I like them. I just wish they had programs like DBT.

They will not let you speak to/ be connected to the people who are teaching my children. I will not tolerate this. I will be able to contact my sons whenever I want they are 3 & 6. There should NEVER be an excuse! Do not trust them.

I had to go here for a drug and alcohol screening. I had no clue what that meant and was quite nervous. When I arrived Andrea greeted me, made me feel very comfortable and explained what I could expect.While I was actually going through the screening with Jeffery I could not believe how quickly my nerves vanished. His demeanor makes you feel as though you are catching up with an old friend. And no matter what was said, there was never a feeling of judgement.I hope to never be in that circumstance again but if I must I hope I am able to deal with the same people. They are absolutely wonderful.

I have worked here going on two years. I would advise any social workers or student social work interns to come here and work. The agency will well prepare you for your licensure examination on the clinical assessment part. My experience working for the agency has been a blessing. A warm family atmosphere and the company cares about the needs of its consumers and staff.

My daughters counselor and case manager left and we were not contacted and I called to find out why she is not receiving help and I was told after five months they do not have another counselor yet and they are working on it. They will not give me a time when my child will be able to receive help.

The people are nice and actually will help you find out what works for you. The only downside is like all medical appointments, they can make you wait.

In retaliation....Made my childs symptoms of separation anxiety WORSE by calling CPS and telling lies about me, whenever I began to end my daughters treatment. Dont trust Shelby Walker!4.) The Regional Director was prompt in returning calls but the Clinical Director....must not care what type of employees that she has.I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

They charged my boyfriend $2100 for a drug test.

I tried calling them FOR AN HOUR to get my appointment time. Go up there and what do I see?! They are all just sitting there IGNORING THE PHONES!!!! They then proceeded to get an attitude with me for not knowing my appointment time and told me to leave until that time!!!! Im SEVERELY upset.
