I have been going to therapy every week since October to help me with my anxiety caused by work stressed. Caitlin Dixon, has helped me so much! She has been amazing and understands me. She has taught me how to cope. In only six months I have made great improvement thanks to her. Also need to point out that the entire staff has been amazing. They advocate for you with your doctors and insurance, Sherry wants the best for you and they do everything possible to get you where you need to be.I’m forever grateful for Caitlin and the entire New Life 360 staff

I have been an intern at New Life 360 for about a year and it has been a wonderful experience. Sherry has taught me so much more than any textbook ever could (although textbook learning is important too). Sherry is patient and kind. She takes the time to teach, instruct, and demonstrate. She is one of the best supervisors I have ever had, and she should teach a Master Class in supervising aspiring Social Workers! Thanks Sherry for your tutelage!

Throughout the years I’ve searched high and low trying to find a place where I can open up authentically and feel comfortable. I can truly say that this is what I have finally found with Sherry throughout my visits to New Life 360. Finding someone who actively listens and who offers feedback filled with love and never with sugar coating is rare and I’m grateful. I came to Sherry regarding a tragic loss that I didnt think I could ever recover from. I thought that I no longer wanted to move on with my life. Weekly meetings with Sherry helped me move through the grieving process. Although Im not completely healed yet, I have come a long way because of her. She has given me hope and provided me with very helpful coping strategies that I use almost daily. Sherry has also provided guidance to my two children from a parenting perspective. She is amazing! Im so thankful for her and her continued support with my grief!

Ive just started seeing Sherry in January 2021 for my mental health needs. Sherry and her staff are wonderfully kind, patient, accessible and caring. Ive been to therapy many times before in past years before but Sherry is one of the only therapists Ive seen who performs a detailed initial assessment. She has also offered to coordinate care with my other healthcare specialists...another rarity for me.I will say Im a bit fearful and uncomfortable because shes uncovering things that seem to be opposite of what Ive been diagnosed with for years and has encouraged me to seek medications other than what Ive been taking long-term. However....I am here to get better, and there is a reason for everything. If you are seeking help to stop bad patterns and truly change things around, please see Sherry at New Life 360. All the staff was very professional and super friendly. Everyone was also very kind. I would recommend New Life 360 to anyone looking for good people to talk to professionally.

What can I say? Sherry is outstanding! She listens, shes genuine, is caring, and can relate! I was very nervous about going to see a therapist, but this experience has given me ease. I was in denial that I needed help. Sherry gently addressed my issues and took the time needed to help me see reality. My confidence level is improving and Im seeing a better version of me each day. Im realizing that I come first! I cant wait to see what the future holds for me! I couldnt do it without her guidance! I leave her office learning something new and effective every time! After only a handful of sessions with Sherry, I feel that Ive made some great progress in how I deal with a variety of lifes situations, both past and present, while learning how to look at future opportunities with a perspective that sets me up for success. I believe mental and emotional health is just as important (if not more) as physical health, and this kind of expertise, empathy, and comfort that I find with Sherry is so valuable. She listens, she understands, and she helps me navigate through the mess of thoughts and emotions to get after the core of the issue. I am so very grateful that Ive found her.

Thank you so much to Sherry for helping my teenage daughter get a better handle on the mental health issues shes been dealing with. Its hard to find someone that your teen can trust - and we lucked out finding Sherry after a long search (and other counselors that didnt make the cut). Shes patient and kind and really spends time building trust and rapport. You never feel like shes watching the clock for your time to be up, shes really engaged in listening and helping! We just love Sherry!

Severely broke HIPAA violation and refused to take responsibility for it. She was reported to the DOH.UPDATE: After DOH counseled her on what she did and threatened to take her lisence 2 months after I stopped seeing her, she called me to chew me out for reporting her and risking her lisence. Still not seeing that she did anything wrong. She gave me detailed suicide history of another patient i know and told her right then it was inappropriate and she said no, that it was fine!Steer Clear!!

Sherry is great! She has been counseling me for well over a year and I couldn’t be more pleased.
