Pool is heated. Pool area is very clean and fun, since community’s very kind and friendly. Tons of parking spots and they have a lot of good places to go to and to eat in the area. Pet friendly!I’ve come to Coral Club several times to visit friends of mine. I never want to go. And I’ve gotten the opportunity of meeting the very awesome maintenance people. These guys are very, very professional and quick. They’re very sweet and they truly care about what they’re doing.I also had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie and Linda. They’re both manager and assistants of the whole apartment complex and just by looking at their looks you can tell how it makes sense this place is doing so well, why it’s so clean and why the atmosphere feels so great. They’re very good people and you can tell they truly care and love their job.I love coming back here and it’s definitely a place I’ll recommend to apply for to any friend that decides to move down here.

Very happy to have found Coral Club Apartments. Our son formerly lived in Florida and my husband and I have been coming to Bradenton for several years. We love the gulf coast and decided to rent full time. When searching for an apartment, the management at Coral Club Apartments were the most receptive to our first phone inquiry and then in setting up a viewing. The grounds are lush and very well kept. The apartment was clean and recently updated. We had a minor issue with a malfunctioning garbage disposal on our first day. We contacted maintenance and it was replaced with a new one within 24 hours. The valet trash pick up is great! We have been home owners for years and are not accustom to having assistance with any of our routine chores. The apartment location is quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The current management, Stephanie and Linda, made us feel welcome and were available to address our newbie questions.

Never have a problem love it here 4 years and counting definitely will recommend any of my family and friends. The only down fall lately has been the garbage people they pick up late and are super loaded .but other then that love it here

I have been living here for 4 years now. I have seen a change in how it has been running and it is unfortunate that other residents arent as receptive of the rules and regulations here that keep the community running clean and smoothly. I couldnt be more excited that there is a camera at the compactor now!!!!!! I have seen such a change in how residents are taking care of the community now since policy has been enforced. Maybe if your family would park in the right stops their car wouldnt be towed.It is clear that your family to hear and I assume you dont live here. Im sorry you put the opinions of other people. I have lived here since 2014. Needless to say, I like it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The staff is great. There is just one downfall. When I first moved here, I was healthy and working full time. Now, not so much. As my health has diminished, so has functionality. Unfortunately, the apartments really are not handicap accessible. They did make a handicap parking space for me. Depending on your handicap, you may be able to function. I do okay. That is the only downside. You will be happy here.

Im very happy that we found these apartments on apartments . com we moved from up states and this is our first time renting in Florida we enjoy the heated pool and we love how everything is taken care of we did have minor issues when we moved in but every single one issue was taken care of immediately, every time we call our phone calls are answered we feel happy here

As a guest here at a friends apartment I can without a doubt of certainly say this property and I its residents, including the property management group are in part as far as the residents go ignoring and to a small amount actively harming others. Its women committing these acts and they are on the first floor back side around the water.

Coral club apartments provides an affordable place to live. I especially like the wood flooring throughout the living space, it’s really hard for someone like myself with allergies to find affordable apartments that do not have carpet all over. The maintenance team is great as well, they always come fix any issue within 24 hours of submitting a ticket. Overall, I have enjoyed my apartment for the price and location.Only cons would be not enough cleaning product in the gym and dog poop however not sure how that can be enforced.

I’ve lived at Coral Club for nearly a year now. The atmosphere here is quiet and peaceful. Residents range from the very young child the the older adult such as myself. Residents are respectful, friendly and helpful.Apartment management is great. I had the unfortunate opportunity to call maintenance after hours and was very pleased with the response time and the care that was taken to address the issue throughly and with a very pleasant attitude. Office staff are also very respectful, pleasant and address issues in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are constantly working to keep up the appearance around the property.Care is taken to make sure the apartments are safe and well maintained. They are regular sprayed for pest and inspected for safety.I truly enjoy living here and hope I am able to remain in this apartment for many years to come.Nancy J Smith

I have lived in Coral Club for 3 years now, the location is really great as everything is close from here. The safe and quiet neighborhood is a plus as well. The office staff is friendly and they always solve any issues really fast.

We had some issues arise after move in from previous tenants and both the office staff and maintenance were so incredible to work with. Everything was taken care of immediately. They truly care about us tenants! This is such a friendly place to live. Not to mention it’s absolutely beautiful and in a great location!

I’ve lived at Coral Club Apartments for 9 months now. The experience has been very positive. The apartments are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The office staff are friendly, respectful and professional. Any needs that are brought to their attention are taken care of immediately. Last November just a day or so before Thanksgiving my dishwasher broke down. The maintenance staff made certain it was working before the holiday so I would not spend the day washing dishes by hand. The grounds are are very attractive and well maintained. Grass, shrubs and flowers are always kept looking there best. Other residents are friendly, quiet and helpful. I’m looking forward to spending many years at this location.

I have lived here with my two girls for a little over a year. I recently just renewed my lease for another year. It is very quiet here. I feel very safe here and is walking distance to schools, library, etc..Plus the office staff are very friendly 🙂.

These are nice apartments in a quiet area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have enjoyed my time here. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

My fiancé,daughter, and I have been living at Coral Club apartments for over a year now and we have never had an issues! Our neighbors are great, and the staff is amazing. Thank you Coral Club for everything you guys do!

Very quiet, calm neighborhood. Dog friendly. Definitely one of the cheaper apartment complexes to live in in the area but parking isnt the best.

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been very pleasant. Anytime we need help, they have made sure we have been taken care of in the best way. Steph and Kasey are so welcoming. Although it is not a brand new spotless community, it is so perfect in its own quaint way. Between the care and customer service we are very happy here.

Went to visit a friend in the apartments and came out and my car was gone!! There are NO towing signs anywhere in the parking lot and these people towed my car how ridiculous. Now I have to take my time and look for who towed my car! Hopefully I won’t have to miss work!!

Been living here for almost a year now and it has been great! Maintenance is very cooperative, through late night phone calls and off days, Pete and Armando are always reliable and are always there to help. The front office is typically very understanding and cooperative, even through times of tension, they always address the situation with a welcoming, friendly approach. Throughout my time living here, Pete, Armando and Carleta have really made it feel like a home, they are AMAZING!!!! Nothing but good vibes and smiles all the time here!

Current resident. Great staff. Go out of their way for you to make sure youre comfortable. Big apartments, reasonable rent. Quiet neighborhood. Dont let the other reviews fool you. If youre reasonable with the staff and give them adequate time to address an issue youre having they will get it done.

Groovy. A great place to corral a Purdy little mermaid although not too sure about the maid part. Beware of sharks in dolphins clothing. Its sink or swim...eat or be eaten.

Moved here from Long Island. Here now 1 month and loving every second! Apartment is so comfortable, lanai so relaxing to sit out on. Stephanie & Carlotta in the office worked with me thru phone/email to get my apartment. Everything spoken of before move was done properly for the move.The few things I needed taken care of after move were done quickly. Maintenance constantly working the property.Only complex of many I looked at where the 2nd and 3rd floor lanai are screened in. Pool always clean. Doggie stations all around the complex to walk & clean up after.

The complex is very clean and the tenants are warm, courteous and friendly.

Im giving it a good review. Yes some of the past mention things are true or have happened BUT there is a new management and they are doing their best to get this place on track. Very friendly and any issues you may have they try to resolve as quickly as possible. Yes parking may be an issue, but that is normal with a busy community. Neighbors being loud well I cant relate my neighbors are great, and yes they are young, but then again I might be the one watching the Walking Dead super loud.

I had a great experience today and interacted with Carletta Phillips in the office. She has a great personality and is very knowledgable about the property. She is certainly a valuable member of the already great staff on hand. Two thumbs up and a high five for choosing her to represent your property !!

I do not recommend living here unless you are for sure home before 7pm because they will charge you month for picking up the trash but if you dont get it out between 5pm and 7pm forget it you have to walk it to the dumpster yourself or they will charge you another $25 for leaving it out. Furthermore they lack basic communication skills because they will tell you one thing and then when they never do what they said they were going to they get mad at you and send you emails as if you are being unreasonable for being upset for the lack of communication. They were fine in the beginning but now they have taken a turn for the worst and I do not recommend anyone to live here.

This place is absolute trash. Do not sign a lease here. The staff is terrible, yes this includes the new management group RAM or RAN whatever they are called, especially them. Outside of the one Mexican maintenance guy who seems to do everything, hes great and deserves better than this s***hole. The former management group was considerably better and more competent. They are not understanding, do not reply in a timely manner to any messages or emails. Expensive due to proximity to IMG and college. You can do much better for your money. Trash everywhere, shady people, loud noises. Need I go on? I cannot wait to move out in May. If you like your life and liking where you live, do NOT move here.

I got to say i am amazed on the way this placed is kept the apts are very well maintained the grounds are very clean. A place were u can feel safe and comfortableI just love it here. The manager and her team are awesome. I got to say a good manager sure does make a good place to live. I give this place and there team a 5 star review. Keep up the good work Coral Club

Gave the office notice to vacate several months in advance and a copy was made for their records. Once moving day came, we dropped our outstanding balance off at the office, to their confusion, saying they didnt know we were moving out. We reminded them that they had a copy of our notice. Today, we received a call from the office regarding a flood in our apartment, making this the third time overall weve had to tell management that we were vacating the apartment. I wonder when well get another call regarding our apartment? As of writing this, we have not inhabited the apartment for nearly a month. Just dont move here. Its not worth it. Management can reassure you of this or that as much as they want, but theyre doing a poor job in place of Anthony and Nick.

Love Coral Club! In the office you have Anthony that cares about you and knows everyone by name. The maintenance staff is wonderful and easy to get a hold of.

I have lived here about 8 months now. Never had any problems (aside from my car being towed my first night due to not having my sticker on yet)...that isnt the communitys fault though, they hire them to protect residents limited parking spaces, which is the only issue I have. VERY limited parking in the buildings H-J area.But the staff has been great. The maintenance man comes same day or next depending on issue and time of day. You cant rate a complex based on your neighbors. (Mine are great) but other reviews do and you will get shady/sketchy neighbors no matter where you live in apartments.The pool is heated which is nice for cooler weather. They just installed a nice new gas grill in the pool area which I have used a few times now (THANK YOU!)

I moved in back in August 2016 when Anthony was property manager and everything was incredible. If I had a maintenance request someone was at my door 9am the next morning. He greeted everyone by name and worked with people and was understanding of everyone’s situation. Since he has left and Amy has taken over as leasing consultant things have gone way down hill. She claims to be improving it but she only cares about bringing new people in and not taking care of the ones who live there currently. Maintenance requests will take up to 2 weeks to get done and she’ll claim to text you updates just to get you out of the office and then she doesn’t follow through. She isn’t organized and is late getting you documentation however she fines you for every day you are late getting a paper to her. People are moving in for cheaper than the people who have lived here for 2 years with no tenant problems and have never paid rent late. Do not move here, because once you do you’ll start counting down the days till your lease is up.

I give them NO STARS! Got a problem? they either deny it, ignore it, or tell you its your fault. The residents have a dog walk area and I saw 2 separate dog owners on two occasions let their dogs relieve themselves outside my lanai and in the building atrium area.There are lots of college students here who do things like slam doors, party all night and invite all their friends over and take up all the available parking (even though they are only supposed to park if they have a residence sticker!).If you complain, the management does nothing and even blames you. That is, if they even choose to call you back after you leave several voice-mails.DO NOT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT WHO DOES NOT NEED MORE THAN 4 HOURS SLEEP!This place is run by low-paid idiots who dont care about keeping peace in the community because if they did, they would take care of issues promptly and not solve them by either kicking the wrong people out or forcing them to have no decision but to move themselves out. My building alone has had 3 separate residents for one of the apartments in 6 months and I know the people and they were mature responsible adults in their early 20s through 60s.It appears that MCC OWNS some of the apartments and gives them to scholarship students to stay in. 4 to a 2 bedroom apartment!!! You cam imagine the chaos for their neighbors!Move in there? Dont blame me if you are online within a week of moving in and voicing the same complaints!

Id give it no stars if possible. Worst place EVER! I know a lot of apartment buildings have a pest problem but wow. Not to mention that my husbands motorcycle was stolen right from where it was parked. When I asked permission to hand out flyers to see if anyone had possibly seen anything, I was told, just in your building and in the laundry room....Really?! The bathrooms are disgusting, and as much as I bleached it, it never seemed clean. I went to management and mentioned to them that it seemed like mold, and I was told that it just needed to be resurfaced. We recently moved out with our new born and I went back to finish cleaning to turn in the keys and I found mold in more than one spot. Absolutely disgusting, not to mention that theres always trash lying around everywhere. When we first moved in our neighbor would literally be doing his business with his lady friend in his lanai that was right next to our bedroom (even though kids lived in our building). On more than one occasion we had someone trying to break in while I was there alone with my son (my husband works nights) and once while my husband was in the living room watching TV. NEVER going back to that place.

The apartments have mold in them. I had a leak coming in my apartment that went from the upstairs laundry room area and was leaking in my living room and bedroom. Every time it rained there was water flooding into my bedroom. My AC was also leaking and flooding my bedroom. I called pest control every other week because once they fixed one issue another started with a different type of insect. If it wasnt spiders constantly everywhere near my closet, it was cockroaches or ants. It was never ending. You can hear the neighbors upstairs pounding the floor at all hours and it literally sounds like a bowling ring. Theres never enough parking and people steal your mail. Terrible place to live.

Well broke my ankle on there stairs, they claimed to have used non slip paint but you can tell thats not the case, the water pools on there steps. Stepped on the first step an hydroplaned all the way down. Currently in a cast for 8 weeks. They have availability in bottom floor apartments that they still have yet to give me, even though I gave a doctor stating I needed a bottom floor. So for a few weeks Ive been sliding my but up an downstairs, absolutely embarrassing. Not the first time Ive fallen down those stairs as Wells as so many neibhors claiming the same thing. The railings on the stairways are extremely loose as well. An we have water leaking from our bathroom vent, an Everytime they cant tell us where its coming from. Place isnt fair. They cut corners so they can pocket more $$. Cheap paint everywhere. An they cant even accommodate for a bottom floor when they had one available. Or make it same price, when its there fault they used crappy paint an I fell down stairs. Just wanted a little bit of accommodation, but apparently they want to take the hard way .

I only lived here for a few months and we have found numerous building violations. I have a hole in my attic that goes through the fire wall to my neighbors apartment that someone has made to obviously rob someone here and to steal our cable since we found our cable cords running through it. The front door was obviously kicked in and the latch was broken off from what looks like a home invasion. all of the walls have been plastered to fill in all of the holes and a horrible paint job to cover it in every room. The fuse box has been rigged with random fuses that we had them replace with the correct ones. Also their is no insulation in-between the walls that we discovered when we were fixing a broken socket that they provided. Speaking of plugins, the bathroom and kitchen are supposed to have plugins with its own breaker built in for safety issues... well they do not have that here. Plus the crime is horrible here, multiple motorcycles have been stolen here and mine has been kicked over in the middle of the night. The staff wont let you chain it to anything here or they will tow it. All in all this is a horrible place that does not deserve your business.

This place is awful. My boyfriend lives in these apartments and I have stayed here frequently, until now!They have plenty of parking and I would say plenty of visitor parking too, but the other night when literally every single visitor spot was taken, (at least 5 were taken by motorcycles and mopeds) I was left without a parking spot. Thinking that it wouldnt be an issue to park in the area near the pool where there were at least 15 empty spots, (this was at MIDNIGHT by the way) I parked near the pool. I woke up the next morning, and my car wasnt there. In between the hours of MIDNIGHT and EIGHT AM they had someone tow my car... and the people that they have tow your car are actual scum. They picked up my car at 4:15 AM and I went to get it at 10:30... They charged me $60 extra because they said they had to hold it for a day... and when I questioned why I was being charged for a day when it was only 6 hours, they told me anything after 6 hours is considered a day.The fact that these apartments are affiliated with such a slimy company to come prey on their residents visitors disgusts me.Not only that, but when I went to the office to see where exactly my car was, the lady in the office had a major attitude. When I asked her what we were supposed to do if there was no visitor parking available, she simply told me Dont park here.I wont even stay here anymore after all of that...

DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT! Rent from this place. My wife and I have nicknamed it Coral Slum. Management is horrendous, the neighbors are mostly college kids who love to party and not stop when you ask them. The neighbors in general are unsociable and the place is way too expensive for what it is. Someone mentioned choosing a cardboard box over this place and that is pretty accurate. I could go on about it, but I will just say you have been warned.P.S. I had to give it at least one star before I could publish this, but in reality I would give it no stars. The place is like a vacuum cleaner.....it really sucks.

They have a nice gym

Ive been living here for 4 years now. I have had no issues so far. Armondo, the maintenence man, is awesome. If I ever have an issue he takes care of it in a timely manner and he very friendly. He works his butt off. The parking by my building is fine. There are times that visitors park in residence spaces which is annoying. There are a ton of visitors parking spots. I havent see a tow truck in months, but I wish they would come back. There are no long SCF students living here which is nice. I never had a problem with the ones in my building. They were always nice and respectful. But now that they are gone, we dont have as much speeding or trash on the ground. Now if only the others would slow down. My biggest issue is that people dont pick up after their pets. There are dog stations with bags and 2 dog parks with bags. Pick up your poop people! Also, there is supposed to be pet limitations. Well, there is not. As far as the trash, residents are to lazy to walk their trash to the dumpster on days when there is no trash collection. You cant blame management for the things I mentioned above. They keep the grounds very nice and landscapers come once a week. They do raise the rent every year but every place does. They should really give long term and good residents a break. Overall, this place is a very nice place to live and I would recommend living here.

I moved into the Coral Club in November of 2012. The management has been great and maintenance lives on site and have helped my roommate and I out immensely. It is close to SCF, Tamiami Trail and central to Publix, Walmart and Target. I also feel safe walking or running in the evenings which is important to me. The only complaint I have is the parking policy which is STRICTLY enforced by a privately contracted towing company. Make sure your guests park in visitor parking. I am serious!
