Since I’ve moved here 7 months back Brittany (management ) has been great ! She is so professional and by far the sweetest person I have dealt with! She has always been attentive! I am so happy with the way she runs things no matter what day you go in the office she greets you with a smile always willing to do what she can to help me! Makes sure the property is always clean and well kept ! Hands down hadn’t it been for her I probably would not have chosen Arbor Oaks she is an asset to this community!

So glad I chose to move here! The office ladies Pam and Brittany are always so welcoming and greet me by name which is always nice. I love my apartment on the lake. Really nice environment and I recommend if you are looking for a place to check it out.

Have been very pleased with Arbor Oaks. Beautiful landscape oaks and palms makes it very tropical as of course Florida should be. Up keep is great. It is quiet, Just typical family sounds laughing children which is always nice to listen too! Everyone is friendly and they seem to be very respectful of noise. I moved into a studio apartment here almost two months ago and have nothing but good things to say. Even during a pandemic they made the move-in process easy and safe. The staff have been friendly and helpful in every interaction weve had.

The grounds are always well maintained and beautiful! The office staff is easy to communicate with happy to address any concerns quickly. The maintenance staff are quick and efficient and always eager to help when needed. Living at Arbor Oaks is a pleasure!!!!

We have lived here for 4 years and currently have the best management team we have had! Pam and Brittany are always cheerful and helpful when we have had any issues to deal with. The maintenance staff are super efficient and pleasant as well. The grounds are beautiful and maintained. During this pandemic I had to quit my gym membership but am able to use the workout center here which has been very nice. This place is pet friendly and the staff make sure there are no issues with pet clean up. They also have maintained a great residential neighborhood to live in. The pool areas have been upgraded and are absolutely beautiful, safe and clean! We recently moved into an upgraded apartment and it is gorgeous with all the new amenities they offer. If you are looking for a beautiful complex with a team that cares, this is where you want to live!

Since I moved into arbor oaks it has been a great experience the apartment was clean upon arrival.....no noisy neighbors...the pool is nice the leasing office was clean and the staff is nice. I love it!

My experience with arbor was good at first everything went smoothly but after I made that security deposit and wasn’t able to get an apartment I asked if it would be possible to get an refund and they said yes it is almost 6 months now since I have not received my refund yet and every time I call they said I should expect it in the mail and I haven’t received anything and every time I try to call the office know one answers

Tldr: A/C leaked frequently and damaged the carpet in both bedrooms including our nursery room. We asked them to fix it but instead of solving the problem they just came once to dry the one-of-many leaks. The leaking persisted throughout the remaining of our lease, resulting in 1/2 our security deposit being taken for carpet repair.Lived there from 1/24/20-4/24/2021 had a 12 month lease and extended our lease to the max 3 month period. The first thing I had to complain upon arrival was how the apt was carpeted excluding the kitchen,bathroom&front door area whereas the apt we toured before signing our lease there, had carpet only in the bedrooms. I was disappointed to see that it was different yet was advertised to be the same. But to this day, I still cant say for certain that this was my own misinterpretation and not false advertising. Nonetheless, it should be reiterated when taking a tour, that this is not exactly what our apt will look like. And i know for a fact that it was not. so that was the 1st days complaint.2nd, the windows,sliding glass door& curtains were old and barely functional. Thankfully we noticed right away and added it to a 24 hour complaint lease form that helps protect tenants from liability issues.3rd, in order to get a maintenace guy to come fix anything, it needs to be requested in the system by submitting a `work order which you do so by using the portal. If you just text them about it, they will tell you to submit a work order even if youre having difficulties doing so. And when the maintenace guys come, its a bit unpredictable and some of them are unprofessional and creepy looking.4th, we had issues with the portal one month and couldnt pay the automatic option that we were used to and had to opt for either a Money Order or Cashiers Check. We chose to pay for a money order through Western Union. Then we brought it to the office to pay for our months rent and their scanner wouldnt process it. After several attempts of calling WU we had no other choice but to take the Money Order to Amscot and pay 20% to have them cash it, then had to get a Cashiers check. Although this was Western Unions error, the whole process with WU all could of been avoided if the portal was working as it should, and as it has done every other month. The staff lacked empathy and did not offer an apology for the inconvenience which was not a suprise to us.5th, because of the pandemic we werent able to enjoy the aptts amenities. Pretty much all of 2020 they closed everything. Then opened but with limited hours from 9-6 which meant anyone working 9-5 couldnt enjoy the pool/gym.Lastly, we had neighbors who argued day in, day out and people driving through the appt complex in the wee hours of the night,blasting music. Not at all the glamorous, safe neighborhood that it advertises to be on Arbor Oaks of Bradenton website. Oh, and if you want to know any of the pros of living here just check out the website, youll see all that there is to brag about. Living here, youll soon find out its not all that its cracked up to be.

I absolutely LOVE the girls in the office. With the current pandemic, they made the whole rental and move in process easy! The staff as a whole are friendly and easy to talk to. The grounds are well cared for and always clean and tidy! All of my requests have been answered timely and efficiently!!! Could not ask for more from an apartment community.

Maintenance likes to put his hands on teenagers and feel like he’s entitled to do so.

Arbor Oaks is a lovely community to live in. You will meet great neighbors and make life long friends. The office staff is welcoming and friendly & the maintenance crew is top notch. Pet friendly community for friendly dogs and cats. I recently moved to be closer to work but I miss Arbor Oaks already. Tip: Try to get an apartment facing the pond. The fountain has a meditative effect and will calm you after a long day. Cheers!

I love my apartment super content and excited with my experience so far with the complex I love completely to a whole I haven’t had the chance to enjoy the outside amenties but I am very satisfied with how everything turned out when I was I. Ive been living at this development for over 3 and 1/2 years. I love everything about this development. The management staff here are very professional, which also includes the maintenance staff. And the amenities are also awesome. The grounds here are very well kept. Ive looked at other places, but fell in love with this location. The Management staff know me by name. And I wouldnt want to live anywhere else in Bradenton. I feel very safe here, and the development is constantly improving. To stay competitive.

W have lived here since March of 2020. I have had extremely good experiences with the staff. Maintenance has always gone above and beyond to fix any issues. The space itself is beautiful. While I havent yet personally been able to use the ammenities, the pools and hot tub, the gym, the lake, the tennis courts, and the grills are well maintained. The apartment is newly refurbished and cozy. We love living here.

Moved here from out of town 5 months ago. I love the massive oak trees, lush greenery, and beautiful pond. So peaceful. The office staff is professional, and will hold delivered packages if you can’t be present. Lots of area for pets, and my dog has met many new friends. Maintenance will repair / replace instead of just putting “band-aids” on the problem. Price is very competitive: I know, I looked at a lot of other complexes. Cheers!

I have lived at Arbor Oaks of Bradenton for almost a year now. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the lease Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed and the guys always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit. The lease Manager Stephanie is a great outstanding person to work with. I highly recommend this community to live in.

We have been living in Arbor Oaks since March 2020. The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained. Since day one, everyone has been very helpful, nice, and understanding especially Brittany. Whenever we have had any issues, Brittany always responds back immediately and the issues are quickly resolved due to mutual understanding and respect. I LOVE this place....You couldnt ask for a better apartment for the price. Arbor oaks is located close to everything you need, beach, gas stations, and supermarkets. The grounds of the apartments are alway well kept and clean.The lake is a beautiful feature of the apartments and offers plenty of spots to enjoy some great bass fishing. And when you get done with fishing you can go enjoy a swim in the pool or workout at the gym.I would recommend Arbor Oaks to anyone looking for an apartment.

One of the Greatest environment and community to live in with An efficient and reliable staff. The apartments are great and you will not have any problem with the Parking spots. Would definitely recommend the rent prices too it’s very affordable compared to other places. The maintenance team is also always there for you in every need.

They got me in quickly helped me through the paper work and are so incredibly nice. The apartments are clean and so fresh looking. It’s everything you need for a place. I love how its a very quiet complex, and has excellent amenities, and absolutely beautiful landscaping. The location is fantastic! Plenty of shopping close by, parks, and just a quick drive to the beach! The property is well maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is very helpful and attentive! The apartment floorplans are very well designed, and quite spacious! It has two fantastic pools, a barbecue area with two grills, that make hosting small get togethers fantastic! Living at Arbor Oaks makes me feel safer since it is a gated community. The property managers are wonderful about updates in the community and take time to answer questions about the rent and other things. They have been great during covid-19! The maintenance staff are awesome about repairing things in a timely fashion.

I moved here for work and didn’t have time to actually visit and check out the apartments first. The office staff was helpful and prompt with communicating and getting paperwork done. I wasn’t disappointed when I moved in! Everything was clean, kitchen renovations are nice, quiet community. I don’t have any complaints so far.

I love the nice pocket apt complex behind a shopping ctr. I love the birds and ducks. And more than all the nice fountain that I hear everytime I go home. Very homey!! 😁

I moved to the Arbor Oaks apartments 3 months ago from Michigan. Everyone in the leasing office have been nothing but helpful. Prior to me moving in, I was provided with a virtual tour so that I could see my apartment and provided with contactless safe services. I love the upgraded appliances and flooring. Out of multiple apartments to choose from, this was the one that was perfect for me.

Do not fall for the ratings they enter residents in a raffle in order to reduce rent in exchange for a review.This office is money hungry and could careless about the residents.The apartment are far from luxury so don’t be fooled by the minor renovations they advertise.They will also will scam you out of a security deposit so don’t expect that back.

I had relocated from New York to Florida in February this year.Before leaving New York I did an online search of where to live and immediately fell in love with Arbor Oaks.The management including Pam,Britney and Cathie are always on top of their game and made me feel at home.The maintenance crew is awesome as they show up when repairs are needed.I love the serene environment and intend making Arbor Oaks my home for a long time.

The company sends off raffles (ex $300 off rent for a positive review) to boost their ratings.Truth is, Maitenance is rarely available and some of the women in the rental area are extremely rude. Termites in the building, pool is gross. The inside of my place was fully upgraded so it was decent but that overall experience was pretty terrible

I wanted to share with anyone looking for a new apartment Arbor Oaks is the place to be. I moved down just before the virus struck and I have been dealing with a lot of loss. The apartment complex has been nothing but helpful with my situation. The units are nice and clean the maintenance department is fast to response as well as the office staff. The gym and pool areas are kept spotless and the office is keeping in mind social distancing for the amount of people allowed at the pool. If your looking for a new home? You have found it at Arbor Oaks.

I’ve lived at Arbor Oaks apartment homes for 4 years and have found it to be a very comfortable place to call home. The management is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly. Once I came home and my A.C. was blowing warm air. It was after hours but I put in a work order and maintenance came out to fix it. Within two hours my apartment was cool and comfortable again... I was very grateful because it was the Florida in the summertime!Overall, I find the community is quiet & clean and the neighbors are friendly. It’s also conveniently located to several stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to friends looking to rent or buy.P.S. I absolutely love the kitchen remodel/upgrade. I have all brand new stainless steel appliances and a huge farm sink. My favourite is the white subway tile backsplash!

Arbor Oaks is a great place to call home. Equipped with beautiful appliances and a modern look. The trees around the apartment complex are gorgeous giving the apartment a warm feeling as you drive in or go on a walk. We have two swimming pools and a gym. The washer and dryer are inside of the apartment making it very easy to do laundry. The gates at the front are awesome and the Staff are always helpful.

Clean and well maintained property with beautiful landscaping. Maintenance and office staff are very kind and helpful. the apartment units are affordable and of decent quality with modern appliances. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin and Ive previously had issues with my AC unit (which has been resolved). Overall, a nice place to live :)

I have lived in places all over the country. this is the worst place i have ever lived. the leasing office truly does not care about anything unless it’s related to money. Apartments are unlivable and loaded with pest and critters. There is no excuse for the conditions of the apartments. There is no excuse for the disrespect and empathy from the staff. really a horrible and traumatizing experience. I would never recommend anyone to this property.

I have been at Arbor Oaks. For almost a year now, and I could not be happier. The women in the leasing office are knowledgeable, attentive, and create. A wonderful sense of community. The maintenance staff does a wonderful job maintaining the grounds, amenities, and the individual units.The complex itself is gorgeous. There Is tropical foliage throughout and a lake swimming with wildlife. The apartments are newly renovated and luxurious. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink. We have a dishwasher and washer and dryer in our unit. The single bedroom is ample space for us and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Arbor Oaks of Bradenton to anyone that wants a luxury apartment complex in an area brimming with public transportation, a state college just down the block, and tons of restaurants nearby.

I have lived at Arbor Oaks since October 2019. It has been a great experience. The grounds are always well maintained and staff is courteous and helpful. They are readily contacted via phone or text and usually answer very swiftly.The apartments (I have a 1/1) are nice with good heating and air. Mine was recently renovated. It has easy to sweep linoleum in all but the bedroom which has a nice carpet. The appliances are new and very clean.When I moved in, there were one or two small items that needed to be addressed: a loose baseboard and another loose board in the screened in patio. Both were repaired very fast after reporting them with no problem since.They are very strict, but fair, on the rules. There are reminders sent out if there is a concern. They don’t play “gotcha” but they do expect pets to be on a leash, waste picked up and the usual other rules to be followed.Overall, it’s a good apartment complex with a great atmosphere and picturesque landscaping. The apartments are good, well maintained and there is a friendly staff.

Arbor Oaks at Bradenton is a great place to live. I have lived here since June of 2019. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If there’s an issue the handle it efficiently and as fast as possible. They helped me get into an apartment fast and with no stress. I highly recommend this apartment.

I Enjoy staying here the Office staff is very nice they are great wen it comes to answering questions. And getting things done like, work order for maintenance guys . Things are well kept neat n nice.

ZERO STARS.. DO NOT MOVE HERE. they are shiesty and sneaky and charge additional fees every chance they can get. Rent may be relatively cheap, but once you stack on all the erroneous charges they make up, you are paying way too much for these rinky dink spaces. No one ever seems to answer phones in the office, and if you are calling because they are charging a fee you disagree with you have no recourse, because they believe they are always right. The maintenance team are nice people though, which is the only plus I can think of. Run for the hills!!!!!!! steer clear!!

Ive been living here for a little over a year and I couldnt be happier! The maintenance staff is always prompt and quick to follow up. My neighbors are a pleasure. The upgrades are gorgeous and I love how kind everyone is at the front office. They are very involved and try to have events every so often for residents, which is beyond amazing. Moving in was a breeze. Brittany is an angel! :)

I moved in back in October 2019 and I have been very satisfied with Arbor Oaks! It’s a great complex with beautiful big trees everywhere and the staff is responsive and always welcoming. We have 2 pools and a nice little gym too! It’s a quiet and safe place to live and pet friendly which is a huge bonus. I love calling Arbor Oaks my home!

I would say arbor oaks has its ups and down one lady Britney is awesome and understanding and the maintenance team member are nice and will help you with anything. Ever since we got here its been okay, I enjoy the pools and laying next to the lake. The lake view is beautiful but I do think people have the right to know that this is not a gated community, its been fully gated 3 separate days since Ive been here and its been a month. The big down side of this is that my neighbors crazy ex bf tried to break into my apartment. First time in my life I had to call the cops and I was terrified. I did tell the office and Brittany has been working on closing the gate but I cant keep having to tell them that the gate it open all the time. Also we drove 21hrs to get the Florida and they didnt have our room ready so I had to wait for another hour to have them replace the lock. The place is renovated which is nice tho, brand new hard wood floors and an amazing kitchen. But when I got in to my apartment I did have to scrub the floor because there was this tacky stuff all over the floor. So as a said it has its ups and downs. But to be honest all apartment complexes has its flaws

What makes me love this place...? Well there is a thousand things to name but most of all would have to be the staff. The leasing office is filled with happy joyous souls especially the manager who is so sweet and accomadates you the best she can. The landscaping is comparable to a rain forest with so many trees of so many different species. Lastly the lake view is a must if you move in here. The lake is filled with wildlife everyday and even otters!

Arbor Oaks from my experience has been only positive in every way.the apartments are lovely and clean, the grounds look very much like a park and are kept in very nice condition.Its like a breath of fresh air to come home to. The assistant manager, Brittany is top notch in every way, as pleasant and professional as they come; a real asset to Arbor Oaks. the maintenance personnel are also always professional, pleasant and any request for assistance with maintenance issues are always handled promptly. and no this is not a paid advertisement but actual realty.

Great place to stay, amenities are maintained, apartments are well equipped. Friendly staff, quiet area, only my first apartment, some bumps in the road but overall has been a good first experience so far, and looking forward to the rest of it.

Ive lived here for almost 4 whole years, seen it go through many different companies and owners. Im really hit or miss with this place but, all in all, its not bad. Brittany has always been very fair and up front with us, always keeps us update with things (i.e. rent dues, up coming changes, events, etc.), everything is up to date with the housing (lawn care, AC, overall maintenance), and weve always had a good view with neighbors. Good location to walk to a convenient store to grab some goods, or if youre a student you could walk to SCF down the streen. Really clean and super friendly staff. My only issue is the towing company they hire. Other than that. Nice place.

Lived there for 17 beautiful yrs. when Saddle Creek changed to The Sanctuary.Overall Mgnt excellence + neighbors. Beautiful landscaping. Very quiet at night and day, and well lit.Unforgettable memories.

Sometimes they leave notes on your doors, and most of the time they don’t. When you call the office about it they just say it’s “maintenance” or day they left a note on the doors, which they didn’t. Must be hard to change water shut off valves. Considering they’ve been doing it for a yr and a half now.... or are they just trying to save money on water costs by making the whole property have no water for 3 days out of the mth...if you don’t like having running water or being able to shower, use the bathroom when you want too, rent here!! But if you like having the basic amenity of running water ALL the time, rent somewhere else. Because here, you could wake up one morning wanting to get ready for work or even make coffee, and you can’t because you don’t have water and they didn’t tell you!! Good luck!

Arbor oak is in a great locate. Close to Cortez and my work. Take me 5 minutes to get to work every day. Which is awesome.

The new management and maintenance is very friendly and nice. This will be my second year living here. The renovations, the new management and maintenance is doing is so worth the money. Total love my new apartment and this was the best and easiest moving I have ever done. The friendliest and kindness of the office staff that made this a easy transfer from the old apartment to the new renovated apartment. The community is nice an peaceful. The new management that took over is doing amazing job. Truly love it here.

Arbor oaks Apartments of Bradenton ! What can I say, I moved into my first apartment at Arbor Oaks! Moving in here was the best decision I could’ve made! From the generous staff to the amazing pools, gym and grilling area! I’m just absolutely in love with this community! I would recommend this community to families as well as young adults.Ps. Cathie is the bestest!!!!!!

Slow response from office. Still waiting on maintenance requested months ago out of health and safety concerns.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I am very happy with the changes and new owners. The office staff are very friendly and actually respond to us. Its sad to see people complaining about the parking/towing because it has made such a difference and I am happy cars that dont belong here are gone. I was just transferred into a renovated home,what a difference compared to Rams upgrades. I love my apartment and the changes!

Had to move here on the fly, Ive been here for almost a month now. Its quiet. The move was easy. The staff are awesome very personable. I dont know alot of my neighbors but they seem cool too.

I love arbor oaks because its peacefull. The management is friendly. And the maintenance is great!

Since the new owner took over the property all I can say is WOW what a difference. Our gate actually works and is nice to be able to say I live in a gated community. Our pools are fixed just in time for summer and we love the grills that are provided so we can cook out. The apartment upgrades are just what this place needed and we cant wait to see what else they have instore for us! about time these apartments got a good team.
