This was going to be my second visit that I really needed and i was unable to have it. My original appointment was at 3PM and they asked me to come in early at 1:30. I agreed to come in even though I had my daughter home sick and I had to drive from Tampa Palms. I made it to Brandon and unfortunately was over 10 minutes late so I was told I had to reschedule. So after inconveniencing me by changing the appointment time, I was gonna have to wait till Thursday. I wont be back. The search continues for a good therapist.UPDATE: The owner took time out to call me personally to resolve this issue which I totally like. She apologized for the inconvenience and was willing to see me herself, but since I did like the therapist I saw initially I agreed to see her again. Thats all I want as a consumer, is for the business to try its best and this one did and for that I am grateful.

There will never be enough words to describe how AMAZING Start Fresh Counseling is to my family. I spent many hours researching places to go and from the first initial phone call/customer service I knew they were a front runner. I also loved that they have a Christian foundation. My whole family has been in Counseling since October 2019 and it has been the best thing for all of us. Start Fresh goes the extra mile to make sure they provide the best care. They have become family to us.

Without the therapy I found here, I would be pretty lost with myself. Start Fresh has helped me do exactly that and more. I had a lot of unresolved problems and habits from undiagnosed anxiety and depression but am getting closer and closer to living with it everyday. Have never felt pushed to medicate or even be directed to other services, wouldnt trust anywhere else. Also felt very comfortable with my views and religion, extremely open and compassionate.
