Whenever I have a good experience I tend to not take the time to post a review...but when I have a stellar experience I always like to take the time to post a review. I deal with a lot of contractors for various things and most are not much fun to deal with. Reliance Air is amazing in every way, but what I appreciate most is the HONESTY.I had purchased two brand new AC units that were installed incorrectly, so I wanted to find someone to fix them. In my research I found Reliance Air.Any time I deal with contractors, Im always on alert that they are going to try to sell me something I dont need...From day one, the Reliance team were on time, friendly, professional, and highly competent. I now count them as one of my TRUSTED resources for the maintenance of my home. HIGHLY recommended.

Reliance Air came in and saved the day for another HVAC vendor. They provided real time, immediate and exceptional quality service. There prices are reasonable, the caliber of service was all that a consumer could ask for. They were truly professionals and it is readily apparent that they take pride in their work and service. I would recommend them to anyone. Their product is US made and the labor/parts warranty is an added bonus.

I called Reliance in the morning and the technician was here that afternoon. That’s a big plus on a 90 degree day !Xavier was at our home exactly at the time he promised. How common is that nowadays?He was professional, courteous and explained what the problem was and promptly repaired it. Any questions I had were answered clearly and thoroughly. I couldn’t ask for a better response and would recommend Reliance Air Services to anyone needing quality air conditioning service.

Reliance is great! They’ve worked on a couple of our properties. Replaced some old units and fixed some old units. They’re honest, always looking out for customers. We’ve called other companies that immediately want to replace units for thousands of dollars with barely looking at it, called Reliance for a second opinion and they fixed it for fractions of the cost. They respond quick and are honest, hardworking, smart and friendly. They are our go-to AC company.

Had them come out for a no cooling issue after having one other company come out and fail to resolve my issue. The guys were very professional and timely. Xavier explained thoroughly the cause and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them for any cooling needs!😊

Gave Reliance a call on a Saturday afternoon when we woke up to an extra hot house. The owner, Xavier answered on his day off and came out to help us out as he was close by. Reliance Air Services install a new air handler in our condo and fixed all the duct issues that were cause by other contractors. The service tech went above and beyond to make sure that the system was sealed and working properly. Reliance Air will be doing all my maintenance in the future, they are honest and reliable.

If you prefer working with a business that is locally owned, has a reputation of providing a quality products and service at a great price, and you get to work directly with an owner (not a sales person) that is courteous and professional- then this is the company to use.Xavier came right over, told me my options without up-selling like other companies do) and after getting three estimates- hands down I knew Reliance was the company to go with.3 days later they were at my house on a SUNDAY! and installed the 5 ton unit in 5 hours. So happy with my new A/C!

I contracted with Xavier on Friday afternoon and on Monday AM my new AC unit arrived. They did my duct work, and all new outdoor equipment and built my shroud. Great experience!!! Called them Wednesday morning and Xavier showed up within a few hrs. Added freon to my old unit and delivered a brand new one on Friday. Dominic and Joshs workmanship is exceptional. They even cleaned up the area afterwards. I would recommend this company 100%!!!

Nick and leon are great wish I could give these fellas a 10 star rating they deserve a bonus for their work ethic granted they couldnt get it done in one day but they tried the stuff that happened was not in thier control they stayed till 10 pm then i found out they had a hour and a half drive home

Reliance air came to the rescue for a friend of mine whose 8 months pregnant. Her ac went out and her landlord stated 24-48 hours until someone would come. The team went over and at least got her cooling throughout the night until the other company finally came and did their repairs! Arrived in Bradenton late Sunday to check on in-laws home. Air was running but 94 degrees inside. I googled weekend repairs and called Reliance. Xavier answered and said he was finishing up a job and would be right there. He arrived quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He charged the compressor and pointed out some obvious conditions that will need attention before long. He never tried to sell me on anything. He didn’t charge for the service call and only charged for material. I was expecting to pay way more, especially on a Sunday night. When Xavier left, I waved bye like I do my friends. Reliance will get my future business.

I was referred to this company through an associate who was raving about his new install. Ive had my system for about 4 years installed by another company and they did a crappy job. The air kept escaping and they couldnt seem to fix the issue.So I call up the folks at Reliance and was able to set up a meet up with one of their techs. Let me just say, apart from the professional conversation and a explanation of what they are going to do to get the job done. We came down from Pennsylvania Saturday to find our air conditioner wasn’t working in 90 degree plus temps. We called a local contractor who came over Saturday evening, gave us an outrageous price for a new air conditioner and said he might be able to do the job Monday. Sunday morning I tried a contractor that lives in our neighborhood. He said he could do the job Tuesday. He asked what we were quoted and when we told him,he said that was the same number he was thinking. I went to my laptop and searched for best air conditioning contractors in Bradenton and saw that Reliance Air had really good reviews. Besides, I really liked the 3 cute kids in his ad . There was a notice that he was online so I responded with our situation. He said he could be at our house within the hour. Yay! He was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and he brought his dad who was cute too. The first thing he did was connect his equipment to our system outside to provide us with air conditioning! Wow!, then he said he could leave it in place until he could install a new system Wednesday or until we found somebody else to do the job, wow wow! He came in wayyyyy cheaper than the other two, but more importantly, he solved the problem immediately. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Go with Xavier at Reliance Air!
