Most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. Gave my husband the run around with his patient records after we signed a release form requesting them with a new Doctor. We sent do e seperate faxes with the release form requesting them and they never sent them. This causes my husbands treatment to be extremely delayed!!! The fax number was confirmes by their office staff multiple times and,yet they kept stating,they never received it even though we had confirmation success via the fax machine. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have a BS degree, served in the US Army for 6 years ( 2 in combat ) and retired from a law enforcement career after 32 years at the rank of Captain. I have supervised hundreds of people and encountered thousands more in probably every conceivable situation. I am qualified to assess this clinic. Without fail, every employee Ive encountered, including the doctor, have presented a warm, welcoming, kind, caring and professional demeanor. Doctor Trivedi listened to me, questioned me then provided a diagnosis and treatment plan. PA Danay Marante and Doctor Laura Franco, my therapist, clearly demonstrate that my health and best interest are paramount. I am fortunate to have found this clinic and recommend those needing these services consider this clinic.

I showed up for my confirmed appt early but the office was closed! The answering service was completely unhelpful. When I called the next morning to resolve, I was on hold for over 21 minutes before I hung up in frustration (no one answered the phone). Extremely unhappy with the office professionalism.

Most unprofessional office I have been to! They made me reschedule because I did not show up early enough, even though I was early. Then while I am filling out the paperwork the Dr. and her staff start ordering food and gossiping.... But, they said they did not have time to see me? I do not want to hear you gossiping when I am giving away sensitive information. I cancelling any future appointments and never setting foot here again!

Amazing healthcare but still working out kinks in the paperwortk and appointment scheduling. Otherwise they meet my needs and have helped me like no other place can.

No wonder the suicide rate is so high in this country! I called to make an appointment on 5/9/16 and they couldnt see me until September! Mental Health Care in this country is disgusting! This is the 3rd place I called today and no one is available to help. Unbelievable!
