me and my boyfriend. The person that answered the phone was very nice and stated he would be more than happy to accommodate us both on New Years Eve day. We were really looking forward to trying the salon as we were new to the area. Unfortunately the pleasantries ended with the phone call. Upon arrival there was only an appointment for one person and when the poor receptionist went to a manager or owner (I have no idea who it was), she was yelled at right in front of us. At that point it was no longer an option as this was to be a relaxing afternoon for us and this was no where near the type of environment for relaxing with such hostility.

I have been going here since they opened over a year ago. I do recommend an appointment because they are usually pretty busy on the weekend but they do GREAT work and I often dont have to get another fill for 3-4 weeks. No lifting, no breaking, and the place is always super clean.

Terrible experience with gel manicure. Said he was going to “even out my nails” and cut them all down tomy fingers. Not even filed straight; my thumbnail is at an angle. Also, polish job looks sloppy. Charged $34!! Will not be returning to this salon.

Really great experience! I had tried a few other salons and they were horrible. This salon is clean, the techs are friendly and it is just a relaxing experience! I tried out SNS nails for the first time and LOVE them. Will definitely be going back and have recommended my colleagues to check them out as well!

I went in to get my nails donePeter who was doing my nails had a extremely rude tone in his behavior,he was very rude and disrespectful.After reading reviews of other customers, i feel he had the same behavior towards themHe is a POSTER CHILD OF A ROTTEN TECHNICIAN.The staff in general was unpleasant and unprofessional.Would never go again

I visited this nail salon on the 27th I went at around 6:30 for a pedicure they closed at 7 so by the time my services were done I paid and left I got a basic pedi and added get with my tip I paid 50$ once I was at my destination I realized the gel was very bubbly I woke up the next morning and the gel had completely came off I went the next day and had my toes re done free of charge it is now the 29 and the gel is lifting again I’m not from Tampa I stay two hours away I would really like my money back the people were nice and the place but something is obviously wrong with there products or something this has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE my gel normally last at least a month it hasn’t even been a week I’m very disappointed ‼️

Tianna is a great nail tech. She takes her time to make sure you are satisfied. She is talented with designs. Hand done, not stickers.

Clean and they do a good job, but charged $50 for fill with gel polish- which should cost $35 most. Brochure listed $16 for refill, $5 extra for gel polish, $3 for cut down doesnt equal 50 but whatever. Definitely over charge. Plus, they didnt have me wash hands after they applied acrylic. I asked to and she told me there was no reason to. I have never had a store tell me that. Either way, would not go again due to scam prices

The owner did great and she was sweet and professional and made it right. My first experience there with Peter was very bad. He was rude, opinionated, asking me you know how much this is going to cost you. He also told me his opinion of my nail designs I wanted and said you know we close at 7. I got there at 5:30 and waited 45 minutes. I didnt ask for your opinion and my finances are none of your concern. Peters attitude is what caused them not to get 5 stars.

Very inconsiderate from the staff...I went on my day off without an appointment, saw the place a little busy and I thought maybe it won’t be the regular 10-15 wait but decided to sign in, it was 12:54 pm. After maybe 10 minutes I was called to choose my color and I thought “wao that was quick!” but at this point I’m still thinking I won’t be called for maybe 10 more minutes and that’s fine, I can see how many people are working and how many customers they have. Well!!!!! At 1:28pm (34 minutes later) they say, mam the wait will be 45 more minutes, my response was: you could tell me that when I signed in. VERY DISSAPOINTED, we all have multiple things to do in a day off from work and when you choose to have a pedicure done and at the same time you are supporting local small business the less you expect is clear communication.

I started coming here bc of the great reviews. I even received a gift card, so here I come on a Sunday (before Christmas when everyone wants to get their nails done) and it was the ultimate EPIC fail. Do NOT go on a weekend without an appointment. After you have waited an hour THEN tell you they are “double booked” & try to get you to leave. The receptionist was very sweet but the owner...manager..whoever the heck he was was not hospitable at all. They need to alter their “walk-ins welcome” to refect weekdays only. Wont be back!

Went for a mani/pedi. It was very relaxing and I liked how it smelled so clean in the nail salon. Prices are reasonable. $34 for a mani/pedi. I was a walk- in and had no trouble getting in but this probably would vary depending on timing of appointments and other walk-ins.Update, My manicure lasted less than two days. Would still recommend for pedicure but that seems a ridiculously small time for the nail polish to last.

Did ok minus the 2 nails that look crooked.. and also dont think $60 is a fair price for pink and white nails. Honestly I feel like I was taken advantage of and the fact I couldnt even find the price chart anywhere was weird to me.. Dont think Ill be going back anytime soon nice ppl but a rip off for just nails.
