I had really good experience with the office, when I inquired about the apartment couple times. Whoever answered the phone was friendly, nice, and professional which I loved it. I could not move there but I loved it!!! 100% recommend!!!

So far my experience with Eden Pointe has been great. If I call the office for anything, they jump right on it on a timely manner. It is very comfortable and close to everything you need. I hope it stays this way because I plan to be here for a long time.

I want to say Earl(maintenance guy)does a fantastic job at Eden Pointe. Anything I asked to be fixed in my apartment he gets the job done and fast, while being so funny. I just want to say he does an awesome job!!! My floor, my walls, and my tub looks great! Thank you so much for sending him out to fix the problems I had appreciate that. Great job Earl!

The girls in the office are all wonderful. I personally delt with Christina and she is a sweetheart. She helped me from the beginning to the end of getting my apartment. Especially putting up with me lol. I especially like the apartment,so far very happy.

The staff at Eden Pointe are wonderful and despite some hiccups with my application process I was finally informed as to the hold up. It is my opinion that everyone should know that this community is income restricted thus a four star review. However, Taylor, Christina and Lindsey (hope I spelled it right) are wonderful and hardworking individuals and deserve the most praise I can give them. They are truly 5 star employees if there ever were any.

Eden pointe should be grateful to have Earl, he is by far the best maintenance man at Eden pointe. He is very professional and always there to fix whatever needs to be fixed. He is the maintenance man you can depend on. Thank you Earl for all you do!

Poor staff. Super friendly on the outside, except when you actually have an issue, and then they actually dont help you. But they do say “sorry i cant help you” in a nice way. But the policies and the protocols they have are completely unaccommodating. They said they would forward us our mail after we moved out and it turns out they dont, the lady said “sorry call the post office”.

The office is busy but the staff were very quick and helpful in supplying me with info about the property and what was needed of me to start the process. I moved in this complex in September 2020 and Im the happiest guy on earth. Love it and I have to tell you that the maintenance people are amazing, every time you put a request for something that needs to be fixed, they come and do it quick specially Mr. Earl He is amazing. thx guys

I spoke to a woman name ivy and she gave me a FaceTime tour. She was the most pleasant woman I had ever spoken with and had the best customer service I had ever seen in my 19 years of living! She explained all the appliances and included utilities as well as other amenities in the best way possible. The best part was that I could tell she was very engaged and actually listening which most do not do! She is the reason that I will soon be glad to call Eden pointe my HOME. Thank you for the wonderful experience Mrs.Ivy and I hope to see you soon when I hopefully move in!

This is a very lovely place. Great view, great service, friendly neighbors, and so much more. I couldnt be happier with my apartment. The staff is very lovely and take pride in cleaning up the place and making sure everyone is well taken care of. 10 out of 10!

Just moved in! The apartments are beautiful with future updates on the way! The office staff are so friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you guys for making this move as easy as possible and I’m so happy to have a great place to call home! - I would like to give an update after living here for a while. The original office staff was great and it appeared great things were in the works when I moved in. Now there is trash everywhere all the time. Maintenance takes so long I’ve been figuring out how to fix things myself. I’ve been being charged for appliances that haven’t even worked. There was a recent staff change and it seems like the new people could care less about issues that were before them. I had high hopes for this place, but I guess you get what you pay for, or less in my case.

Very sad living situation. I have two toilets and both werent working and they made me wait 2 days to get them fixed. They have rules that they dont disclose until youre waiting for maintenance on the weekend and Noone gets to you til Monday. They raised the rent during covid and told us its because everyone else was doing it.

This is a very lovely place it has a great view the staff is very lovely I was working with Christina Grattan she kept in contact with me throughout it all made sure I was comfortable with my apartment the place looks amazing yes I would recommend!! Thank youuuuu again 💙

I cam across this complex via google and I love all the positive comments and also the complex based on what I see on the website.I have been trying to contact the leasing office daily for an entire week and have also left a voicemail and still have not received a call back. Today I attempted to call about 6 times and still no luck.Im very interested in this community and would like to speak to someone on behalf of any vacancies/upcoming.

I personally have has a great experience with the office staff. They have been extremely helpful and nice not to mention patient. I would definitely recommend this place to people in a heart beat. The staff is extremely nice and so helpful not to mention how clean the place is. The leasing office is extremely clean and welcoming if you ask me. Thank you guys keep doing what youre doing

Been here quite some time. location is the key. close to shopping. church, bus stop, pool, restaurants near by. great neighbors. for the most part since i have lived here. play ground across the way. my nephew and nieces love to go play. i know they are safe.

Raised rent price during a global pandemic/economic crash when they weren’t required to. They don’t respond to maintenance requests.and there is trash piled up outside of the dumpster because they’re too cheap to get 2 pickups a week

The new management has been AMAZING! This apartment complex used to be pretty rough to live in, but since the new company took over, theyre really fixing the place up and taking care of the property. Im really happy with the changes that have been made and how nice the new management has been. Its a great place to call home 😊

In the past when I placed maintenance tickets it will take days for them to even come to check it out and when they did come out it was a cover-up lazy job they would not completely fix the issues just did a temporary fix. I never received a follow-up call, text, email, or letter saying we fixed the issue or saying they been out to check it out. I was putting in the same maintenance tickets over and over for the same issues. But since the new management change, I put in the same ticket that I placed in the past and the outcome was much better they actually fixed the issues and they did more work than the past team. I received a phone and text about my ticket and what was being done about it. one thing that is better is the turn around time they come the next day and started working on the issue. I am so pleased with the new team

I would recommend Eden Pointe to those looking for a nice affordable community. Me and my kids have lived here for almost a year now and we have been very happy with our apartment and the amenities we try to go to the pool every Sunday.

Traveled all the way from Indiana the pictures and videos on the website are fake . Canceled our Tour Twice. The price on the website is different from the price they give.There is no sand by the pond. Horrible! wouldn’t recommend !

We just moved in and so far we like it. I think most of the bad reviews are from when this was owned by a different company? The staff works great with you to help you get what needs to be done. My apartment is nice with a view of the lake, seems to be silent and easy to get around.

Excellent apt to stay, lived there had no issues from the residence or any management. Friendly and very prompt. Moved out bought a house, if that was not the case would be living there still. Highly recommd. to stay and for the rent well worth it.3 bedroom $906very clean inside and out.

Dont move into this place. Every building is infested with roaches and/or bed begs. My mom has been there for a year and it has been pathetic the way they take care of problems. There is trash everywhere and the dumpster area is always full with trash bags all in the walkway. Lots of mold growing all over the outside of the buildings. Most of the outside lights do not work and are so full of bugs and spider webs. They did not even clean the carpet in my moms apartment when she moved in and the paint job looks like a kid did it. The fake wood floor is coming up in the corners. The interior doors dont close right due to be hung wrong. The pool is nasty. Allege is growing on the sides. I think the lake water might be cleaner at times. The so called manger had me trespassed due to one of the people that live there owes me ten bucks and would not pay me so I knocked on his door and the guy got mad I asked him for my money and grabbed me by my thorat saying he was going to kill me. I got his hands off of me and called the police. The manger came over and said to have me trespassed and all I did was try to collect my money. So now I cant visit my sick disabled mother who got hosed when she signed her lease. Her building is full of low life drug addicts that live off of section 8 and hud. Most are breaking the law due to the amount of people living in each unit and by collecting section 8 when a felon is living there. Dont dare tell them this tho or complain about the bugs because they will trespassed you and call the police.

Very friendly staff. I love Brittany she works really hard to accommodate you and she is very understanding. Looking for a community with a family like atmosphere this is it!

Truth: Best price for the apartment space and square footage. Horrible on service. All outside lights broke scary and dark. Garbage builds up every day and all around complex. Great if stay inside and only go out during the day and have no maintaince issues.

I do not recommend moving to Eden Pointe Apartments.I am a current resident have been for 3 years.The grounds are not clean there is a disgusting amount of dog poo in the grasses resident DO NOT clean up after pets.The trash area is very unsanitary majority of the time trash is piled up bags of filth surrounding the dumpsters.The pool area looks like a playground instead of a peaceful area there are pool chairs,toys, inside the pool residents do not treat the apartments with care.Not to mention management takes a very long time if not months to come fix issues your having in your apartment.The pictures online is not what the complex looks like the place is becoming a dump.

Eden Point is a wonderful place to live I have been here now almost 5 years Brittany and Dan are 2 wonderful people to know and very respected as for our new maint..team let just say this I have seen better way better than this !!

Having lived on the west coast most of my life, to see such affordable housing within a beautiful neighborhood and still have plenty of accommodating services, it was a dream come true! Ive lived here for 4 years and while its not perfect, Ive been very comfortable here. The staff, both desk and maintenance, are very friendly, work orders are fulfilled, although it does take a while. Pest controls efforts and preventative advice worked in keeping roaches out of my unit, and they were extremely proactive and informative when Hurricane Irma came through. The biggest complaint I would have is that the office never answered or returned my calls, literally ever in my entire four years here, so when I needed something, it had to be in person every time. The other problem was that the trash compactor got overflowed pretty much without fail on the weekends, although I noticed it was less a case of the thing breaking down and more a case of the tenants themselves not throwing their trash down the chute, and with the maintenance staff off on Sundays, it didnt get cleaned up, leaving the next few tenants to just assume the compactor was broken, creating a bigger pile. Anyway, as someone who grew up in Seattle, youd easily have to pay upwards of $2,000 a month for 2 bedroom units like these, but not here, so I find it very hard to complain!

Apartments are ok for the price. I honestly would love living here if it wasn’t for how poorly the staff treats the people who pay for their paychecks. staff is terrible, there is one person we are actually pleased with and that’s Brittany, unfortunately she’s never in the office when we need her, she actually gets things done. We have had a broken dishwasher since we moved in on April, they claimed they would get it fixed here we are almost a year later, still broken. My bathroom sink and tub were clogging up, they never came to fix it so we paid out of pocket to get it fixed, will the compensate for that? Ofcourse not. The window in my living room has had a leak for past 6 months & I am still waiting for it to be fixed, living in Florida I’m sure you all understand having a leaky window during hurricane season is terrible bc your entire floor will be soaked. I went to the office to ask for an estimate on when it would get taken care of and the manager was extremely rude, yelled at me through his office while I was in the lobby that “he doesn’t know the schedule of the contractors and they will get to me when they get to me”. My husband and I have called and complained about excessive noice about our upstairs neighbors who are being extremely loud; banging on the floors, moving furniture, playing with their dogs at 2am-4:30am, etc and nothing is being done. Since they want to continue to put our concerns and work orders to be the back of the list or just not care at all we will be speaking to our lawyer at the end of the month

The office and maintenance staff have really come through for us on multiple occasions.When first moving in they immediately sprayed for bugs, exchanged our broken blinds, and installed a brand new water heater in our unit. Also, the staff went above and beyond when we were not happy with our carpets. They had an odor that would not come out with cleaning products, so the carpets in both bedrooms were replaced.I could not be happier with their attentiveness to our needs as residents.

This place is PATHETIC to say the least. The office personnel is rude, nasty, un-educated, un-professional and they dont know how to answer the phone. From the property manager to the maintenance crew, to the leasing agents, NONE of them know their ass from a hole in the ground. Work orders are taken care of when they see fit, the garbage compactor is always broken or backed up. The Regional Manager Nicole Malloy is also an IDIOT. I tell you, these people are ONLY here for a paycheck and DONT care about the RESIDENTS!!! They apply rent incorrectly and then demand payment. If there is a maintenance emergency after hours, they NEVER call you back. They promise upgraded apartments and dont come thru with it. This place has gone through about 10 different leasing agents and about 6 property managers since I have been here. The property has also sold several times and several different management companies have come and go (SO WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU)? I am so glad I am LEAVING!!!

Horrible place stay away if you have a nice car so many raccoons and cats because of there horrible waste system that they are on everyone’s cars scratching every car up that stays there!!!

She stated they were not getting my emails but I responded to the emails sent to me with leasing agents names & also used the email from the website. I was given my holding fee back which is the only reason I’m changing and updating this review but I’m not pleased with my experience. I had left messages and hadn’t received any calls back. When they reached out to me I thought I’d finally be updated on my application process bc of my messages and emails but it was only because of this review previously being one star. I was relocating from a different area, now I don’t trust any of the reviews for this place & will continue my search.Old review (1-Star)SCAM!! Paid application & holding now I can’t get in touch with anyone but when applying had three people reach out by email and phone asking what I was looking for and move in date. Won’t return calls, messages, or emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
