I have lived here with my family going on 3 years. We like it a lot!! The grounds are always nice the staff is always helpful. There are rules but that helps to keep people in line and not to have problems. We have never had any problems with the owners or office staff but our family keeps to ourselves..plus we have great neighbors. Its a nice and clean place to live!!

My experience with La Mirada Gardens as the current property manager is excellent! I appreciate most, the culture of the folks that live and work here - most everyone is happy and extremely thoughtful and polite. The property feels like an oasis after you drive through the gates with the mature trees, landscaping and green spaces. Each day I feel fortunate to be a part of the La Mirada Gardens Community.

No complains at all. Been living here for 3 years now. Extremely pleased. The staff and the management are very profecional, respectful and always willing to give the extra mile. 👍

I love living here! My favorite part is that there is a gate at the front entrance and unless you have a pass code or gate card you cannot enter the property it makes my family and I feel safe and secure when we sleep at night. The staff is helpful whenever we have a problem inside our apartment and the leasing office always treats us with respect and kindness. I will be living here as long as they will allow me to.

I have been here for 3 years and love it, Never have been so happy and relaxed living here, neighbors are great, Office staff is EXCELLENT, very professional, and if I have a problem, it is attended to right away, I do not feel like a number, I feel like a person, thats how it should be. I have lived in many different places, by far this has been the best experience . I feel safe as well. Neighbors look out for each other, Office staff always attentive as I said very professional, courteous, understanding. I really look forward to the more years living here. Have lived her over 2 years and I have had no issues. Staff has changed but everyone that is coming in has been very friendly. Every time I need something done in the apartment the maintenance staff gets it done quickly and are very polite. They are also very respectful when it comes to your home not touching or taking anything that does not belong to them. Recommend these apartments if you are looking in low income.

I am going for 2 years living here and I recommend it very safe for children. They have an efficient staff and a new manager who looks forward to making each day better. very clean and cute

I have lived here since 2012 with my husband and kids. A lot has changed and for the better grounds keeping is well maintained. Maintence men are on top of things. Office staff are friendly and do their best to help. Most importantly they show compassion. And the only thing i would want to make it better would be more cameras or a bigger gym :)

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Yes the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Anyone who says this is a great place to live is CLEARLY lying or either friends of the employees. Unless they pick and choose who and what they do for. They dont fix anything. The tub handle in my guest bath has been broken for months. The toilet has been running for months. Ive filed a work order for both. The toilets have been running since June causing my water bill to jump from 70 to 200. When I emailed them about again this month, the leasing managers response was that I already filed a work order... DUH!! But while I wait for someone to fix it my water bill Is going through the roof. Like someone else said, its full of roaches and ants. When I mentioned it to them the day I moved in, they said pest control comes monthly. Here it is 10 months later and I have yet to see anyone come spray for anything, and I have even filed aNother work order for it because my kids are allergic to ants. My companys cars get towed in the middle of the day. They can be there for 30 minutes and their car could be towed. Then they said they werent renewing my lease due to me violating paragraph 20 which I didnt. When I questioned them as to what I did they said they didnt have to tell me. -_- but the leasing manager said I didnt violate, that they just werent renewing my lease. Which was fine because I wouldnt live here another year if my life depended on it. AND THEN they dont even have common sense. I rent a washer and dryer through a third party, and while Im paying the company, for whatever reason the company was sending the leasing office the bill so they were also paying it instead of even having sense enough to question it, and then tell me I shorted them in rent because I didnt reimburse them, when they never should have paid in the first place. On top of that they told me I owed $110 for the washer and dryer and $50 fine for having my kids toys on the patio when in all reality I only owed $96. They just pull numbers out of a hat.

Im from New Orleans an I been in Lamirada gardens since 2007 We had to relocate due to Katrina My son an Daughter grew up here in these apartments. I love this place I remember when Michelle told me I can put vinyl floor in my apartment, she liked it so much they did all the apartments that. Time done pass an now we have a new property Manager she is very nice and respectful if you havent met her please take time out an do so. I thank God Ms. Heidi is back who is very pleasant alone with everyone else. Thanks for everything you do to keep this place up and running I really appreciate yall 😇💕WINNETTE 💕

I really enjoy living in this place. Its very quiet, safe, cozy and full of amenities. The administration staff is very helpful and friendly. Coming to live here has been a great decision.

Apartments are ok. but the staff there is terrible. they do not care for the tenants and you have to harass them to even fix something. the office people have an attitude. parking is terrible. I would recommend you look elsewhere. also I cleaned my unit as best I could to receive my $600 deposit back and they just game me $150 back saying they had to make repairs and had to clean and basically gave me a false list of thing so they can keep their money.

Well first off let me tell you these pictures are way out of date. This place doesnt look like this anymore. Also, I noticed that the office closes when it wants too, and everyone knows that only one dryer works here so you have to line up to dry your clothes. Also the towing service is terrible I have been living here for about a year now and Ive been towed twice!! And no matter how much you clean in your house, the roaches will come back. Basically clean every single day and every night when I turn on a light I see at least three roaches crawling around. Oh they dont do the monthly pest control so dont believe them when they say they do. Theres just many problems here at these apartments that I DO NOT RECOMENED LIVING HERE.

Worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance comes in your place with-out knocking or giving any notice, happend a few times. No one ever answers the phones at the office or no ones there!!! Full of roaches and ants, They had my car towed TWICE!!! Because they change tow companies every 2 months. And was told I could keep one of my cars there while I was selling it and The office ladie Heidi straight lied to my face about getting my car towed to save her job Its a total joke I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its full of loud People and if you complain about the noise they will tell you well they pay rent too. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?! I could go on for days about the problems we encountered renting from that place. Please look elsewhere! You will regret living here!!!!! Trust me

After a rough time dealing with TRG MANAGEMENT the new company that took over the property is making this place a good place to live and raise your kids im really happy now thank you .

La Mirada Gardens is the best apartment complex I have lived in around the Bradenton area. First of all, the staff is great and helpful. The security team is very dependable, for example, once I forgot to lock my car and it was opened all night with my purse in it and nothing was touched. Second, the complex is always clean. The first thing the maintenance do in the am is go around and pick up trash in and around the community. Finally, I love it because is very central and close to anywhere I may want to go in Bradenton, Sarasota and even the Palmetto area. This is my third year here and I do not plan on moving anytime soon, unless I decide to buy my own house.

La Mirada Gardens is a great place to live Ive been here for 2 years the management staff is very friendly and if you have any issues the maintenance staff will take care of it ASAP. I would highly recommend anyone to live here

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, the apartments are ok and cheap, but the staff is the worst, starting for the manager, she has a really bad attitude and it’s amazing how being the manager she doesn’t know how to treat the clients with respect, at the point the she shut the door on my wife face before we even finish talking to her, and we were only asking about an extra charge the office send us...Also the maintenance is really bad we made a report at the office and it takes them more than a week just to come and see what’s the problem is, and then once they come we have to wait at least one more week because they need to order the parts...

Very friendly, & helpful customer service. The office staff are on point . very clean place, not what I was expecting . The rooms are spacious and clean and well-kept . Im glad I stopped in to fill out an application !!!

I had problems with my air conditioner, and it did not take 5 minutes and they were already solving my problem and giving me a solution. I want to say that the maintenance gentlemen are excellent and very competent.

I don’t normally do rants but this is pretty important. If anyone is thinking about moving to La Mirada Gardens I highly suggest you don’t. I lived in this place for 10 months and always a problem. I leave a blanket on my balcony, boom $50 fee. My car breaks down and I’m using a rental, gets towed in my own parking spot. Visitor parking is at the front of the apartment complex and I lived towards the back and they wanted me to walk in the rain with my son just because I couldn’t get a temp pass to park in my parking spot. On December the 22nd I got hit with a five day eviction notice or pay over $900 even though I had never received any notice before from them that my rent was late and ive never missed a payment either. They are also known have for giving out the wrong mail to the wrong tenants about lease situations. They never even gave me notice my lease was up. Anways i went to the office today to show proof i paid my rent in December and now they are claiming it is for November instead of December like it says on the eviction. I paid November with a money order from amscot and they are claiming they lost it. Now i have to go through amscot to get a copy that they cashed it out. Please please please do not move in here they only did this because they found out they charged me $1450 for a security deposit and they dont want to pay it back. P.s all the negative reviews are 1000000000% true they dont fix things on time, pics are outdated, ant infestation, and not giving af about their tenants.

This place is a joke, never answer there phones and are towing all there customer cars and visitors without informing them that there are now assigned parking areas for visitors and you must have a sticker and not posting any TOW ZONE signs except for outside the gate near the street. The property manager is allowing personal friends who live in the complex to have keys to the office and pow wow drive brand new Mercedes and double park with no parking sticker and there car not being towed, for a government income based facility I would love the government to tell me how this is legal. Peoples personal information is in that office social security numbers ect. and its legal for resident who live there to have keys to the office and sit and drink in there at 930 pm at night? I would caution anyone to ever living here! I was a meaningless visitor to a friend and witnessed all of this. I hope my word of mouth gets out and this place gets shut down FOR GOOD!

Hate this place!!!! Thank God I move! They neverrr answer the phone in the office, the manager has all her family living in the apartments and she spend all day in their houses instead at the office, she s mean and desrespectful...they tow my car twice and I was a resident! The staff here are very rude. I hate living here, the office supposed to open from 9:00am -5:30mp, but every time I go there they always close and the door is lock.I knock on the door no body answer. Only one of the equipment work in the fitness center smh. None of the computer have internet access. Thank god we moving soon!!

Very unprofessional staff, no authority, the manager thinks that she is God .She is very disrespectful with the clients and the Maintenance is really bad also, it take for them more than 15 days to comes to your house when you have any problem.

I love these apartments for their safety, the order is always clean and there is a lot of security for the children and not everyone can enter there because the person who is in charge of the property is one who knows with great professionalism and as in everything we must follow the rules in Every place many friends of mine live there, my family and all the people who can recommend the LA MIRADA apartments to you I tell you that it is a very good place to live. I invite you to go and see what I am telling you.

My experience here is wonderful, I am going to celebrate a year of moving, and I am delighted, the Manager Gleinys is very good and always looking for a solution to the problem and the other girl is very nice and professional, I have lived in Miami in other types of condominium and believe me that nothing like this place, I always say that everyone thinks and says things out of place but I for my part do not agree with the negative comments, it is true that the maintenance service has taken time but in other places that I have lived has been worse, but well there are always different criteria, I for my part will live grateful to the Mirada Garden for having opened its door God bless you.

A week ago I went to rent and the girls gave me an incredible deal, the manager explained everything to me in detail and I was happy, I filled out my application and I am waiting, thanks for the attention.

As I said before in my first review, I having the letter already from the manager office let me know that my lease is going to expire and its not will renew it ..... only because I put a bad review ... again UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERVery unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful Manager Gleinis Gores .....Incredible the attitude thats she has with the clients, today she piss me out when she shut the door of her office on my face, Im always pay my check bill on time and thiss the second time that I have to pay surcharges because her bad work, very surprised with the fake reviews, probably she called the clients and begged for goods reviews the same that she did with me last month before the inspection arrived.Because she needed .....the maintenance sucks, never on time to fix your problem, the apartments infects with roaches and bed bugsVery impressed with the false reviews, surely the same thing happened with me that the manager Gleinis Gores wrote to my cell phone so that I could give her a good review because I needed it for the audit and I did it to her, she has no ethics and is disrespectful with the clients to the point that I close the door on my face because I asked her about a surcharge they sent me this month ... I am sure that after she read these reviews she would send me the eviction letter which is what is usually the office policy. I am giving it a review star because it is the lowest category there is, because if there were zero stars that is what it would give ...

A good place to live. Good security for the area we are in. It looks like a luxury property. He has a police officer on the property controlling everything. It was the worst experience of my life and a terrible service, so that you have something in the apt you have to go to the office a thousand times and to top it off the treatment you give in the office is worse ... they all do it reluctantly, and the ceiling d the baths dripping from the top d and to top it when they fixed it they made it worse .. in the end pity, I prefer to pay more for a nice modern apt and with good service than an economic one and with a pezimo service 🙄👎👎
