I was torn about this rating. On the one hand, I wanted to give them 5 Stars. On the other, I recognize 5 stars simply isnt enough. This was my 2nd time visiting this Tire Kingdom. I had two new tires installed a few months ago, and the service was stellar. When I arrived this morning, Ryan remembered me, my car, and my last visit. I needed a tire repaired today, and the team was more than ready to help me. Ryan was attentive and courteous as if I was the only client. Its good to feel like the team cares about more than the money. Thank you for your time.

I had just came from The worst experience at Firestone where Firestone said they could not patch my tire..... And I found Tire Kingdom 2 mins down the road! Shelby had the Tech Louis bring my vehicle in within 3 minutes had my tire patched up and Ready to Roll Out within 17 minutes! 🤯😃 I honestly cant remember ever when I have received any service that professional and quick! We always have great service at Tire Kingdom. They have worked on our 2 cars for everything from tires, batteries, oil changes, air conditioning issues and general maintenance issues. Shelby, Ryan and all their team are always very friendly and accommodating to your needs and the shop is very clean if you need to wait. We highly recommend this shop.

Took my truck to get a patch because there was a large screw stuck in my tire. Next day driving I4 noticed my truck had major vibration from that side. Called to ask if they usually rebalance the tire after doing a patch or if they did at all. The woman that answered the phone said rudely they do. I asked just to verify if they maybe didnt by chance because it definitely doesnt feel balanced. She snapped they always balance them. As I started to ask if could drop by to have it checked on she hung up on me. Took it to The Real Wheels right off I4 near where I was and they put it on their balance machine and it was way off! So either Tire Kingdom either doesnt know what they are doing or just didnt do it at all! I wouldnt be so annoyed if it was a mistake and they offered to make it right but to be rude and then hang up on me after I paid you to do a job and you didnt... Ill never spend another dime there.

Went to leave my house and noticed my tire was flat. Once I got the tire filled up enough to drive it, (an hour later), I was now limited locations to go due to the time. I tried one tire shop and explained the situation and he said I can make you an appointment on Tuesday. Uh, hello I wont make it till Tuesday and I walked out. So I then called Tire Kingdom and spoke with Ryan (service manager) and he did not hesitate and told me to bring up my truck. As soon as I got there they took my truck right in and wasted no time patching my tire. Keep in mind they were closing in 30 minutes. The best part of my day is when they were done Ryan simply said have a nice weekend and did not charge me for the service. The guys worked hard all day on car after car and they did not have to do this for me. If you guys need any kind of tire service I highly, highly recommend to go see Ryan and his team at 1527 E Brandon Blvd.

I want to thank all of the Tire Kingdom staff for a great customer service. Our experience at Tire Kingdom was above and beyond. It was our first time there and I would highly recommended. The manager took care of us in a timely manner and very professionally. We spoke and told him we live in Lakeland but I worked in Brandon and got a flat tired. Very happy with the service. First went to Mazda showroom to have fix on one of the tire, Mazda service center told me that I need to replace with a new tire. I came out and went to Tire Kingdom which is near to my home on Brandon Blvd. They fixed it for free of charge and that to very quickly. Thank you Jakob.

Excellent Customer Service came in 1 hour before close with a nail in my tire and without any hesitation they helped me out and fixed it.

I call with only an hour left in the day. Needed a tire repair from a nail. Thus was my 16 year Olds car and I wasnt going to have here drive around with a donut tire on in this Flordia traffic. I got the tire to the ship they fixed it even though they where busy. Got it all done in under 30 minutes.

So thankful for Jakob Demorest and his crew at Tire Kingdom this evening, right before quitting time, who took the time to help me with removing a screw from my tire so I wouldn’t be left with a flat come morning time! Much appreciated guys!! Thank you so much and Merry Christmas to each of you!

Shelby Bolden, store manager, took care of me and realized that I was at a 10 in anger and very upset because the tires that was put onto my wifes car last year at the dealership were worn/cracking, and my now 18 year old son and wife, has been driving this car unsafely since then! Both Shelby and employee Jacob were so amazing in their explanation and comfort to the point that I actually bought the car back the next day and had 3 more new tires put onto my wifes car!!! Although I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran on a fixed income, I still couldnt see myself risking their lives, or anybody elses for that matter, to save a few bucks! Shelby held my hand through this entire situation and made it easier for me to accept the pricing of the replacement tires. Shelby gave me as much of a discount that she could in order to cushion the financial blow and makes me feel more confident about Tire Kingdom and the awesome assets in Shelby and Jacob for their company!! I am now trying to save up some money to replace 2 of my tires at the same Tire Kingdom location cause I now know that they care more about their customers than profit! I humbly thank you Shelby and the entire crew at the Tire Kingdom location in Brandon Florida for an awesome and positive experience when my family and I needed it most! I have brought my car for tire rotation and alignment and Ive liked the service. I did go on Sunday which was convenient for me and the waiting time until the job got done was between 45 to 60 minutes.

My wife’s cousin was visiting us from another state. Her vehicle needed an oil change before returning to her home state. We went on-line and got an appointment here very easily. When my wife’s cousin went here for her oil change, she stated the staff was very friendly and ready to get to work on her vehicle. A great experience for all of us!

A wonderful wonderful place to get work done on your car.Let me explain the energy and frequency that led me to Tire Kingdom. I knew I needed new tires on my car. I was only going to drive around and do some price checking. However, I was driving on State Road 60 and saw the Tire Kingdom sign. I did a u-turn and as I was driving east to get to Tire Kingdom, the band (Journey) was on the radio playing that song Anyway you want it thats the way you need it Anyway You Want It.It was repeating those lyrics over and over again when I pulled into the parking spot that was located directly in front of the office. As I look up there was a sign directly in front of me on their window that said The Way You Want It.So that to me was a sign that I was in the right place. As I entered I talked to a guy I forget his name, but he is a physical therapist thats all I know for now. They didnt have the tires I wanted (White Raised Letters) so he took time and looked through the catalog and found the ones I wanted. Gave me a great deal on a set of 4 tires. Ordered them had them ready the next morning and took less than an hour to complete the job. Super super friendly staff and they all work their asses off. So if youre looking for a quick no hassle place to get tires or anything else needed, give Tire Kingdom a shot.Best, Derek Huneke

I needed a tire patch today.This place was super busy, but these guys took care and of me and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great location and customer service!

A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with one of my tires and I needed to get it fixed ASAP since I use my car to go work. I called about 7 stores and everybody was booked or rude on the phone. I called this location even though was a bit far from my house but from the moment they picked up the phone my whole experience turned around for the best. They saw me right away and every single employee was friendly and professional! I will only go to this location and recommend my friends and family to go here.

2018 this place change my dads tire 2.5 hours later the repair was fix they put his truck on the side east of the building as he got home found an engine light on he ran a scan check found his ecu computer was removed and in stall with other and along with radiator never again no trust in this place good luck with your auto.

Do not go here they will tell you they cannot fix your tire and try to sell you a new one no matter what’s wrong with it they try it with everybody I was there and saw five people have to buy new tires because they said they could not fix them bunch of scam artists call district manager he didn’t care either he’s just like them terrible Shop do not go terrible beware rip off artist

I bought a battery at this location and within an hour i was back with the replaced battery core. I had to make like 4 trips to my car, first to get the mask, second to get the receipt (even though I had been there just an hour ago), then to get my Drivers license and lastly to get my debit card to get credit back because they couldnt give me cash even though debit is considered same as cash.I got upset due to the constant trips I had to make to my car and complained about the lack of customer service. However, Nick kept his composure and I realized it wasnt his fault but Tire Kingdoms draconian policies and ancient computer systems. I apologize to him realizing it wasnt his fault that Tire Kingdom systems are outdated. Maybe and I say maybe they read this review and decide to to something about it.

Excellent service, called about a certain tire on their web site, and by golly, they have 4 tires the exact ones I need/want, I was asked, what time would be good for you. I asked if 11:30 am was available, she said, well see you then. Took an hour to put them on, then we were on our way. Truck runs so smoothly now. TIRE KINGDOM FOREVER!!!

I retract my last statement and I changed my five-star to a two-star review now. I ended up fixing my cars issue by myself after paying $390 to tire kingdom to fix, it only to get the car back and within a week still having the same issue but worse. But like I said I ended up fixing the issue, the very issue that I pointed out was wrong with the vehicle in the first place, the very issue that I wanted to get fixed. I am not happy with my choice of coming to Tire Kingdom.

Excellent experience today with Tire Kingdom. Was in and out in about 2 hours for all new tires, alignment and oil change. Price was very very fair. Chairs were comfortable as I waited. Staff was very friendly. First time being there and wont be the last.

Great Service. I have had to go to this Tire Kingdom twice now to get help with my tires and both times were good experiences. This last time I went in thinking I needed a new tire because I had a slow leak and turns out all I needed was a patch up. They patched it up for me and had me out in under an hour all for free. I do most of my own vehicle maintenance, but anything I dont have the equipment for I bring to this shop. The staff is helpful and professional, tire kingdom is the only chain with fair prices, and best of all these guys are honest. I send anyone I know to this particular location.

I went in to the East Brandon location to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. I was expecting bad news, but Brian Lidey immediately eased my concerns and assured me theyd be thorough. The location was very clean and all customers and staff wore masks, which was a great relief. After only 15 minutes Brian had ny problem fixed and sent me on my way. Should I need maintenance on my tires or new tires, I will definitely be back to see Brian. The customer service was excellent. Thank you Brian, your help yesterday is greatly appreciated. 👍🏽

Review of this specific location only. Ryan R. went above and beyond to earn my repeat business recently. I called ahead, and they repaired a flat, same day, within the hour. Ive stopped by before for help with a tire issue, and they kindly reminded me to keep an eye on a couple items that were coming due for regular maintenance (nothing was critical yet, just wearing close to needing attention) but with no sales pressure to fix it prematurely, and easy-going, friendly and fast service. Based on my experiences here, I would recommend them as a dependable, consistent and honest car repair shop.

Great service! We used to go to a different shop that was closer to us, but one of the workers attitude drove us away from that store. This is how we ended up here. This is our second time visiting, and both times we got excellent, and fast service. This time Ryan R. helped us and we cannot be any happier with the service we have received. Thank you so much!

Today I went into Tire Kingdom today with a tire that needed to be repaired. Brian helped me and Jeff repaired the tire and put my tire back onto my vehicle. Pep Boys told me the tire had to be replaced and it couldnt be repaired. Tire kingdom saved me some money for some additional Christmas shopping. I will definitely return for all of my tire needs. I wish I can give zero rating. I am a hard working mom who rely on her car for work. I drive Honda Pilot and notice VSA triangle light next to engine light come on in my car 3 weeks ago. I stop by that place and they reassure me it could be a sensor issue and it would get fixed: I first dealt with Bryan who quoted me a price close to 1500 to fix the car. I thought it was expensive and agree to fix it since I was getting paid on Friday and needed my car.He kept the car for 2’days and I went to get it Saturday weekend of Father’s Day. As soon as I drive the car, within 3 minutes, the same issue and the VSA light come on with the same car issue. I called him right away and he told me I could come back to drop off the car.I drop off the car the following Monday and they swear that when they drive it,‘they do not notice any issue.I am not crazy to make this up and who wants to run to car shop every time. My son always with me both time and he says mommy the car is making the same issue. I though you said it was fixed. I drop the car again Wednesday of last week since the manager told me she would look at it. They called me Friday to pick it up because the mechanic drives it and see nothing wrong with it:To date, my car is not fixed. Imagine paying 1500.00 to aMechanic and your car is not fixed: They could offer to give me half of what I pay them since the car is not fixed. They give me different excuses that it could be due to timing belt need to be change or each time is could be due to something else. I feel like they just parked the car in their lot both time I bring it back and nothing more was done to itI do not encourage anyone to invest big money in that place other than getting an oil change.I wish they were honest upfront letting me know that they are unable to fix this issue.I was advised to contact owner regarding this issue.Someone made attempt to reach me once and I try to call back multiple time yesterday and the calls went to voicemail. I Knew that I would not get any resolution regarding my issue. It’s just sort of dishonest specially when I paid that amount of money to you guys. Great tires and service at a great price. Before purchasing, I did my research and the prices at TK could not be beat. I just left there, after walking in for a 6-month rotation, balance, and alignment. The manager Ryan Tonne was able to get me right in and out the door in less than an hour. This type of care and service is exactly what earns long-term business. I wont shop anywhere else.

Our minivan experienced a flat tire Saturday late afternoon and I had to take an unplanned trip to get the tire patched. Because of our positive experience from receiving good advice and decent service, I decided to return. By the time I arrived at this location it was already late in the day and they were booked. But out of what seemed like pure compassion for my situation, one of the service managers (Ryan Ronne) hooked me up by squeezing me in their busy schedule in order to fix a pretty simple repair. Fortunately, I was in and out in about twenty minutes and got my tired patched up. It was more than you would expect from any mechanic / auto shop to an otherwise unfortunate situation. Without this repair my I would have had to keep driving around on a flat tire until I found a place that was currently available. Thanks guys, especially you Mr. Ronne!

I called and they were able to get me in the same day, they had all 4 tires in stock. I needed a tire pressure censor as well and I dealt with Raphael and he didnt have it in stock, but he was able to get it from another store. He was very polite and I will definitely go back again.

Can’t say enough good things about the service. I found a slow leak in my tire caused by a nail picked up at a construction site on a Sunday afternoon. Although I had never been to this tire center, I called Tire Kingdom and Ryan said the schedule was full until close but if we wanted to run by he would have someone take a look at it. We arrived a little after 4PM (they close at 5PM on Sunday) and they took us right in. Everyone was really nice and professional - and the repair was done within a few minutes. When we checked out, there was no charge. I will definitely be back at this establishment when I need service or tires.

I got confused on type of oil change. I put in full synthetic and I actually wanted synthetic blend. They work with me on the pricing and got it where I could afford it. They were very professional and understanding to my needs. Highly recommend them. Fast and friendly. Great job, thanks

Took our 16 Impala in last Saturday to have new wheels put on and they were very fast and friendly. Once done we noticed a small vibration in the front end after install. They didnt even hesitate to take the care right back in to fix the issue. She rides and looks amazing now and we are very pleased with our service. Highly recommend!

Just moved to Tampa and had a nail in my tire. The service manager Ryan took care of my needs and had me back on the road quickly.

I went in to get my tire looked at because it was so low and my alarm was going off about it! Ryan Ronne the manager said I could leave it and they would check it out and found out they were new and under warranty still! Fixed my tire and filled all of them to be equal. He also filled my windshield wiper fluid holder!!!! The car was ready within an hour and I didn’t have to pay! They took great care of me! The last visit before this I bought tires and they were great then also!!! Thanks to the guys for helping me so quick!!!!

I spent 4 hours at another Tire Kingdom location only to awaken this morning with the same problem I took it in yesterday for. This Tire Kingdom location is where I originally purchased my tires and it’s closer to my home so I decided come back here instead of where I went yesterday. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I was greeted Bryan L. I explained to him that I spent a good part of my day yesterday at another location and the problem was not fixed. I also explained I was supposed to be some place in 1 hour and a half but I’m back at Tire Kingdom dealing with this tire again. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he will take care of it himself. He took the keys and immediately went outside to get my vehicle. He came back within minutes and explained to me he found the leak and he will repair it. I came in very disappointed thinking I would be spending a great part of my day here again but Bryan made sure that was not the case. He got me in and out and did it all with a smile! Bryan thank you for apologizing! Thank you for taking responsibility of someone else’s mistake. And most importantly thank you for handling it all without costing me my entire day! Bryan L. I went to this Tire Kingdom this morning because I got a warning light on. I was expecting a long waiting and to be asked replace the tires or something similar but the service manager Ryan welcomed me and took my car right away to fix the problem! I was there only 30 minutes or so. Ive been to other Tire Kingdom but never had an experience like today. He saved my time and money!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. The store manager called me after reading my initial google review, admitted to their mistake and issued a full refund on parts and labor to defer the cost of replacing a serviceable serpentine tensioner. In my opinion this is a classy move that shows true concern for customer satisfaction.The quality of work was never in question. They did a fantastic job of providing fast, friendly service. Given the outcome I will definitely be a return customer and recommend this location to my friends and family.

Patched my tire in 30 minutes for 33 bucks even though they were super busy. Showed me the nail. Didnt try to scam me out of cash or into a new tire. No frills, just great service.

Ryan was exceptional. He asisted me with my tire warranty without me having to lift a finger. Talk about exceptional customer service. I will definitely revisit this location in the future if I need anything.
