It wasnt by choice that I came into contact with Savannah Towing and Recovery but Im glad that God allow them to step in! When I say thatMs. Robin was pleasant to communicate with I mean just that! I cant count the amount of times Ive called her regarding my vehicle but know Ive called numerous of times and she was pleasant each time! Then I was set up in a bind with location drop off and they worked with me each and every way! Then not to mention the Tow Drive Barry he was a life saver as well to have put through all of the loading and unloading process. Then going from location to location without a complaining soul in his body. I would recommend this company any day to anybody! I cant thank this kind hearted company enough!!!

My friend got into an accident the woman answering the phone not only is screaming threw the phone hung up twice saying we needed information that was clearly not on the paperwork. I highly recommend these people to anyone that needs a tow. I am from North Carolina and my vehicle broke down just across the Georgia state line. A lady named Robin answered my call and made sure I was ok and safe and got me taken care of. Not only did she help with getting me towed, but she aslo helped me find solutions to my problem ( who I could call and ideas on how to handle my transmission needs. Extremely professional. The truck driver wad just as helpful and friendly. 24 hours a day, give them a call.

I want to give 0 star if I can. They only care about getting more money from you. They just said no and I cannot do anything for you when you asking questions. They even do not understand their own system in their computer, so they need to ask others about that. They asked me to pay 50$ for lease car after 72 hours, when it was just less than 48 hours. They also asked for about double storage fee (compared to whats on the paper), and of course, they asked for 3 days storage fee when my car just stayed their less than two days.DONT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE!

Car was towed and these guys really help me and my husband get the car out. They even applied a discount. The service with them was amazing. I feel if you act nasty with them they will do the same in return lucky for us it was nothing but love .

These reviews are fake. 0 stars isnt an option, so I have to give them a one. My car was towed. They told me it wasnt there and that it was towed by another company. They cursed me out, so I sent police out there. They told the police that it wasnt there as well (which I made a police report of). Months later I get a letter saying I owe a big fine. (They lied because they found out I had pawned my title hoping that the title people would pay the fine. WRONG!! They dont even want to deal with their disgusting service.) Im sure they have plenty of theft by taking lawsuits. Luckily I have everything in writing.

Awesome services quick. They came and picked up my 89 camaro classic car. John the tow truck driver was super awesome, friendly as well. Highly recommended. Thank you much when in a tight pinch on a beautiful Sunday cruise with the top down.

No problem good service

Horrible attitude with customers. The owner yelled at me to leave when I mentioned that one of his workers had an attitude as he stared me down while walking to the office. The place looks like a junk yard and i was lucky that they didnt damage my car. There are no signs saying to go to the office as I was met with yelling by the workers to go the office since they didnt want me checking my cars condition before having the vehicle released.

Do not call them, they have horrible service! After an accident, I waited for an hour and a half and they never came. After calling multiple times to ask why a truck had not come yet, I was not only blamed for my wait but also told the truck had “broke.” While Im understanding of a truck breaking, what infuriates me is they never had the courtesy to call me back during any of my wait to tell me they wouldnt be able to get me!! I guess their plan was just to leave me stranded without calling to tell me to find other arrangments. Terrible customer service and empathy!

Our car was towed from a parking garage and the owner came from his house half and hour away after it was closed to allow us to pick up our car.

Not happy with them.
